Espectacular restaurante estrella Michelin en pleno centro de Burgos. El menú degustación es un maravilloso paseo por la gastronomía buegalesa. El personal es encantador y profesional, conocedor del producto. Nos hicieron un cocktail sin alcohol para el conductor. El restaurante es precioso pero la "mezcla" con otro tipo de celebraciones rompen el ambiente de tranquilidad esperado en un restaurante de esa categoría. El ruido que se oye de la sala de al lado estropea la experiencia. Aún así muy recomendable.

Soy una afortunada porque llevo muchos años probando la cocina de Ricardo desde casi sus inicios. Me declaro fan incondicional, sin duda alguna y he comido varias veces en la antigua Fábrica. Esta vez quise dar una sorpresa a mi hija por su 20 cumpleaños y vinimos, junto con mi hijo, a probar su menú degustacion. Nos encantó TODO y nos transportó a casi todos los platos típicos de Burgos, desde su olla podrida, hasta sus tapas típicas, terminando con su queso de Burgos. El bacalao y la sipa castellana de escandalo. El servicio de 10, las explicaciones de 10....recomendable 200%, sin duda. Sólo una pega y es que eche de menos ver sonreír a Ricardo...;-). Gracias por el detalle que tivisteis con mi hija con su velita de cumple. Os dejo fotos, aunque muchas repetidas de otras reseñas y prometo volver. Os deseo toda la suerte del mundo

During a recent stopover in Burgos, I had the pleasure of dining at La Fábrica, and it was, without a doubt, one of the best meals I’ve had. The restaurant strikes a remarkable balance between quality and price, offering an exceptional value for money that’s hard to find. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the wagyu meatballs — tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, each bite was a testament to the kitchen’s expertise. The richness of the wagyu was complemented by a well-seasoned sauce that elevated the dish to another level. Equally impressive was the cheese pie, a dessert that managed to be both indulgent and refined. Its creamy texture and balanced sweetness provided the perfect ending to a memorable dining experience. We came for lunch. The restaurant has a very pleasant ambiance and the staff was very attentive and English speaking. The food was excellent and well presented. Very enjoyable and highly recommended. A great restaurant for an above average meal, fabulous service, and delicious food - the menu offers classics with a modern take, very well executed and presented. Size of dishes is always a subjective matter, for us we’d say a few half raciones (‘medias’) to share, or 2-3 halves and one whole dish, for two, are plenty. We did over order initially but after the first dish we talked to our waiter and they adjusted amounts, and were very helpful and flexible. We had the special fish of the day which was incredible, as well as the tartare, croquetas and ravioli. Everything was outstanding. The somelier also was really helpful and provided excellent wine recommendations. Would recommend booking especially at weekends, you can book online.

We ate at La Fábrica last night and it was exceptionally good. We loved the fact that it was possible to order many plates as half portions, allowing us to try a greater variety, especially as everything on the menu seemed so appealing! In particular the fois gras, the lubina and the lechazo were really excellent. We ate with our 13-year-old son who especially wanted to mention that the buñuelos were phenomenal. Service is efficient, courteous and friendly and advice about wine and portions/quantities were perfect. Lovely ambience, perfect noise level for enjoying a meal, not to quiet nor too noisy. We wish all the staff every success in the future and will highly recommend to anyone we know who plans to visit Burgos. Thanks to all for a wonderful dining experience!

Sorprendentemente para mi los mejores platos fueron de verduras y la sopa castellana. El bacalao tb muy bueno y para mi gusto lo que menos me gustó fueron los entrantes de tapas por Burgos. Como se suele decir las reinterpretaciones de unos platos deben ser como poco igual de buenos que los originales o mejores. En esos casos creo q no es así. ¿Repetir cuando varíe el menú? Probablemente sí

Comimos allí mi marido y yo el 14 de febrero. La comida rica, el local muy agradable. Tuvimos un problemita con los bonos y fue un poco incómodo pero se solucionó. Algún pero en la comida, pero lo hemos disfrutado.

The food was very good although not distinctive. I’m not sure I will remember the dishes in a few weeks. The setting was perfect. But, the service model is flawed. My waiter was spread too thin, didn’t take my desert order, and never checked back to see if I was satisfied with my meal or his recommendations. That said, the experience overall was nice. I would go again.

This restaurant is about experience, and based on that, I will explain my ratings: Food: 4/5: food was good, plenty and well served. What I saw was good enough to want it to eat it and savour it. Desserts were extremely sweet and the menu did not offer anything gluten or dairy free. Beverages: 5 Service: 3/5: despite the waitress and her assistant were cordial and attentive, we noticed that the restaurant discriminate the bread!!!! based on what you order. So, if you order the daily menu, you get only a bun. If one orders à la carte, the service comes with a different tray of bread (unlimited) and upscale extra virgin olive oil. I believe this small detail should be fixed and not continue discriminating based on what a patron orders. Location: 5 close to downtown but yet far enough to not feel the rush of tourists.

We were greeted somewhat rudely, but once we were seated the service and meal were good. They accommodated my gluten allergy and had a good wine list.

La comida, muy buena. El trato durante toda la noche, impecable. Parecía que íbamos a irnos encantados… hasta que llegó el momento de pagar con el ticket regalo que nos habían obsequiado. A pesar de presentar la factura original, el código de confirmación y los datos completos del pago, no fue suficiente. Nos exigieron un código concreto que no teníamos, y en lugar de buscar una solución, nos pidieron que contactáramos en ese momento con la persona que nos había hecho el regalo para conseguirlo. Un momento bastante incómodo, e innecesario. Lo que más llama la atención es el desenlace: finalmente tras 30 minutos buscando por nuestra cuenta, fueron ellos mismos quienes “encontraron” el código. Es decir, tenían la información desde el principio. Con un poco más de voluntad y flexibilidad se podría haber evitado una situación que nos amargó el final de lo que había sido una experiencia muy agradable. Lástima, porque el nivel gastronómico y el servicio merecen mucho más que este final.

Reservamos Para comer a las 13,30 llegamos 5 minutos antes y no había nadie para atendernos…elegimos el menú del Camino Largo y ya te digo que fue largo acabamos a las 17h , fueron lentos , muy lentos entre plato y plato , eso si , Inma (mis 5 estrellas del servicio son exclusivas para ti) que fue quien nos atendió fue lo mejor de la experiencia , atenta , educada con mucha ilusión y pasión por su trabajo , que como digo se empañó por lo lento que servían los platos , para colmo , tienen en el mismo sitio otro restaurante ( La Fábrica) que la entrada da un salón de ese restaurante y para nuestra sorpresa estaban de celebración de una boda , no estaba insonorizado con nuestro salón y la experiencia se volvió horrible , mucho ruido , parecía que estaba tomando un menú en cualquier tasca …rompía completamente el ambiente , obligaba a Inma a tener que hablar más alto porque sino no se escuchaba lo que quería contarnos con cada pase , al final una experiencia decepcionante de un Restaurante estrella Michelin. Cierto es que nos quejamos del ambiente ruidoso y que rompía la atmósfera que deberíamos tener , pero aunque nos comentaron que si les llamaron la atención , el ruido seguía siendo el mismo Nos invitaron a la bebida por las molestias (agua , 2 copas de vino y una CocaCola ) pero no había nada que pudiese devolvernos el mal sabor de boca que nos dejó la experiencia. Creo que deberían centrarse en el Restaurante de Ricardo en vez de en el de la Fábrica porque comparten cocina por lo que vimos y me da que eso fue lo que hizo que se eternizaran en servir cada pase . Añadir que al principio del menú se sirve un cocktail de bienvenida y las copas estaban saltadas los bordes , cosa que nos extrañó. No repetiremos nunca más .

Mis 2 estrellas son por las camareras que nos atendieron y 2 platos que de verdad si estaban ricos para poner en valor lo que es una estrella Michelin. Por el resto de platos y pases muy sin más. Platos sencillos que cualquier tasca o bar los tiene y los elabora con el mismo gusto y con un precio muchísimo más económico. El ambiente la verdad que es tranquilo y agradable y eso se valora. Pero si de verdad por lo que venimos los clientes es por la comido no volvería. En general bastante pobre la experiencia y para mi gusto no vale lo que se paga por ello.

Very disappointing experience. Service was amazingly unfriendly for a Spanish restaurant of this level. Food was okay but rather expensive and without much innovation.

Me siento engañada. Nos apuntamos a la lista de espera del restaurante, cuando nos dicen que una mesa se queda libre, al llegar nos encontramos con que nos ubican en una sala aparte, sin ofrecer el menú de degustación. Nos dicen, que hay que avisar con 2 DÍAS de antelación para pedirlos,cosa que le digo que no específica en la web.. sé perfectamente que es porque nos ha ubicado en la parte de " la fábrica". Cosa yo no quería, odio que me mienta. Por cierto, el aseo de mujeres no tenia papel higiénico...Finalmente cenamos ahi pero me siento engañada...con la ilusión que tenía y lo que nos fusta coleccionar las estrellas Michelin.
