Found this place on Reddit in a moment of needing good food quickly to where I was in the city. It did not disappoint. We shared a half each of bacon egg & cheese, and salmon with cream cheese and chive with capers on top. 🤌🏼💋

I tried a sable sandwich, a smoked trout sandwich, and a sockeye salmon sandwich. All of them were good, but too pricy. One of them cost more than $20. The cole slaw and pickle that comes with the sandwiches, however, were flavorless and bland.

We went there is the morning so there were not too many people and we were warmly welcomed by one of the guys behind the bagels. The service was quick and the bagels itself were quite decent. The vegan tofu cream cheese everything bagel was only $5, which is not too bad. Lox traditional bagel was good too. Would recommend for a quick breakie.

They have the nerve to charge 20 bucks for a bagel and then the employees are nasty and always mess up, that is the last time i will come here. This cook guy asking to verify my order which i paid for wasting my time asking who are you if i show you the app that should be enough but no he needs my whole life story to pick up my bagel. Thank gd allot more bagel spots are out in this area now and hopefully they will appreciate my business.

The place itself looks nice, cool, and clean. Staff at the counter were friendly at first. While placing our order, they told us we qualified for a complimentary fruit salad. We didn’t ask for it, they simply offered, so we accepted it thinking it was part of the service. Then, before we even received our food, we had to finalize the payment — including the tip — upfront. Honestly, tipping before experiencing any actual service always feels a little strange, but we went along with it. A few minutes later, a lady (seemed to be a manager) approached us, saying there had been a mistake in the order calculation and that we didn’t qualify for the free fruit salad after all — and we’d need to pay for it. Luckily, we hadn’t opened it yet, so we returned it. But the whole situation felt unnecessary and unprofessional. It turns out the fruit salad is only complimentary after a certain order amount, but that wasn’t clearly communicated. What frustrated me the most is that the tip was already paid before this awkward moment even happened. If they’re going to create confusion, maybe let the service speak for itself first — and then earn the tip. The bagels were okay, but nothing special for NYC. Overall, it could’ve been a decent morning, but the strange communication and timing left a bad impression.

Zucker's is… okay. The bagel itself was fresh and the service was friendly, but I’m giving 3 stars instead of 4 because they forgot to toast my bagel for my takeaway order. For a spot that specializes in bagels, that’s a pretty basic detail to overlook, and it definitely impacted the experience. Otherwise, the food was decent, but nothing stood out as exceptional. If you’re in the area, it’s a solid option, though there are other places nearby with more consistency and attention to specifics. I’d probably try those next time before returning here. Double-check your order if you go!

Zucker’s is a classic chain bagel shop in NYC. I have had better experiences in some than others, but overall their bagels are average. They have interesting sandwich options which is better than Apollos for people who don’t like fish. Their house made pickles were fresh cucumbers with salty vinegar and some seasoning —- not good.

The place is great the variety of bagels are amazing. I had a bacon egg and cheese with a caramel pecan iced coffee wasn’t really a fan of the coffee but the older lady was very rude and was snatching our receipts out of our hands. Besides that the place is great

The food was incredible. We absolutely loved it. We preferred the egg side of the avocado toast. The sandwich maker insulted me with a smile and silence when I asked a simple question which wasn’t specified on the menu board. I also requested not to have the side of Cole slaw and pickles, but the sandwich maker insisted I take it as it comes on the side. After some back and forth I was left with no option but to receive it. It was a little odd. The atmosphere is nothing special. It’s just average. Him Salmon 7.5 Avocado Toast 6.5 Avocado Toast with egg 7.0 Her Salmon: 7.0 Avocado Toast: 7.0 Avocado Toast with egg: 8.0

At best, the food quality is satisfactory. Freshly baked bagels taste like day-olds and coffee tastes burnt. I will continue my journey to find a better bagel. Unfortunate that this once great bagel master has slipped into mediocrity.

The food when I go in person is great but when u order off uber there’s always something missing. I ordered avocado toast today with bacon and I didn’t receive any bacon. I also ordered a sesame bagel not toasted with cream cheese and yet it came toasted. The food here is great I love it but I’m not always able to go in person to buy it. It just sucks they don’t really care enough about uber eats orders
