I come here 2/3 times a week, I sometimes order in person other times online but it’s always a great experience. Thankful for the night crew that worked today 01/15.They should definitely be recognized for making blaze pizza a great place to go to and I’m sure to work at as well. My son likes his pizza a special way and they did not mind and were so happy to accommodate him. 🥲🫶🏻

pizza from blaze never disappoints. thin crispy crust, just the right amount of cheese and all the toppings you choose on a build your own. the employees were nice and helpful. I like the personal pizza size. Not too big not too small just right for one adult :) they have plenty of seating and parking available! Enjoyed my meal plenty

Overall pretty good place to eat & hangout with friends or family. Pretty clean, fast service & friendly staffs. Build Your Own Pizza is the best option. They also have varieties of crust. High rise dough , gluten free dough, cauliflower crust or keto crust. Inexpensive & tasty .

Decent nachos and the service kinda sucked even tho I was one of the only ppl at the bar lol.

Came here on a Tuesday night, we got the nachos appetizer, ribeye and Cajun chicken pasta. There was more chicken than pasta and it was well seasoned. The ribeye was decent and the nachos had good taco seasoning layered. We got to watch the dodger game. For price, quality and service I would come back here.

Quite Loud🤬 Reason Being Sports Game Night Fans Cheering Screaming Yelling🙉🙊🙈 My sister and I were there dining. It wasn't quiet as usually it is. Don't ever go on a game sports night cuz you won't be able to hear one another talk or have any conversation. Other than that it was relatively good restaurant to eat. The sports bar is right next to the dining room. It's not even separated so you don't have really have much of a choice!!

I stopped here today for dinner with my two sons. Overall, it was fine. Nothing that I would go out of the way for but it wasn’t bad. The service was great from the moment we walked in the door. I wanted black olives on the pizza, but unfortunately, they had ran out of black olives. there’s a nice area inside for dining. we paid roughly $42 for our three individual pizzas. This place is in a nice area with plenty of other retail stores.

We ordered all you can eat bundle for ribs, wings, shrimp, fountain. Friday night is a busy night, so they miss you order sometimes. I wait my ribs for 30 mins. More employees are required in busy hour, otherwise customer will lost patience.

Servers and hostess were great. Appetizers were good, drinks were good, but the food is not the same anymore. Every time I order pasta with chicken it's under cooked, I started getting ribs and they are always burnt I get extra BBQ to see if it helps with the burnt flavor but no. I don't know what's been going on lately but it's not what it used to be.

Pretty good pizza for the area but overall it's just alright. Highly recommend ordering in person. If you use the app I can almost guarantee your order will be wrong, burned and/or missing items because they ran out. Not to mention you'll still pay for items you don't get. I've tolerated the mistakes for years because "stuff happens" but it's been the same stuff happening since 2019. I'm done!

Context: Store closes at midnight and I came with my 9months pregnant wife right around 11pm. We just wanted to get one of the desserts. They gave us the option to sit down at the bar so I asked them if we could sit on the padded seat booths instead of high rise chairs since my wife was pregnant and also the fact that the couple right in front of us was seated at the booths and there were other people sitting there as well as seen in the pictures. Anyways, we ended up sitting at the bar area and ordered the dessert which was good. But the customer service made me give this rating.

First time at a Applebee's with Wife and kids. We were greeted by a lady asking how many. I said five. She put us down and looked at the restaurant for five seconds and told us "Give us about ten minutes.". We sat down and I looked into the restaurant. I observed many waitresses walking around. They have a bar island in the middle of the restaurant. It was a Sunday so it was busy. We got called and were sat at our table with menus ready. We waited for 12 minutes before a server acknowledge us, to let us know they would be with us, yet many servers were talking near the entrance. (Hmm...it was Sunday and busy...) When our server came she asked us for our drink orders and when we did she asked if we needed more time to order. (Uh really?!?) "We're actually ready!" We placed our order. Kids got their dish. Wife and I were not impressed. I had really small portions and my wife's meal tasted like a frozen meal heated on a skillet(or microwave). Maybe because it was Sunday, and it was busy we hardly got any attention (yet the servers and waitresses hanged out in the front talking). Maybe I was expecting to much. We probably could have done better at Wendy's then here. Coming back? No thanks. Tried it, disappointed. I had to try it. I did. They did not leave a good impression. Thanks but no thanks.

The servers are always the best but the chefs (probably) are always messing up my stuff, I ordered medium well and they gave me well done, which is okay but the steak was so burnt I chipped my tooth, it was a small chip but it still sucks 😭. My husband ordered well done but got a bloody steak instead, the server said they would try to remove one of the items from the bill for the inconvenience but left it the same. I understand it was Valentine’s Day and it was super busy but it kind of ruined our dinner.

The pizza is good but the service and atmosphere are very uninviting. This is my first time coming to a blaze pizza but I don’t think I’ll come back here regularly cause I felt like I was an inconvenience to the staff. Especially when the staff lazily threw and dropped my pizza on the counter like they couldn’t even bother to put in an effort.

This has to be the worst Blaze Pizza ever . It started off right with the very polite lady taking the order on Saturday afternoon but after it was time to find a table all of the tables were dirty. I asked one of the guys that was putting the pizzas in the oven and cashier I asked politely if there was something I could clean the tables with . I didn’t even ask for him to do it and he said no and turned around . When it came to paying we orders drinks and he said we’re out of lids and straws and passes the cups to me . The way he spoke and was short not say thank after we payed was very unwelcoming. The restrooms both men and women’s were very dirty. The ladies room had the trash all the way to the top and it had very bad urine smell I almost threw up the pizza. They guys had poo on the toilet seats as for what my husband told me and just very dirty overall . Never coming here again . It wasn’t like this about 8 months again. I don’t know what happened but you need better management and cleanliness should be a priority.

Like many other reviews for this location, if I am to rate the food alone, it will have at least 4 stars. But unfortunately, all except one staff member were very impolite to customers, the ambience is a bit dark compared to other branches.

The food was expect when coming to any Applebees but they had mentioned that the food was cook homemade at the restaurant. Not only that I had flagged the manger "Ellie" the closing manger about the food not tasting right and wasn't good and said what should I do with ? And continues to say we get it frozen , package and put in a fryer, Looked at me in confusion and not trying to understand the issue. Like you guys don't know how to use a fryer or what ? , So I said I would like a refund and said alright then. And rolls her eyes in front in me. As a manger myself and to be treated with no respect and with no empathy about how I was feeling as a consumer. Not only that she was repeatedly rude to her own workers/employees while closing with her fellow team. Joseph was fabulous. Thank you Joseph you need a raise. And not only the manger didn't say sorry at all and never came to check in with me. Manager should never show their temper or frustration when working in a social environment and setting . It’s an embarrassment and disgusting to see Applebees is hiring non ethic managers such as “Ellie “ to fulfill a role that is provided in any manger job description and still can’t do the bare minimum. Thank you but no thank you.

I think Applebee's is an okay chain. A tad better than Chili's, but not much. It was national cheeseburger day, so we headed out to Applebee's for a burger. A nice special too! Parking is difficult here, but we found a place to park and walked in. We were seated by a nice young woman. We looked over the menu and said yup, cheeseburger! Our waitress came by - Not friendly at all and it felt like she didn't want to be there. She took our order and barely said a word. The drinks arrived and she put them down and left - no conversation and I don't think she even said a word! Next, the food came. Plates dropped off in silence, then off she went. The food was very salty - I don't like it when they oversalt food. My drink went pretty quickly and I was looking to call our waitress, but she disappeared. I finally grabbed a busboy and he refilled my drink. We finished our meal and our waitress was nowhere to be seen. I asked a gal walking by if she could get our waitress for us. Our waitress came by, refilled our glassed and left. Not a word! We paid our bill and left - VERY DISAPPOINTED! We will not go back to this Applebee's. We know what to expect and this was a huge disappointment.

I feel like a sucker since this is probably common knowledge, but wow do not order for delivery with Ubereats. Barely any toppings and crust so thin it looks like it’s gone through a breakup. Truly the saddest pizza I’ve ever seen.

Had not been here in over a year. My god, it is awful now. Probably why no one was in there at about 1pm on a Monday. Ordered a large pizza take out. It was so oily and greasy that despite the wax paper the cardboard box was soaked. I sopped up grease with paper towels. Sure sign of very cheap cheese. I order no meats for toppings btw, imagine if there was also pepperoni or something. I tried a few pieces, hands literally so oily I had to wash them to use my phone's touch screen. I told my wife, saying it was probably going to end up dog food. She tried a bite and, I kid you not, told me not to give it to the dogs as they would get sick it is so greasy. Ended up eating a few pieces. No tomato sauce, dry awful crust, threw the rest away after cutting off the crusts, I think the dogs can have that. Honestly, and truthfully, not fit for dogs. Do not by this trash for your children, please.

I am very upset with tonight’s experience. My husband stopped by with my daughter and my toddler son to get order a pizza around 10:20pm-10:25pm. As he went in he asked if the store was still open since it was empty. The young lady (black hair with bangs) tells my husband he can only order online and refuses to take an in store order which I never heard of. If this is correct, why not post sign in the door. Another worker there said “yes, we are” and begin laughing. As I am looking at her she begins to make rude facial expressions, not only to me but to my ten year old daughter and husband. My husband walks outs without saying anything and tells me to order a pizza online. A young gentleman walks out and asks us if we wanted to order a pizza because he will be taking care of us. He apologized for what happened with his coworkers. I was not able to get his name down but I have seen him on a few occasions and he ALWAYS has a positive and friendly attitude, his customer service skills are spot on! I hope he was the manager in charge, I am very appreciative of his service but very disappointed in the attitude of those other workers. Blaze Pizza please retrain the staff members.

Would it kill the employees to Atleast acknowledge you while you wait.i keep trying to just ask where do I pick up but they can’t even answer me when I keep saying excuse me to just know where to go! The guy at pick up won’t even answer he just kept walking away and when someone finally helps they don’t even have my order I placed over 20 minutes ago ready they say another 15 minutes!

Didn't have a good experience here. Employee was rushing us to pick our toppings without even getting to the toppings section (other customers in line blocking). One of our pizzas was a high rise ($2 more) but I guess that just means two crusts smashed together, which came apart and was not worth the extra pay. I also ended up getting a rash in the hand from the table. I have no idea what was on there.
