Good quality acai bowls and friendly staff. Not much more to say. They get the job done and the quality is good. Never had any issues with any bowl or smoothie I've gotten here. Will definitely continue going here.

I work out at the Blink fitness right next door and I always stop by Pure Green after my workouts for a smoothie. The people that work there are all very nice and the smoothies are AMAZING!!! I’ve tried almost all the different smoothie flavors and my husband and I love the banana nut smoothie!!! I think my second favorite is the mocha cold brew. The atmosphere inside is nice and always clean!! I’m soooo happy I found this place....this is the only place I go to for my smoothies!!!!

Delicious fresh juices, they have a variety to choose from, pure greens, soul kick, melon hydrate, the list goes on. They also make fresh smoothies, which I tried the pure greens and it taste delicious. Wasn’t potent with kale, and had a very light sweet taste to it. Highly recommend. The staff was super friendly, and extremely knowledgeable with the juices. The lady answered all my questions and provided many recommendations. I will definitely visit this place again. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. I rarely have to wait to be served. The Blue Royale is my go to beverage. I would give this place 5 stars if they had fresh pressed juice. It’s more smoothies and açaí bowls than fresh juice. But I still like it a lot.

Ordered them through uber eats and very unhappy with the service. I added strawberry for an added topping and received a single, whole strawberry added on top of my bowl. I quite literally don't know if there could be any less effort towards customer service.

If you order delivery (at least when I did around 7:45pm), expect that it was premade and frozen earlier in the day. Freezer burn and soggy. Maybe if I had customized it would have been fresh? Not sure.

Been coming here for years but it’s totally declined. I stood at the cash register for a solid 6 minutes before I was even acknowledged and they were not slammed. When I asked when they would take my order I got a ton of attitude and side eye when I had been patiently waiting. Finally took my order and i had to wait another 10 minutes, which felt like them purposefully ignoring me at that point, until they started to make it because the precedent was given to the online orders which makes 0 sense. At that point I was the only person in the store as well. The smoothie itself used to be delicious but when I got it, it was super icy and not blended. The vibe in there is miserable.

please hire more ppl. one guy was working his butt off. i waited 20mins. after waiting 10mins before ordering. the smoothies are not good. the banana is not ripe. totally changes the flavour. definitely would not come back.

what a rude person "your bowl is not the only bowl we have to make" these people dont care whatsoever about their customers. you need to teach your employees the basics about how people should be treated. 1 star is far too much. the lady who works nights on tuesday, 9/27, deserves 0 stars.

i came in around 2 pm on a saturday. there was no one in the store and i ordered a smoothie with 2 ingredients. it first took 13 minutes for the lady working to start making it and total took 15 mjns to revive it. she also didn’t even fill up my cup fully. i come here frequently and was very disappointed.

Ordered a pick up at this store and was it seemingly purposefully not made to accommodate in store orders, with no communication and no acknowledgement of the order. I’m not sure what point the employee here was trying to make but he knew I was trying to pick up and leave with 2 young kids - I had to cancel after waiting for 10 minutes

Ridiculously slow service to a frustrating level. I’ve ordered a few times from here every time on Uber eats at least 10-15 before entering because I usually need to head somewhere right after. Walked in 10 minutes later to an EMPTY store, and my smoothie had still not been made. Ordered avocado toast since it’s not on the Uber menu and watched as a worker proceeded to text (with gloves on) then touch food / raw fruits and vegetables. Smoothie was STILL not being made until I asked what was going on. Proceeded to make it incorrectly (I subbed bananas for pineapple but at this point I needed to leave). As someone who’s worked in service I get it if there’s a rush but it was EMPTY people came in after me and they started making their orders. Workers didn’t seem to care - I felt like a Karen but honestly just insanely frustrating.

I've been to this place many times and enjoy the smoothies from there but I'm not very happy with the customer service there. The multiple times I've visited the workers were not polite; they did not greet me nor acknowledge me being there. Another customer came in directly behind me with her dog, the worker asked her "is the dog a service animal" and that customer replied with "no but I'll hold him the whole time." On the door it says no pets allowed, the worker started to giggle and cackle with her while placing her order. I'm not sure why I'm getting treated badly every single time I return to this store. I also brought in some friends to show them the smoothie shop and they also stated how they noticed how some of the workers were not friendly. I do my best to be as nice and polite as possible and expect the same energy returned. I hope this review will make a difference with some of the workers attitude.

I come to this location often especially since I work in the area. I was in the mood for an açaí bowl. I noticed it didn’t taste that good as it usually does. I didn’t think anything of it and ended up getting food poisoning. It was the only thing I ate, and became sick not too long after eating it. Definitely won’t be coming back again after this.

Ordered on ubereats. I called to request they make a new oatmeal and I would go pick it up. The girl who answered was rude and hung up on me. I then called again and they didn’t answer.

This place gave a fully melted and warm pitaya bowl to my door-dasher to then deliver to me. They then proceeded to hang up on me when I called to ask about it. While it’s only a pitaya bowl, it’s still a frustrating situation that you, reader, might consider avoiding the next time you’re looking for an açaí or pitaya bowl.

More than 25min waiting for an açaí... The manager needs to add staff on Saturday mornings, clearly 2 people is not enough to take orders and prepare them. This is not the staff fault. To me there is a lack of organization from management. There were 4-5 people who walked away because of the wait time and I was about too as well. Please add staff or you will keep loosing business and damaging customer experience. Not good business model.

We have ordered at this place most days and have never had a problem in the past. We decided going back in for a refund or a replacement wasn’t worth dealing the initial experience we’d already gone through.

Had to drink it with a straw. When I called the store to ask about it the lady just said idk idk. Was pointless talking with her. The flavor was good just horrible consistency and it was $30 couldn’t throw it out. Needless to say I won’t be going back.

Since everything in the menu is meant to be served chilled or semi-frozen, I assumed (wrongly) that they would have a way of keeping them in good condition, considering it would take at least one hour to be delivered. I was totally wrong, and the bowls were lukewarm soup with some toppings. Ridiculous. First and last time ordering here.

I work outside walking and training dogs, so often I come in to order during the spring/summer and fall months. Only RARELY I come in to quickly charge my phone and to get warm for 10min max. Never bothered anyone. Today it was 18 degrees, my phone was on 3 percent and toes were freezing. I had to come in to quickly warm up and charge my phone for a few minutes. The employee asked if I was picking up or buying I said no I just need to charge my phone I work outside and need to warm up a little. He said you cannot stay here if youre not buying and kept telling me to leave, slamming things and then said Im locking up you have to pack it up and go, he put his things on turned off the lights and left with me then locked the store at 230pm. ( the store doesnt close this early and I saw it was open when I walked by later during my work shift) I didnt give him any problems and Im always respectful of the other employees as well over the years. I dont even want to order at this location anymore it was just weird to be treated like that. Those few minutes in the heat inside helped me today! It is hard having an outside job during this type of weather and a quick moment to warm my feet inside helps so much. I never experienced this type of treatment in any other establishment.
