NOT another taco stand. Reminds me of California Pizza Kitchen but for tacos (in a good way). Reasonably priced for the neighborhood. Loved the Santa Cruz breakfast taco and Bang Bang Shrimp Taco. Update: Be careful about ordering via your cell phone. They automatically add your number to their advertising/promotions database and WILL NEVER DELETE IT. No matter how many times you say "Stop" or "Unsubscribe" you will still get texts from them anytime they wish to reach you. 👎

This feels like what Torchy’s wants to be when it grows up. Unique, elevated, fusions of all kinds of flavors in taco format. Calling some of these things tacos might make some of our grandmothers upset, but they’re all tasty. The two shrimp ones on the menu and the two chicken ones were both delicious. The bang band shrimp one was the best though. The jicama mango guacamole was delicious as well. The salsa bar was great, and my favorite was the habanero pico. It was one of the brightest cans most freshest flavors I think I’ve ever had anywhere. So good. We’ll be back for sure.

I had the Hawaiian style poke and I must say it was one of the freshest and very flavorful dishes, the guacamole was homemade fresh with chips, their water is spiked with lemons and limes. Definitely recommend

OMG THESE THE BEST!!! Not only they are incredibly delicious, every taco loos different, they actually have vegetarian options that taste delicious. They have nice offering of cocktails and although placed close to I10 and between two quite busy streets the tranquility of the inside and their natural plants makes it really relaxing place with plenty of seats. DEFINITELY will be back!!!

I had been following this place for 6 months on Instagram before trying it. Everything they posted from the food, drinks, & atmosphere looked amazing. The food reminded my husband and I of all the wonderful food we always eat when we go to Hawaii. We really hoped it met our expectations and well... it far exceeded them. We loved absolutely everything about this place. The service was a walk-up counter to order your food. Everything on menu looked delicious. We had a hard time deciding what to order. The cashier helped us with her favorite items as well as popular favorites. We got the beef barria tacos, the tuna stack and chips and salsa. Red salsa and green salsa. Everything was delicious. They had an adorable patio area we sat at. It was opened to the restaurant through trendy cute glass garage doors. Patio had a fire pit (not lit. It was warm plus it was lunch time). Great Hawaiian feel of the restaurant. Jus missing the ocean. Everything else was perfect. Next time we're coming for their frozen drinks/ happy hour.

Love the place & staff but today unexpectedly someone gave out the wrong order Asked for a beef taco got one with bacon. I’m muslim so obviously can’t eat it but just some light respectful constructive critism for the business so they can avoid a bigger issue later. As many people would freak out.

The place was pretty packed for a Thursday night February 2 23 I got street corn. It was so delicious. I got a bang bang shrimp taco and a pct chicken taco also. All of it was really seasoned well and tasted amazing The cashier was nice and friendly but the waitress was not at all. She had such a sour face and wasn’t very friendly nor approachable. So I left that as that. I didn’t like that they started to shutdown like 45 min ahead of time. It was a tad bit rude to me. Would I be willing to come back?? Yes!!

I used to be a big fan, but after my family got food poisoning and after several mistakes on takeout orders, tonight was the last straw for me. They put old dry (like rock hard) rice in our food and once again did not send any salsa even though I always request it. Would not have been an issue if every other order didn’t have some sort of problem with it. It’s too bad, the service is so great in the restaurant and the location is so convenient, but the quality has been an issue too many times.

Have been going there twice a week for a while. Love the tacos. Always tip them $3-4. Why I don’t even know. Yesterday with my order I got chips and salsa. Ran out of salsa quickly because it wasn’t really enough for even half the amount of chips. Asked for a little more salsa so I could finish the chips and the dude was like ‘no you have to pay for more’. I was like screw that I’m not returning to a place where petty shit like that is policy. The dude was rude too. I’ll never go back there

The tacos are very small for the price, the chicken is completely dry and there appears to be a bunch of coleslaw on top of the taco. I don’t know if this is truly how they do it in California, but if so I’m glad I don’t live there. Another weird thing is that they charge $15 for a burrito when most other places are in the $8-$12 range. I’ll never try it especially at that price point, but something is really seriously wrong with this place.

I used to love this place and enjoyed coming here. The quality of food has significantly gone down. This the PCT beef taco that I got vs. the menu picture.
