This is not your average Texas steakhouse and seafood place—it's an experience. After driving by for almost two years, I finally booked a reservation for our anniversary dinner last night, and it did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt like a 1920s Parisian restaurant. The entire staff was so accommodating, yet still allowed us the space we needed to celebrate 17 years together. A big shout-out to our waiter, Dolan—he was so friendly, attentive, and we absolutely loved him! We started with the amazing Oysters Rockefeller and the rich lobster bisque soup. My husband had the ribeye steak with béarnaise sauce, and I had the Beef Wellington. Both were truly outstanding—some of the best steaks we have ever had! We were so excited to learn that they’re opening a second location in Uptown Dallas next month. Congratulations to the chef and the entire staff, because the food and service delivered over 100% for our experience. 🤩🥰🙌

We had our wedding reception here and it was hands down the best part of our wedding. Andreas and his staff took such good care of us. Absolutely exceeded all expectations. We had family coming in from 4 different countries and most were visiting the US for the first time. It really meant so much to us that we were given a world class experience and didn’t have to leave Texas to do it. Everyone loved the food, the custom menu, the customer service, the signature drinks and the ambiance of the restaurant. We’re so grateful for the memories we made here. Special thank you Andreas, Dolan, and Mrs. Kotsifos for everything!! Pictures attached are from our food tasting and the reception.

Finally made it to Andreas and they didn't disappoint. #1 Suggestion, ask for Stormies section. Loved her spirit and service with a smile🙂 The lamb meat balls were good. Shrimp were anything but. The steak was cooked to perfection. Flourless chocolate cake was a pleasant surprise and the delicious coffee was a great chaser.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and his birthday last night, and the entire evening was top-tier! Steve, Javeon, and the entire floor team were absolutely amazing—attentive, professional, and warm. Chef and owner Andrea truly made the night unforgettable. His cuisine was flawless from start to finish. We savored every bite, from the rich lobster bisque and refreshing shrimp cocktail to the crab and avocado, perfectly fried ravioli, tender duck, and the decadent lobster mac and goat cheese. We ended the night on a sweet note with the divine tuxedo chocolate cake. The entire experience was nothing short of exceptional—a perfect blend of fine dining, hospitality, and celebration. Thank you to everyone who made the night so special!

My husband and I decided at 8:30 that we wanted to have a quick dinner for my birthday after kids went to sleep so we got to the restaurant around 9pm. The service was great - Greg was our waiter. And the other waited Dillon was also very pleasant. For the appetizer we ordered a foie gras which was very similar to what we’ve had in Paris. For the main course, we ordered whole bass that was off the menu and it was absolutely delicious. I read some of the other reviews as well and the pricing in my opinion was good. The service was in a timely manner as well. It’s possible we just got lucky as we arrived when everyone else was leaving, however, we eat quite late so this is not unusual for us. The drink was absolutely delicious and not watered down (as I saw other people mention). Overall, if you come on a slower day, you’ll have amazing service and delicious food!

We came here for my birthday as my parents had been here before so they had to show it off to me. We each ordered something different and then shared so I can talk about what my favorite was out of everything. We ended up ordering the lamb meatballs, tuna sashimi, and baked olives for appetizers. Of those three, the lamb meatballs by far was my favorite. The bread is also very good, it was rustic with a dusting of something very tasty around it, I wasn't quite sure what that was, but it was good, we ended up taking the rest of it home. For entrees we ordered the Lobster Thermidor, Beef Wellington, and Filet Mignon with lobster bernaise. Believe it or not my favorite was not the one that I ordered, The Lobster Thermidor is to die for! Don't be afraid of the price, of course all these were above $50 a piece, get the Lobster Thermidor if you can. Even the green beans were perfectly cooked. The beef wellington pastry crust was delicious, it had a wonderful Smoky flavor and was still had nice and crispy layers of course. The filet mignon could have used some salt or butter, and the bearnaise side was cold. There was no salt on the table so I just had it as is without wanting to insult the staff. For dessert we had the tuxedo chocolate cake and the coconut cake. The tuxedo chocolate cake had multiple flavors going on I would recommend it. The coconut cake had a drizzle of caramel, and you can really taste the coconut which I appreciated. The piano player came around and asked us what we wanted to have played, that was a nice touch. Our waiter was very busy with a lot of tables but still took the time to be personable with us and talk us through things. All in all we had a lovely meal I think we sat there for a good two hours and over ate to our delight. Of course I would highly recommend this place, the owner and Chef is Greek so that of course was a delight to hear. As far as atmosphere and dress we went in our Sunday best, I saw others in formal wear because I think it was prom night, and there was a table of people wearing casual clothes, so I don't think anyone can go wrong here, just do your best. I would say it's an upscale place so you might want to do Sunday Best or better. I have reviews in 11 states and counting with over 1 million views of my reviews, follow me for free if you like reading about food!

🌟 A Must-Try Fine Dining Experience! 🌟 We had a wonderful experience at this elegant restaurant owned by a globally known chef. From the warm welcome by the host to the polished ambiance, everything felt top-notch. Our server, Stormie, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional—great service throughout the night. We started with calamari—perfectly cooked and paired with a rich, tasty marinara sauce. The Andrea’s Salad (named after the chef) was fresh and addictive, with a delicious vinaigrette dressing. The wedge salad was crisp and loaded with crunchy bacon—also a hit! For entrées: • New York steak (medium rare): Juicy and full of flavor. • Filet mignon (10 oz., medium rare): Good but could’ve used a bit more searing for a deeper taste. • Chilean sea bass: Amazing! Generous portion, perfectly cooked, melt-in-your-mouth texture. Served with creamy mashed potatoes, sautéed corn, and sweet asparagus—just perfect. •. For our sides, we ordered the lobster mac and goat cheese , and healthy asparagus. Each dish was flavorful and well-prepared — the lobster mac was rich and creamy, the goat cheese added a delightful tang, and the asparagus was perfectly cooked for a lighter touch. Dessert was a light pistachio ricotta cake—elegant and not overly sweet. I originally wanted the lobster thermidor (unavailable that day), so I already have a reason to come back! Highly recommend this spot to anyone who enjoys fine dining with top-quality food and service. Can’t wait for my next visit!

Andreas Prime Steak and Seafood is an absolute gem! From the moment my Mom and I stepped foot inside, we were blown away by the impeccable service and stunning Mediterranean ambiance. The peacock decor added a touch of elegance, making us feel like royalty. Our waiter, John, was not only incredibly charming but also provided us with top-notch service, going above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was perfect. The lobster bisque and Andreas Salad were both heavenly starters, setting the stage for the mouthwatering mains to come. The chicken parmesan was massive and could easily feed us for days, while the beef wellington wrapped in delicate philo dough was a true showstopper. The cocktails were expertly crafted and delicious, perfectly complementing our meal. To top it all off, the housemade key lime pie was the perfect sweet ending to an unforgettable dining experience. We will definitely be returning to Andreas Prime Steak and Seafood for more incredible meals in the future. Five stars all around!

My fiance and I decided to try this place out tonight, and we are so glad that we did! Everything was fantastic, starting with the bar. Ken, the bartender was really friendly, and he made us excellent drinks! We had the French Martini and the Smoked Old Fashioned! Victoria, the hostess was so sweet and she chose the perfect booth for us! Our waiter, Amine, was really great! He made wonderful recommendations and was attentive and helpful throughout our meal. We had the crab and avacado stack for an appetizer and it was so good!! The fresh bread with whipped butter was delicious!! I had the Beef Wellington (my first time) and I loved it! My fiance really liked his steak topped with blue cheese and fig jam on the side. We also shared the creamed spinach which was excellent! The manager, Steve, came by our table a couple of times to chat, and he made us feel welcomed and special! Overall fantastic experience! I highly recommend this great restaurant in Allen!!

This was our first visit to Andreas, but it will definitely not be our last. Every part of our dining experience was perfect, from the valet outside being a warm and friendly face to greet us, to the host, the waitstaff, and even the personal table visits from the chef himself. But the food. Wow. My wife and I were celebrating our 20th anniversary, so we decided that in order to get the most out of it, we were going to order a bunch of things and share to try as many items as we could.... this turned out be the perfect plan. We started out with the Ratatouille, because neither of us had ever had it before, and we both love the movie. Amazing. The veggies were perfect specimens, and cooked beautifully. I know why the critic guy in the movie was in heaven when he tasted it now. Unfortunately, I forgot to get a pic of it. We then shared three entrees: The beef wellington, again because neither of us has ever had it before, and we are big fans of hells kitchen and it always looked so good. We were not disappointed. It was the star of the show. The sea bass melted in our mouths, by far the most perfectly prepared sea bass I have ever had. The flavors were pristine. The divers sea scallops rounded out our meal. I can't say enough good things. The quinoa and rice bed that they were on was also fantastic, and I am normally not a fan of either quinoa or rice. The only slight complaint I have is that prior to last night, the best scallops I have ever had were scallops that I made myself. I lost the crown last night. Now when I make scallops, I will be comparing them to Andreas, instead of to myself. We finished the night with a complimentary creme brulee (complete with anniversay sparkler!) That was to die for. I have had many good meals in my life, but I am hard pressed to remember any that could reasonably compete with the meal we had here. A+++

It was absolutely a must to have something like this in the area, and Andreas did not disappoint! This is a very elegant environment with superior food and service! We were lucky to be served by Joshua, who was great with recommendations and personal connections. Even though they did not have raw oysters, the caviar service was an excellent substitute! We got a couple of appetizers and shared the main entree - not because we were cheap but because we wanted to try multiple dishes and the portions were generous. We finished the evening with a delicious cake and espresso martini. Overall the experience was so good, that my husband even forgot his card there and we had to come back a couple hours later. Definitely worth it!

We celebrated our anniversary there. Food was outstanding, as well as the service. We got pear salad, which was really good, and oysters Rockefeller, which was delicious. We also tried steak Diane and bouillabaisse and both were really good with mashed potatoes and mushrooms. The cheecake was really good as well. Highly recommend for any celebration.

We have come here for dinner on 4 different occasions in the last 6 months. Each time, it has been excellent service and amazing flavorful food. It's still new and not very busy, which is a plus for a last-minute dinner reservation in the Allen area. The atmosphere is elegant, but it reminds me of a high-end restaurant from the late 80s - early 90s. Vibe is lacking slightly in a different era with the purples, golds and peacocks but we enjoy the vip service, servers in their black & white tux style apparel that are very kind and great food, which by the way- steaks are always cooked to perfection. Most would probably not comment on the interior vibe, I just have a background in Interior Design, so maybe I may notice things more than most. We will definitely keep coming back and hope that you will dine here as well.

Editing to expand review: We went here for my wife's birthday. It was our first time and chose it based on location and reviews. Service was amazing and friendly. There was a hand drawn birthday card waiting for us at the table. Our server was very attentive and was aware of my note about my wife's gluten sensitivity. It was cool that they had a gluten free bread basket for her. We ordered the ribeye w/lobster tail for her and filet for me. Not to take anything away fr any of the items, but my favorite with the juicy and tender filet with the lobster tail almost stealing the show - the fact that I'm still thinking about it means I think it did. Chef came out to greet the tables and was very friendly and knew us from the reservation which was cool for our first visit. Everything was cooked to perfection - really- and we would definitely be coming back. If I had to have one downside it might be that the music doesn't match the beautiful ambience and food - but that is subjective and we quickly zoned it out after the food arrived.

This was our first time trying Andreas, and it just so happened to be a take out order instead (busy parents here,no time for restaurants ;) The food was great, delicious, great lobster risotto with very generous amount of lobster 🦞 We would be ordering again. Hoping the restaurant makes it since Allen's reputation for restaurant longevity is not great.

I brought my wife here to celebrate her birthday and it was truly a fine dining experience. Make sure to ask for Brayden for your server. He is very knowledgeable with regard to the menu and preparation and just a fun guy to have at your table. He and David who is in charge of the front made for a remarkable dining experience. The menu is awesome, and the servings most generous so don’t over do on the appetizers although tempting. This will be a definite return to date night spot. Bravo to chef and his staff.

Finally, gorgeous, exquisite fine dining in Allen. The decor and ambiance are unique and lavish—nothing cookie cutter here. It’s reminiscent of both old and new world Europe. The service was impeccable, personable, just right. Now, the food: for appetizers, we chose the melt-in-your mouth dates (so rich!), oysters Rockerfeller, and calamari. Wow to all. For the main course, one friend and I ordered the lamb chops. My goodness, they were perfectly cooked and not over seasoned to let the natural flavor shine through. Beautiful presentation. Husband and other friend had the sea bass, which was a healthy portion for my big guy of a husband, a gorgeous cut, and again, perfectly executed. Bravo, we will be back! Allen has claimed its place on the culinary map at Andreas!

We had the absolute pleasure of celebrating our wedding at Andrea’s Prime Steaks & Seafood, and it was nothing short of magical. The private dining area was beautifully set up for our party of 20, and the atmosphere—complete with elegant place settings and smooth jazz playing in the background—created the perfect ambiance for our special day. Every single dish was a hit! Our guests enjoyed a variety of entrées including oysters, crab cakes, steaks, lobster mac and cheese, Parmesan chicken, and flavorful vegetarian options. The food was exceptional—fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. A huge highlight was the chef himself, who went above and beyond to make our evening memorable. He personally came out to check on us and made us feel incredibly special. The service, the food, and the overall experience exceeded all expectations. We are so grateful to the entire team at Andrea’s for making our wedding dinner so unforgettable. Highly recommend for any special occasion!

Drove from Oklahoma to try this restaurant out and overall it was a great experience. I had the 16oz prime ribeye topped with crab oscar béarnaise. It was one of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time. The plate was garnished with a jam, and it paired perfectly with the charred ribeye. Chef Andreas and our server Ben did a great job. We dined here for the first time on our anniversary and loved it! With a reservation, we were immediately seated and they separated us from others as was feasible at the time. Charles was our server and did a fantastic job, but there was plenty of other help that passed by frequently and jumped in if needed. It felt like we were treated like royalty. The Oysters Rockefeller were really good. My wife loved the Caesar salad. My great anticipation for the evening was to try their lobster bisque. I've enjoyed that for years around the country and am very picky about it. Andreas exceeded my expectations! It was excellent! For the entrees, we both had the filet mignon and were very satisfied. I loved the blue cheese on top. For sides, we shared the green beans, sautéed mushrooms and lobster mac & cheese. Those are definitely big enough for two to share (we over did it, but is was all SO good!). The décor is very nice, and this is a nice addition to the Allen community. It's definitely pricey, but it's so wonderful that it'll definitely be our go-to place for special occasions. Can't wait to return and try those other enticing items on the menu.

We had our company Christmas party for 30 people there and it was AMAZING!!! Food was delicious. Service was fantastic! We picked a customized menu and pre-ordered for ease (That was our request, not the restaurant’s) We had appetizer platters with Calamari, baked bacon-wrapped dates, and lamb meatballs served buffet style to get us mixing and mingling. Then we had a soup course of lobster bisque (Celiac safe and gluten free with one person having French onion soup because of a shellfish allergy) then a main course of either chicken, seabass (yum! Their seabass is the best in town), or 10 oz Wagyu strip. Almost everyone had the strip, including me! It was amazing! Then we had five dessert platters with an assortment on each plate. Everything was terrific. The food was SO good. Everyone had an amazing time. We loved it! Thank you Andreas!!

Enfin !! Finally a serious place for fine dining in Dallas area !! Forget about loud music, flashy instagram picture corner, ridiculous priced microwaved food: At Andrea’s place we talk about fine food, fine service and atmosphere. First, the staff: nice and welcoming, calm and peaceful, they listen to what you want and like and recommend accordingly. They don’t interrupt your conversations every 3min asking stupid questions, refilling your glass already 90% full.. Second, the atmosphere : tables are separated by good distance, you don’t hear discussion from other table, the music is not loud so you can have normal discussion without screaming , the light is too dark . The perfect atmosphere to enjoy a plate and have a good discussion. Finally the food and drinks, the most important part, this is why you are here, isn’t it ? It’s amazing! Just by reading the menu you can notice subtitles references to different cultures, this is always a good sign. Plates have a good proportion, ingredients are good quality, and each dish is a pleasure to enjoy. Drinks: we decided to go no-alcohol drinks, the mocktail with fresh fruits were amazing. And last but not least, la creme de la creme, Andrea’s himself coming to each table to say hi and asking you how is your dinner going. Ask him a bit about himself and you’ll understand all the rest. I will definitely come back for dinner, and also for my wedding dinner in few months.

If you have read any of my previous reviews, you know that we live in small town Wisconsin with limited dining choices. We relocated from the DFW Metroplex 12 years ago, and though we miss the variety and exceptional dining experience that this area offers, the northern midwest is full of flavor at a much more cost effective price point. Now, on our recent trip to Dallas, we went to Andreas Prime Steaks & Seafood for dinner. This is an evening out that really did not exist in the far north Dallas area. We met Andreas when he was the executive chef at the Dallas Palm more than 10 years ago. He has since had small town upscale dining south of Dallas in the Corsicana area. This location is, however, a luxurious evening out with a fine dining atmosphere and a culinary experience that you will not wait long to have again. The four of us started with an hour at the beautiful bar with cocktails that a non drinker gulped in amazement served in an oval glass that fit your hand perfectly. We then moved to the dining room where the design team created a palette of incredible finishes for the table settings, chairs, flooring, and wall decor that let you know you are somewhere special. Our server, Charles, could not have provided us with a better experience. From recommendations, timely deliveries, and a watchful eye for water, wine, and cocktails. Our appetizers were amazing, and the steaks and seafood prepared perfectly along with all the ordered sides. Our deserts and coffee were indeed the perfect ending to our evening. Andreas and Heather, his wife, made the evening very personable with a table visit that made you feel comfortable and welcoming. Whether it's a special occasion or just a night out, you must give Andreas a try, I sincerely recommend it in its entirety.

I had escargot, fois gras, beef wellington and dauphinois potatoes. Best meal Ive had since my 11 course dinner in Melbourne Australia. One of the more beautiful restaurants in North Texas. Location in Allen is wild, its the kind of place I would look for in Turtle Creek. Its worth the 20 mile drive. I will be back soon.

Andreas is definitely one of the best places to go and have dinner and feel like family. From the service all the way down to the food, everything was impeccable. The atmosphere was to die for, I have never had service the way that I did hear, it makes you feel like home. So if you haven't been or thinking about going, it is worth your time and money. ❤️

So, for all you husbands out there who want to stay connected with your loved ones and avoid the hassle of driving all the way to Dallas or Frisco after enjoying a delicious meal, I've got just the thing for you. Startvwith half dozen oysters 😛And listen up, even if you're not a fan of scallops, I urge you to give bouillabaisse a shot because it's a total game changer! Now, let's talk about the beef wellington. You know, it's always been one of those meals that I've seen on the Food Network and wondered about. I mean, who doesn't love bread, mushrooms, and steak, right? So why not give it a try? Trust me, you won't be disappointed! Let's not forget about the mashed potatoes. They were absolutely amazing! And when you pair those green beans with some crispy bacon..., it's just perfection! So, go ahead and treat yourself to this incredible culinary experience. You won't regret it!

My husband and I went to Andreas Prime Steaks & Seafood for our anniversary and every moment was wonderful. We took an Uber because we wanted to enjoy a bottle of wine and when our driver pulled up, the parking lot attendant ran to the car to open my door. He then ran to the door to open it for us. Once inside, we met our host/Maître d', Steve, who welcomed us and led us to our table. I immediately noticed a card on our table wishing us a happy anniversary. We were then greeted by our waitress, Kara, who took excellent care of us throughout the evening. Steve came by later and helped us select an excellent bottle of wine which paired perfectly with my husband’s Filet Mignon and my Beef Wellington. We began our meal with the Crab & Avocado Stack served with fresh baked bread, straight from the oven, that was perfect, just enough to whet the appetite. Our entrees followed and there are not words enough to express their perfection. We had creamed spinach for a side dish and as you might guess, it was wonderful. We finished our meal with a Limoncello Cake and coffee that were both spot on! Chef Andreas and his Manager/Maître d', Steve, have definitely brought fine dining to Allen. It is expensive, but my husband and I both felt that we received an experience unlike anything before. There is not a single thing that could have been better!

We came here for our 15th anniversary! The colors and atmosphere greeted us right away with a feeling that lit up the senses! 🦚 I loved the background music and caught myself doing little dances a few times at the table 😂 The wait staff was excellent and very kind to us. My husband is a huge steak fan and I’m pretty picky with mine- our steaks were the best I’ve personally ever had. Super tender and flavorful! We shared a bottled of wine and let our waiter pick it out for us. Took our time and had a great time celebrating our marriage here! 🥂

Wonderful dinner night with my wife and friends. We had the opportunity to meet the owner and chef, Andrea, that night. He was personable and I later found out that he is a seasoned restauranteur. He was the favorite chef for a number of of the VViPs in the world… (you can ask him to see if he will tell..) I can see (taste) why that’s the case after enjoyed my wonderful dinner. I ordered the lam chops, medium rare, and it was delicious. My friend ordered the scallops and Wagu beef. They both said their food was excellent. You have to try their (to die for) tiramisu. I believe all desserts are made personally by Andrea with high quality ingredients. It’s nice to have a high quality steakhouse in the Allen neighborhood now so we don’t have to drive to Dallas.

We love Andreas prime Steaks and Seafood. My wife and I had a lovely evening for our 42nd anniversary. We live nearby in Allen TX and this is by far the best restaurant in Collin County and in Dallas metro area. She had the crab cakes and I had the filet - the food was exquisite. Wonderful and professional service team led by maitre d’ Steve Sjoby. A hidden gem indeed in Allen, TX.

What an amazing dining experience. The photos online don't do this beautiful restaurant justice. From the moment we entered and were greeted by sweet Ella until we left, the dining experience was pure perfection. Teddy was spot on with service and Andreas was the perfect host. The tuna tartare was the best I've ever had. We also ordered the filet with blue cheese, the Chilean sea bass, and lobster Mac and cheese. The filet was cooked to perfection as was the sea bass. And the cocktails were pure delight.

The long awaited opening is about to happen, and we couldn't be more excited. Last night was a soft and slightly more casual opening for friends and family of the employees of this new and beautiful restaurant. Our expectations were high, and they were exceeded. Our salads were delightful with wonderful greens tossed in a light dressing and fresh parmesan and a few cherry tomato halves on top. The ribeye was cooked to a medium rare perfection, seasoned as it should be - so that the steak shines as it should! I was excited to try the ratatoutille, one of my favorite dishes and it was fabulous, the best I have ever had! I had heard that the Wagyu Bolognese was wonderful, and again our expectations were exceeded. We were also treated to an incredible beef stew, again possibly the best I've had, and I've had a lot of beef stew in my lifetime. Desserts were Key Lime Pie and a cake that had both darker and white chocolate. The cake was great, but the Key Lime Pie was heaven. It sounds redundant, but that pie is also the best Key Lime I've had, and that's the truth! Our bartender Ryan made us wonderful drinks from their cocktail menu. Those included the French Martini, the Honey and Smoke Paloma, the Diablo Sunrise Margarita, and the Prickly Pear Moscow Mule. I expect to see reviews complaining about prices, but they are clearly a high end culinary delight, and you get what you pay for. Worth every penny. We were grateful to be able to sample the things we did with the employees, their families and friends - but we can't wait until they are open and we get to have the fine dining experience with other friends and family! Congratulations to everyone at Andreas for bringing Allen such a jewel for its crown. Your beautiful and elegant dining place will allow many great memories for your customers for years to come.

Amazing food and service. The drinks were also perfect. I joined some friends that go regularly, so this was my first time, and we ate in the bar area. However, almost everyone that came seemed like a regular, and the staff knew them. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

We had a lovely dinner in this fine restaurant with excellent service last Wednesday evening in Allen, Texas. I did not expect such a nice experience. Without a hint of pretentiousness, every member of the staff with whom we interacted was laser focused on ensuring we had a delicious and memorable evening. I had the escargot to start, which could have been a meal itself--very rich with a luxurious sauce, and served with perfectly warmed, tiny miniature naan bread. My mother chose the greek salad, which was devoid of lettuce and instead chocked full of a wide variety of vegetables and high-quality olives and peppers. She raved about it. Our mains were the amazing (and fresh) crab cakes and this lovely (and perfectly prepared) Beef Wellington pictured. When the latter was placed in front of me, I simply couldn't resist ordering a glass of wine to accompany it. I asked the waitress to choose the best pairing and was delighted to receive a reserve Malbec that was indeed a perfect compliment, as well as properly cellar chilled. Bravo, Andreas Prime Steak & Seafood. I will definitely be returning the next time I'm in the Allen area visiting my mother. Can't wait to introduce other family members to this charming place.

Visited Andreas for an extra special date night and were thoroughly impressed! The vibe is refined but low-key with low lighting and soft, easy music, a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy dinner and company. The menu has a wide variety of options for every palette which was much appreciated, as my partner is a seafood lover but I am not so much. We were tended to by Dolan, who was kind and friendly and made us feel warmly welcomed. We split a wedge salad with delicious fresh tomatoes, which I'm normally not a fan of but these were perfectly ripe and sweet and a great compliment to the tangy blue cheese. We also had an order of baked dates to start with and I will absolutely be ordering them again, the balance of the sweet dates, rich salty bacon, tangy blue cheese and balsamic glaze was delightful. For entrees we picked the lamb chops and beef wellington and were pleasantly surprised by the portion size; often in upscale dining the portions are tiny, but we both were served enough to trade bites from each other's plates. The lamb and beef were cooked perfectly and were tender enough to hardly need a knife. Typically we don't go for dessert but couldn't pass up the pistachio cream cake and an after-dinner coffee. The cake was a perfect balance of sweet and nutty, nice and light to end the meal. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Place is elegant , has a nice decoration and ambiance . The steaks are of high quality but the price charged is high guven it does not come with sides , I ordered a fillet 8 oz ( 61 $) and I had to buy sides extra ? It came with jam next to it . A bit too niche .. the appetizers calamari and salads are ok but nothing special. The bolognese pasta was good but the sauce was too sweet ! The place needs to review the menu and make some changes and add value and some items . This place is better suited to become a chic bar with quality food ,than expensive upper scale . Add some TVs around the bar , and create a new vibe . The food offering is not that special to warrant the prices at this stage . This place may price itself out of the market if it doesn’t evolve .

Could be the best kept secret in Allen, Texas. North east corner of Bethany and 75. A gem of a restaurant - the food was incredible, the ambience outstanding and the service was five star. Lobster risotto and whipped pumpkin cheesecake devine!

If you want steak & lobster, this is The choice in the DFW area. From Del Frisco’s, Bob’s, Steve Fields, Andrea’s beats them all… and it’s right off Central Expressway in Allen. Andrea’s never fails to serve the tastiest plates and the atmosphere is a quite a delight, unlike any other. This place would make a fabulous space for a wedding rehearsal and make anyone’s special occasion even more special. You’ll pay a pretty penny, but it’s worth every dime and all the time. Andrea’s has my vote for one of my all-time favorite restaurants!

My wife and I escaped from our children for a Sunday date night. Upon entry were greeted by the maître d’ who saw our request in their reservation system about having lobster, told us he went to the kitchen himself to ensure a lobster was set aside for us. That was a great start, and it only got better from there. We were served by Dolan , who took amazing care of us. He started with drinks and then moved through the appetizers answering any questions. My wife and I had a solid idea of what we wanted (lobster of course given it was prepared and set aside!) but landed on baked figs and caviar service to start; salads for after and then the lobster thermidore and beef wellington. All the food was coursed out appropriately, and exquisitely served. I’m not an expert in caviar but thankfully the maître d’ was! He did table side service preparing our roe for us and giving a brief history of caviar itself (he used to work in the NYC Russian Tea Room and did 19 services a day!) it was clear he had a passion for service. The cause was delicate and beautifully balanced and complimented by the accoutrements of egg and onion. The baked figs were a meatier more blunt contrast to the caviar but also enjoyable. Warm fig stuffed with goat cheese wrapped in bacon, what isn’t to love? The salads were fine and a great break and warm up for the main entrees: my Wellington tasted great and was cooked to my liking but lost a point or two on appearance as the Wellington came sliced open and the filet fell out of the dough. Regardless the sauces were excellently executed. My wife throughly enjoyed her lobster thermidore, leaving very little behind. We miraculously were able to save room for dessert, which can chance by the day and were served a contrasting and balanced duo of desserts (mirroring our starters!) with a limoncello ricotta cake and a Yule log. The limoncello cake was light and tart (which my wife prefers) and the Yule log was dark and creamy (more my preference) It was a quiet night, where my wife and I could reconnect and be with each other surrounded by some of the finer things and start our new year right. The food and service made it an amazing evening. If you are looking for fine dining with out pretentiousness, I highly recommend considering Andreas.

My husband, son and I just ate here for Thanksgiving. Wow! Denise was our server, and she anticipated every need. I ate the Chilean Sea Bass, and it was top 3 I’ve ever had. My son ate an 8oz. Filet, and his eyes literally rolled back after the first bite! My husband had the turkey and stuffing and inhaled it. We topped it off with cheesecake and pumpkin pie. I can’t express how amazing they were! We are stuffed and happy we chose this place for our Thanksgiving!! Thanks Denise for blessing us with great service!

My birthday was Sept 27th and I'm glad I chose Andreas. It's great to have fine dining so close to home. The atmosphere was just perfect, the food delicious, and the service top notch. We had a number of people checking on us, in addition to our awesome server Abigail. Abigail was very attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. She recommended the creme brulee and it was beyond delicious. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Andreas.

We chose this steakhouse for a special birthday dinner and noted the occasion in our reservation, which the staff kindly acknowledged upon arrival. Throughout the evening, the service was attentive and accommodating, and we truly enjoyed the overall dining experience. After dinner, we were quite full and decided not to order from the dessert menu. Given that the reservation was marked as a birthday and the occasion was acknowledged, we had expected a small birthday dessert or gesture for my mom, the guest of honor. While this was not provided, it’s shared simply as thoughtful feedback for a fine-dining experience centered around celebrations. We appreciate the professionalism of the staff and hope this perspective is helpful for future guests celebrating special moments.

Andrea's himself is super sweet. I spoke with him on the phone prior to dining, and he was very accommodating. Four of us went in to celebrate my mom's birthday.(She was given a card when we arrived.) The server was not as attentive as we would have expected for a restaurant of this caliber. Nonetheless, the food was excellent! Mom was looking forward to having a sparkler candle in her dessert, but that didn't happen. Maybe next time!

Nice restaurant and bar in Allen. We now only drive 15 minutes instead of 30 for a good steak. Ribeyes and Filets are my choice. Salads pretty good and steak tartare a favorite. Pretty little unknown gem, it’s rarely super busy and we love sitting at the bar. Good food, nice staff and if you’re lucky you get to meet the chef and owner. Beautifully done interior.

We were excited to try out the new steakhouse in Allen now that they have officially opened for business. They have done a beautiful job of redecorating the building and making it feel very classy. The bread and butter they bring to the table is phenomenal. We had to get seconds. We started out with the lobster bisque. It was very good, but I was a little disappointed with the lack of lobster. In my large bowl there were only about three medium sized pieces of lobster. Disappointing — but the soup was very good. I tried the crab and avocado stack appetizer. It looked really good. Presented beautifully. It was also pretty tasty. A nice fairly light and healthy appetizer. If you love avocado and crab, I’d recommend it. My wife ordered the crab cakes and she was very happy with them. She quite liked them. I ordered the duck entree. I’ve never had duck before, so I thought I’d experiment. Not sure if it’s all duck, or just this duck, but I was not a fan. It was very chewy and a bit stringy. Had to use a knife to cut the pieces. It reminded me of eating sausage more than anything else. The sauce it was served with was good. And the mashed potatoes were delicious. They provided complimentary dessert since we were celebrating a birthday. We went with the cheese cake which was very good. The service we received and the drinks were both excellent. Overall, I’d be willing to give the restaurant another chance. But I definitely won’t be trying the duck again. I’ll stick to the steak in the future. Three points I’d like to mention: I think the valet service is a little silly and totally unnecessary. Having to put in your credit card information to make reservations is a hassle and tacky. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful — but the tables are very close together. It wasn’t a problem for us since there weren’t too many people when we were there, but, if it was a busy night, I would not like to sit so close to other patrons. It’d be impossible to not listen in on the conversations of those sitting next to you. I look forward to trying the restaurant again in a few months and I truly hope they succeed and do well.

Andrea’ Steakhouse has very good food. We’ve been there now a couple of times and have tried several dishes and they were all winners. But if you’re going to charge as much money as they want to charge for their food, there needs to be a level of service that accompanies that. That is still missing there. Here’s what they might consider upgrading: -First of all, the tables are way too close to each other. There’s only about 8 inches between the tables, so we very clearly heard all the conversation from the couple next to us. That was disconcerting. -The butter came without a butter knife. -The lemons came quartered, still with the stem and seeds on/in it. -They ran out of certain desserts by 7:20pm 😳 -The waiters are all young and look to be untrained to work at a place with the expectation of service like the prices say we should get. So what to order? The dates were good, as was the onion soup. Bread could be better, crustier and maybe w a variety: French, pumpernickel, etc. The steaks were enjoyed by those who ordered them, as well as the crab cakes and Mediterranean appetizer and Chilean sea bass. I’ll wait a bit and see if these issues get resolved. But I look forward to doing so!

We had an enjoyable meal with friends at Andreas’ tonight. Upon arrival, we notice the parking lot was roped off for valet parking only, a peculiar “requirement” feel. We opted to park at the neighboring business lot and walk. We had made a reservation in advance for 6, and we were seated immediately at a comfortable booth with a great atmosphere, however the table was only plated for 5, so the server had to gather extra plates and cutlery. The reservation system allows for allergy notes, and we wrote in our reservation that one of our guests has a gluten allergy. Our server informed us that the French onion soup is gluten free, but it arrived with croutons and needed to be remade to accommodate her allergy. We were welcomed by the chef and his wife, creating a personal touch and it was excellent. Wine selection was fantastic, though the server was not very knowledgeable of the options/pairings. Wagyu steak and accompaniments were amazing, some of the best Wagyu we have had! The lambchops were perfectly cooked and the lobster bisque is crave-able, dying to have it again! We finished with desserts, the Creme brûlée was perfectly topped, mousse cake and limoncello cake were delicious, and we were gifted a complimentary dessert for the birthday at the table. Overall, this was a fine dining experience and we plan to return for future special occasions. The chef has perfected his craft and it was delightful, but the staff could use some more time to learn their menu, wines, and allergens.

We had the duck, lamb and beef wellington. They were all good, but the asparagus and mashed potatoes could have been seasoned a little better. The calamari was good.

First timer here. Went here for DFW Restaurant Month. I must say if you are trying to find a place that has a good ambiance and appealing decor. This is NOT the place for you. The numerous peacocks around the restaurant is kinda weird and the restaurant has this wedding banquet room feel. Lol...But if you want good food, this place did not miss. Everything we ordered was VERY good. Crab and Avocado Stack was different but good very good. The Andreas salad was perhaps the best salad I've had in many many years. (Very fresh) Lamb meatballs were good not outstanding but good. I ordered the NY Strip. Outstanding. Cooked perfect medium. Chocolate tuxedo cake was okay, but I'm not a dessert person so that doesn't mean much. I left surprised how good the meal was. I almost gave 5 stars but they really need to change the decor of the restaurant.

The hostess had extreme difficulty controlling her facial expressions and snickered at us, though she certainly thought herself clever enough to hide it. Very immature and judemental behavior, all we did was check in for our table. Not the hostess in the short pleated skirt w/ tan cardigan. It was the one in the blue/black and white dress with the zipper up the back. She was rude. The kind if behavior you'd expect at a McDonald's, not a steak house. Everyone else was great.

We had been wanting to go here for a long time and finally was able to go with another couple that had taken us to Perry’s and was very excited as all the reviews were good and had heard nothing bad. It was a pretty slow night and we were seated in the back corner of a room off the main dining room which we appreciated. Started with the bacon wrapped dates which were very good. Followed up with the lobster bisque which was very good but delivered without a spoon so had to flag down the waiter to get one. The wine was very good but at $105 a bottle I would hope so. Heard a lot about the Beef Wellington so went with that. It was underwhelming to say the least. The beef had an off taste of some sort, could not put my finger on it and was just not that flavorful, maybe should have just gone with the 8 oz filet without the extra dressing. Lobster Mac and cheese was very tasty as was the potato’s au gratin although a small serving of the potato’s. My wife ordered the salmon and it came out significantly undercooked and had to be sent back, waiter did not ask how done she desired when taking the order. Decided to have a scotch after dinner, with a big ice cube. I get that this is a fine dining place and have paid to have a big cube in my drink but never $4. All and all pretty disappointing given the anticipation I went in with.

I continue to have high hopes for this establishment and I really hope they succeed. Their location isn’t really the best for what I would consider a fine dining establishment although it’s easy to get to and easy parking. I visit a few times just at the bar area and one time for dinner. For Dinner, the food was really good as well as service the fitting of an establishment that they are trying to create. The ambience is very nice as well both in the dining and bar areas. My only complaint is the two times I’ve been there just for drinks in the bar area, the service has been really bad for what I expect for an establishment of this caliber and cost - long waits and staff not paying attention to the customers despite seemingly having enough servers in the bar area for the amount of people.

I really wanted to like this place since it’s local owned but looking back on it, I can’t justify spending what I spent on mediocre food. The old man at the host stand was salty, but cool. The decor is interesting, but has its swanky feel also. We were seated at a booth, so it was ok, but I can understand the other reviews, because most seating isn’t very private. Most of it would compare to seating like Cheesecake Factory. The food was lacking flavor and presentation. My wedge salad literally had just a slice of bacon laid across the top and hard boiled eggs just cut in half. Lettuce was fresh, but taste was bland. The blue cheese dressing seemed to have too much mayo or something like that in it. I decided to get the filet with hollandaise sauce instead of blue cheese since I already had the wedge. Once again, the steak with sauce was just bland. The cut was good, but the lack of seasoning was prevalent. We had mixed veggies as a side, and they were over cooked. Greg, our waiter was great! Very personable and knew the menu well. One of our party members ordered his drink smoked and that was kinda cool. The kitchen should take some pointers from the bar on presentation. For the price and overall experience, there’s plenty of other steak houses in the area to choose from that are much better.

Came for Valentine’s Day, with the assumption the prefixed menu would be optional which…apparently not. I think that should be disclosed on the website when making the reservation. Couple beside us felt bamboozled also. Service was slow which would be understandable for a busy night, dining area is so small that I could not emphasize. Waitress refilled my sparking water with still twice but I let it slide because my mind was already set on not returning. Lobster bisque was good though thus the 2 stars. Overall restaurant feels like a $$ attempting to be a $$$$. Better value going to Flemings, Eddie V’s, Cap Grill or Trulucks if you want to stick to Collin County.

The Beef Wellington was good, but dessert was mediocre and the overall experience fell short. Service was slower and less attentive than expected for a place with fine dining aspirations. There was also an awkward policy issue that was only brought up at checkout, which could have been handled more thoughtfully. The restroom aimed for elegance but felt unkempt, and I’ve seen better in more casual restaurants. Overall, the experience didn’t match the image the restaurant presents.

Im conflicted in writing this review because I believe this resturant can serve good food. My friend and visited during resturant week and definitely noticed a difference in the food. We both ordered charbroiled oysters and the ones served for resturant week were cold, poorly presented and missing an oyster by having one she'll only with the spinach warmest filling. We both ordered ribeyes. One of those was clearly menat to be for reaturant week, lacked luster and should have been sent back. We waited over 1.5 hours for food and even the drink serve was subpar. I love a great steak resturant, but tere has to be some integrity when it comes to how all customers are treated. If youre not willing to serve a quality meal to resturant week seekers, then don't participate.

We live in Allen not far from Andreas and had anticipated the opening for a long time. My wife and I went mid-February and had the following experience. I will make it brief and point out the high and low points. When we came in to the restaurant it was busy and that was nice to see. We did notice that it was cold in the restaurant but disregarded it. Our waiter was nice but nervous and quirky. We ordered bottle of still and sparking water that were approximately a liter in size and they had the audacity to charge us $12 EACH. My wife had to wait an inordinate amount of time for her cocktails, both times. The food was better than average, we enjoyed the meal when it finally came, after we finished our appetizers. However, her shrimp cocktail had fewer shrimp then described and was lack luster, boring presentation. The meal took WELL OVER an hour to be brought to our table. Well over an hour. By this time we realized how cold it was inside of the restaurant and that many patrons had their coats on at their table. We asked the waiter if the heat could be increased and were told he would have to ask permission from the chef. It never happened. When our entrees finally did come, the waiter apologized for the long delay explaining that they had two disasters in the kitchen and that this was not the normal for the restaurant. We later learned it seems like it does happen frequently. There wan not an apology before out meals were served and we barely saw the waiter on the floor during our wait. When we inquired about the chocolate dessert, we were told that the Chocolate Cake was one of the disasters. Again without explanation and a bit nervousness. We were then presented with the check. With poor service, long delays to be served, refusal to turn on/up the heat and no apologies, the chances a very small that we will ever return.

Would give 1 star if the ambience wasn’t nice. The food was extremely overpriced for what you get and the food was just very mid or below mid. Salmon ($45) was on the dry side and was served with a side of dry ratatouille and mango salsa. Prime ribeye ($65) tasted burnt on the outside and came with no side. We ordered a baked potato ($8) to go with the ribeye and it felt like a baked potato you could order at a cafeteria - came with cold fixings and bacon bits that were so cold they had become a block. Crab avocado appetizer ($18) was so cold it hurt our teeth and smelled fishy. Chocolate strawberry martini ($18) had chocolate fatty stuff floating on the top and just didn’t hit the palette right. The ambience was ok but otherwise this place is really a miss, not the place I’d wanna go for a fancy/yummy dinner. The prices definitely felt “fancy” though unfortunately.

First the good, they did am amazing job decorating, place looks great, especially after it gets dark. Food was pretty good, bread hot and homemade with honey butter, oysters rockefeller appetizer and lobster bisque were wonderful. Now i will move onto the bad, after we were seated 10 minutes before we got some ice water or they took our drink order. Glass of champagne and a martini, these did not arrive until we had been there 30 minutes along with some bread. Then we ordered appetizers oysters Rockefeller and lobster bisque, oysters came out on time but then bisque arrived 10 minutes later. Then it gets a little worse, we had given our entree order, then 25 minutes later they come by and ask what we ordered, 10 minutes later they come by and ask again what we ordered, then 2 hours and 15 minutes after we first arrived our entrees show up. We also had ordered 2 glasses of wine with dinner, for some reason these took 20 minutes to arrive. For a final capper we had told them in the reservation it was our anniversary needless to say they didnt say happy anniversary offer us a free desert or maybe put.a rose on the table. I would have been fine with letting all of that slide if the manager had just made any attempt to apologize for the service or even say hello. When you spend $300 on a meal you expect customer service to be a little better but these poor waiters were not trained at all. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because it is a new restaurant and might improve.

Worst fine dining experience of my life. Took my girlfriend there for Valentines Day on Feb 14, 2025. The older host male is kind of a grump to start. We got seated at around 8pm which was our reservation time, and our server Brandon acted as if he wanted to be anywhere on Earth except waiting on our table. Our appetizers came out promptly and tasted good, but our entrees took at least 45 minutes to come out, and by that time I asked for a to go box. Not to mention that he did not check on us for at least 30 minutes to tell us about the hold up on our entrees and ask if we wanted another drink so we're sitting there with empty drinks. He then makes a cute remark that he wishes he could go back to the kitchen and cook the food himself, that way we didn't have to wait that long. There were literally 2 entree options to choose from so I'm baffled as to why they got hung up so long. I told the kid that I understand that it's busy but that doesn't excuse him not checking on our table for 30-45 minutes. I saw other servers around us being very friendly and accomodating to other patrons around us. Absurd that this experience cost me $450! I'll never come back!

Terrible experience. Went for thanksgiving dinner. They had no children’s options despite telling us on the phone they would. They served us cold food. The service was terrible. We had to remind our server multiple times to bring us drinks or silverware or whatever. The food wasn’t that good in the end. Many of the options we couldn’t have because of allergies. I’ll never come back here again. Ruined thanksgiving dinner in my opinion. I normally don’t write reviews but this was so disappointing I can never justify spending money here again. Get it together.

Please look for better places to consider. So I’m going to give it to you real as possible. Came for our 20 yr anniversary. The place wasn’t real crowded on a Saturday night, got seated quickly. Staff was like walking zombies, not much personality, looked bored working there. Atmosphere was nice, but nothing extravagant, it’s decorated like ur in a wedding party but definitely NOT elegant.(played the same 10 songs on repeat entire time) There’s no real space from the next table. Now Let’s get to food, it was not horrible but it is DEFINITELY NOT wowing. The meats are not hot and fresh tasting where I read Melts in your mouth, seasoning to perfection, definitely an over exaggerating. Mediocre or average. (Filet steak doesn’t go well with blue cheese crumbs) just heads up. The prime steak is 65% fat and not cooked well, I would avoid this costly mistake. 👎 Over all it’s just ok, but definitely save yourself a disappointment , if it’s a special occasion, go to a real steak house where if you’re spending that much money you actually feel welcomed, and staff seem somewhat excited to serve you. Overall I hope my experience, saves you from a disappointing evening or special event. There’s far too many better places to consider, for food, atmosphere, food and overall experience.

Andrea’s presents itself as a fine dining steak and seafood house—white tablecloths, moody lighting, and menu prices that rival high-end steakhouses. Unfortunately, the food and execution don’t come close. The lobster mac and cheese arrived as overcooked pasta smothered in something that tasted suspiciously like warm Cheese Whiz. The lobster was scarce, rubbery, and clearly not fresh. The “16 oz” ribeye I ordered looked and ate more like 8 ounces, half of which was gristle. Zero flavor, poorly cooked, and barely warm. I brought it home for my dog—and she’s the only one who seemed to enjoy it. Even the raw oysters were a bait-and-switch. The menu led me to expect crisp, briny Blue Points. Instead, I got soft, mild Gulf oysters—fine for a dive bar on the coast, not a restaurant charging this kind of premium. To be fair, the service was fine. Our server was courteous and attentive. This isn’t a front-of-house issue—it’s an ownership issue. Someone is making low-cost sourcing and prep decisions while charging top-tier prices. Andrea’s wants to charge Capital Grille prices while delivering Golden Corral quality. It’s all sizzle, no steak—and definitely not worth the tab.

First of all they could not handle huge crowds. We went for our team dinner. The waiter took the order initially and rechecked the order every 15 mins with nervousness, I don't know what was the problem. We got out food after an hour we ordered. Ordered well done steak, But what I received was medium rare. I don't want to return as I thought it will take another 1 hour to prepare it. Again desserts were a mess , We ordered something they gave something. Got serious stomach problems after having dinner there. Spent 3 -4 days in bed . Never going to recommend this place to anyone or revisiting the place.

After tip, our family of four spent $416. I was genuinely excited to finally try a fine dining restaurant in Allen and really wanted it to be great. The space itself was nice — almost like stage props that could be rearranged for different types of venues. It had potential. Appetizers: Shrimp cocktail — $24 for four shrimp. Good, but overpriced for what it was. Six oysters — $20. Fairly priced. One Casamigos — $20. Note: There is no pricing listed on the online menu, which would have been helpful. Entrées: Beef Wellington — $69: Steak was cooked properly but had no seasoning. The sauce helped, but it was extremely salty — I went through a lot of water. For $69, the flavors just didn’t justify the price. Lobster Mac & Goat Cheese — $24: I’ve attached a photo. The flavor reminded me of boxed mac and cheese packets. There was only one small piece of lobster, and it tasted like old claw meat. No one at the table finished it. Wagyu Bolognese — $38: Very little ground meat and heavily over-seasoned. Honestly one of the worst pasta dishes I’ve had. Chilean Sea Bass — $62: Looked and tasted more like overcooked cod. The side of mushrooms was actually the best dish of the night. At one point, I had to ask for bread three times over 30 minutes. To the waitress’s credit, she did bring us a crab and avocado stack to make up for it, but it was mostly mayo. There was also an older gentleman walking around with a scowl and no interaction with guests. After we finished eating, he abruptly began clearing the table before we could gather items for to-go boxes. It felt rushed and awkward. We chose not to send anything back because we wanted to keep it a nice family dinner for the kids, but honestly, if we had returned one dish, we would have had to return them all. Overall, even if the food were a quarter of the price, we wouldn’t return. I had several people tell me not to go, but I wanted to give it a fair shot. Unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations — especially at fine dining pricing.
