So refreshing to patronize a business that is fully staffed! These folks are professional, product knowledgable and fast. Always greeted with a welcome. Great place - great food!

I highly recommend going to this store! The donuts are always fresh and my man Vinny behind the counter made my day with his positive upbeat personality and that smile. You can tell that he enjoys what he does, cares for the customer, and delivers the highest of customer service. Vinny made me happy and put a little pep in my step.

I have to thank the gentleman that was able to complete my online order even though the location was closed. They got my order on Monday, Monday evening we had a horrible storm which caused power outages for that location and surrounding areas. Wednesday morning I got a notice saying there was a problem with my order and it was completely about 15 mins before pickup time so I was panicking. I drove to the Krispy Kreme anyways, and saw I closed sign on the door and a gentleman sitting out front. They had gotten my order, sent it to another location to fulfill and he was sitting there waiting for me to pick it up, which I was so appreciative of because it was for an event at work. Love Krispy Kreme for handling in a tough situation!

I had an interaction with every employee, and they were all so nice and seemed happy to be working there. The donuts were warm and delicious, and the coffee was strong and tasty. They even give you a free fresh donut if you come in during the right time.

Delicious, omg. I was in the Allen area and just stopped in for coffee and a pick me up snack. I ended up bringing some donuts home to my daughter. LoL Donut box was empty by that evening. So good 👍 😋 yum

12/14/2024 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Krispy Kreme Donuts was a treat today! 🍩✨ The classic glazed were green, and I got a dozen of them for free when I bought a dozen assorted donuts. 🎉 The assortment included lemon-filled, raspberry-filled, Bavarian Kreme-filled, and strawberry iced, all of which were incredible! 🍋🍓🍫 The cinnamon rolls were especially amazing – I’ve never seen them before, but they were absolutely delicious! 🍩🔥 The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. 🙌 If you haven’t tried their cinnamon rolls or filled donuts, you’re missing out! 💯 Can’t wait to go back for more! 🌟

Joey and his team are incredible! We ordered 70 dozen donuts to be delivered at a school at 6:45 and he was timely, kind (especially when I had to change the time a tad), straightforward and just great! He even went above and beyond and brought napkins and hats for the kids at our school. The whole experience was almost too easy! We will definitely use this location again!

When I saw the HOT sign, I pulled over and it was really fresh as the sign says it all. The service was excellent as well. The donuts were very good. But the few times we've gone, a couple of the employees haven't been very welcoming. They seem like they don't want you in the store. But at the same time the other employees there seem very nice. Just depends on who you get I guess.

The donuts were good. It looked like they recently placed horse manure on the grass and the smell was pretty strong. The cashier looked like he was ready to clock out and go home.

Very cold, I thought they would be at just warm. But they tested great.

This is my favorite Krispy Kreme location!! We stopped by almost every other Wednesday since they offered their national average gas price original dozen specials and we haven't been disappointed. The drive-through service is fast, they always have freshly made donuts and the donut sizes are HUGE! It's a farther drive from the Richardson location but I love how fluffy their donuts are.

It's one of the worst Krispy Kreme. Updare: Review years later under new management. It is still one of the worst branches. Dark and nit welcoming. This time, it was loud music to the level that you couldn't communicate with the employees. They can't hear the order, I can't hear them. You can see that no one care and no one wants to be there (for work), they are only trying to have a good time while on payroll.

Went for first time today. I usually frequent to mom and pop donut shops but decided to try this. Busy as it was a Sunday morning around 10am. Waited in drive thru for more than 6 min to order. She just said I'll be with you in a moment. No big deal, everywhere is short staffed. Anyway, long story short, the donuts were ok. Not as fresh as I thought they would be considering the lighted sign was on. Also asked for assorted classic rings and got four filled that nobody will eat but that's my fault for not checking.

Krispy Kreme is conveniently located on the way to my daughter's school, making it an easy stop for a sweet treat. The service is always friendly and welcoming, even though there aren’t a lot of customers. The only downside is the 40-cent upcharge on "specialty" donuts, which feels a bit steep. I also wish we could see more donuts being made fresh on-site—it's part of the magic that makes Krispy Kreme special.

I had my grandson and we were wanting to go inside to watch the donuts ride on the contraption, when we pulled in there was a hand written sign on the door saying the lobby was closed, only drive thru open.It was 8:00 in the morning on Sunday. And a very rude woman working I'm very disappointed in this place!

Donuts taste fine but were lopsided and the icing was uneven and looked messy. I’ve never seen that at other Krispy Kreme locations. They’re usually very consistent. Service is sorely lacking.

They had no more original glazed donuts. The workers were nice about it but how can you not have any more glazed donuts at Krispy Kreme's? I asked when they would have them again and they said it would be a long time, so we ended up not getting anything. (This was at 11 am)

I would not recommend this location. I've gone multiple times and staff always act as though you're interrupting their day. The drive thru takes ages. I thought going inside might make a difference, but it takes a while for anyone to acknowledge that you're at the counter. The doughnuts are rarely fresh and anytime I order a drink, it's like they get the formula wrong. I bought an iced drink and it was separated and melted. The doughnuts are often stale and the toppings taste old. I always want to try Krispy's new doughnut offerings, but this place fails to meet the mark every time.

Where do I start... Not enough donuts! At all... The ones they had were being stockpiled by two men in front of me. The case was nearly empty snd you literally couldn't see any donuts. Not very friendly... Plus the donut line was actually stopped and empty except for these donut rejects of various deformed shapes and sizes. Atleast 10 or 12... I even asked if I could have a reject that looked really good and crispy like. No can do! She refused to let me buy it..bummer. She wasn't even friendly about it. Hard pass next time I want donuts. I should've known better and only gone to Max's! Almost forgot...the sign was on, right. The glazed donuts we got were not cooked all the way and full of grease. Heavy and thick to where when you bite into it, you taste grease, not donut. Very odd and a first for any crispy creme I have visited.

Looked like the conveyor system was broken on one side and the doughnuts coming out were flat looking not a good puffy size. Out of glazed due to 12/12 promotion. Was looking forward to a glazed kreme filled. New employee said they don’t them anymore so tried a chocolate one. They had kreme but were a dry doughnut . So disappointed. Will not try this store again. 😕

They have really gone downhill! The donuts were cold, the staff were rude, the coffee was cold, the service was extremely slow. And worst of all there was a gentleman packing up the donuts with long stringy hair and a beard not wearing a hair or beard net it was so gross! Aren't there food codes for this I was extremely shocked! I would have asked for my money back but I was already irritated having to wait 25 minutes for two dozen donuts. I won't be going back there for a long, long time.

Had visiting family from out of state who wanted some Krispy Kreme donuts. I haven't been in a KK for years but sadly it's gone way down since I last visited. No HOT or even warm donuts at 8:30am on a Monday morning and saw only one person working behind the counter. No one in the store except me. If this is typical nowadays, they won't be around much longer I'm afraid. They said the donut machine was not working. Maybe it was just that day and that time but sure seemed like a ghost town and no one seemed too concerned or even interested in being there.

This is a shame, because KK has always been my favorite donut shop but this is one of the only ones left in the area. The donuts I am sure are fine, but the staff is definetely not. Walked into heavily raised voices, sounded like they were yelling at each other. Had to use the bathroom so I let them hash it out. Came back and all of the staff was on their phones. I guess it could have been a slow day, but seeing prior complaints about cleanliness, I'm sure there's something they could have been doing. I get that this may be a good starter job for teens, but the place could use some adult supervision. Got my order in a timely manner though.

Didn't receive everything "Spring Minis." Side by side comparison. I probably won't be back for a bit. At least say you have a shortage and instead not tell me anything and I have to find out when I get home.

Original Doughnuts are the best, speciality are okay. But the the thing which put us off was the cleanliness of the place. Sticky floors, flies flying around and to top it off a dead cockroach on the floor. Told the employee, but he did not care too much.

Rude! I came by the window due to the hot light being on and I wanted to make a purchase along with getting the free donut! Guy was rude said I needed to come inside, very inconvenient especially when I was wanting to spend money anyways. Apparently there’s a policy change to where you only get a free donut with a purchase which isn’t an issue but don’t expect me to have to come inside for it! The whole point of the drive through is to not have to go in, and it isn’t a huge deal to throw in an extra donut. Also....they didn’t have the iced frappe I wanted due it to being “recalled” which just added to me being an even more unsatisfied customer. Had to go to McDonald’s instead for my frappe. And I sent my beloved boyfriend inside to order to deal with Krispy Kreme because I didn’t want to. Probably won’t come here again. I’ll go to Max’s!

Drove up to place my order and the guy said, "yea", so I drove away. There is no way I'm going to eat anything from a place that can't even manage a proper "hello" from there staff. There absolutely no telling what else they are not doing correctly. I'd be humiliated if this were my store.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Ordered donuts and ice coffee. I paid in cash and didn’t get my change back. I had to ask for my change. I then had to ask for my ice coffee, asked for milk in my coffee and was told they do not have milk and I had to purchase milk to put into my ice coffee. He put my ice coffee in a coffee cup that did not have a place for a straw. Employee searched for a lid and told me they don’t have lids to go with straws. I had to point out the correct cups that go with the iced drinks. The other two employees didn’t bother to help in any way. I spent over 20 minutes for a service that should have taken no longer than 5 minutes. Definitely will not be back.

The donuts were old and gross. The service was BAD. The drinks were disgusting. Normally I love Krispy Kreme but this location alone just about ruined it for me. Not even my 4 yr old wanted his donuts and he’s main reason we go.

The sign AND Google maps says their storefront is open until 10pm on Fridays and Saturday nights, but they locked their doors at 9:15. Very unhappy about that.

Went through drive and had a terrible experience! First guy couldn’t finish our order so a lady stepped in and she was even ruder than the first guy. We felt rushed and didn’t even complete our order just because of the service. We were litterally the only car in drive through so not sure why we were rushed or why they were so rude. At the window we received napkins and set them down but did ask for more and the guy was like I already gave you napkins and we were like nvm got our dozen donuts and went somewhere else to order our drinks. I went to Krispy Kreme in Allen TX Wednesday Feb 6 ,2024, @3:00 pm note on drive thru says no original donuts ? I go back at 5:00pm same thing? I return February 7th @12:45 I purchased 2 original donuts, ask to speak with manager rolota ? I told her my experience and she was very rude and said what do you want me to give you something free? I said that would be appropriate and appreciate for the 3 trips I made ? She said actually the machine was down and they were short of all donuts ? Was very rude and told me no she was not going to give me anything and was grinding her teeth when she said it! Needs to be fired! Then she just walked away from the window? Poor poor customer service! I recommend do not patronize this Krispy Kreme store! And rolota needs to be replaced!

I've been to several Krispy kreme's in different states and this location is the worst. The donuts didn't taste quite right. It was overly sweet. We ordered frozen latte's and the coffee tasted burned. What a waste of my money.

It was national donut day and Krispy kreme website mentioned free donut per customer, no purchase necessary in shop. But that was not the case. The staff refused to honor this and said it was only free if a purchase is made. Very misleading. And the quality of donuts? They tasted as if they had been made in stale oil.

Krispy Kreme is always out of donuts. They always forget to give me my donuts. Lines are long and register person is very slow. You have to speak to them in the drive through. They never answer you. I don’t know why they are always out of donuts. Especially when your an adult and only get donuts once a month. Folks stick to Dunkin Donuts. Do not waste your time.

Even one star is too much. We were in the drive through and a lady started to take our order but told us that she will be back. After 10 min wait, we saw people starting backing up and leaving. I'm not even sure why they are open if they don't wanna work!

We waited in the drive through for 10 mins, honked tried to order through the speaker and no response. After calling the store and speaking to someone they took another 5 mins to take our order. If it weren’t for my kids I would have not waited so long. Hopefully the service improves because they are going to lose major business.

Worst customer service ever. Some lady ordered 300 green glazed donuts for St. Patricks day and the company stated that they cancelled all online orders for the day and we were in their waiting for 15 minutes before anyone said anything and online orders are coming in. Very unprofessional and why would you be bagging up their order. You should have gave them the boxes of donuts and when passing them out you could ask them if they wanted a bag or a napkin. This is why Southern Maid is the best donut place.

Terrible customer service. Came with my 3 year old and left crying with no donuts because the manager wouldn't take my $100. All I had with me was 100 bill. She claimed it's company policy not to accept it but in the same breath said she would take it if my total was more. So it's company policy or not????? Sketchy. Anyway, hated the way we were treated. My 6 yo complained about the freshness. A 6 yo complaining about a donut?! I was hoping for fresh donuts. Went in and they had SO MANY donuts already made they're likely NEVER fresh. Literally drove 24 minutes to another location bc I promised my son fresh donuts. Nothing but kids working the entire place. Walked in and an employee, on her phone, sitting at a table, yelled for another employee to help me. The donuts were overstocked. Nothing on the belt. I've never seen the light on at this location. Like, what even is the point? A complete disappointment.

I walked in this place at 8:42 pm as two other people were walking out. I was greeted by a rude young boy who immediately rolled his eyes as far back in his head as he could, and he was hand signaling me to go away, basically shooing me away and said inside is closed. I reminded him to have some respect and I am picking up an Uber order and his attitude changed real quick once he realized I wasn’t even ordering and had pickup.

Update your hours please. We drove 30 mins to find out you're not open. There are shipping containers filling up the lot, the front door is boarded up, and the parking lot is roped off...

I visited this location on May 3rd at about 8am and experienced the worse service ever. The cashier was rude as I placed my order and when I got to the window I advised her that she cut me off at the speaker and didn’t take my full order. I told her that I was asking if the doughnuts were fresh off of the belt and she proceeded to slam the window in my face after stating that she’s selling over 4,000 doughnuts a day and doesn’t have time for questions. I began recording because I couldn’t believe that she was providing such a poor level of customer service. When she came back she proceeded to call the police on me stating that I was holding up her line. She then refused to ring up my order. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. I’ve spoken with the district manager who was very apologetic but something definitely needs to be done. I’ll never patronize this business again. @TOPRESTAURANTPICKS

Worst place for customer service! First off they have the red light on and there are NO hot donuts. Then why is the red light on. They said they just turned it on and It’ll be an hour or so. Secondly, I tried using my app to get my birthday reward and they said system is down “app is not working” then can I get my reward? Here is my email to show that I have one. And yet NO, app is not working can’t connect. Besides those issues and the lack of customer service and the dirty store, I’ll not ever go back to that store!

Diabolical interior. Floor stuck to my shoes like gum, and every step was just disgusting and vile. Lighting is weird, AC was barely/not on, just dingy and disgusting. I would never eat something from here again now that I've seen the inside. Also the donuts are not very good and not worth your time. Go to a local place. Max's donuts down the road is (different) but much better.

This used to be a good store but the past 3 times i have gone to this specific store the donuts have been awful! Krispy kreme in general is amazing but this store's quality is really bad. I figured it was jus when we were going and they were having an off day but after going the third time recently i have given up on this location. The most recent visit, i got the chocolate covered creme filled and the creme was not thick like usually but pretty runny and thin. I have never had this problem before but it was disgusting.

Very bad attitude with one of the employees. Her name is Ruth and She was very arrogant and when I asked for glazed doughnuts, she said they didn’t have it. Their closing time is 10:00 PM and I went there between 8.30-8:45 PM. She could have very well explained to me if they were out of it but instead, she chose arrogance and a bad attitude and became furious. The Manager guy was a nice person and he explained their situation and apologized for the other employee’s behavior. I have been to several Krispy Kremes and this location is the worst one. I will not go back to that store and do not recommend anyone going to this location. Upon seeing other responses/reviews, I could see that I am not alone and this is normal in that place, and not sure why KC management not taking any action on it.

Employees are either are not getting paid enough or they are short staffed. Doors are mostly closed so you can't pickup even if you order online to avoid long lines on drive thru. Customers getting frustrated and backing out of drive thru after waiting 20 minutes. The donuts are good so it's a employer issue.

I don’t recommend anyone going to this location. On Saturday 9/30/2023 at approximately 12:40 p.m. I went to get doughnuts for and as I left I tasted one it was solid cold and also tasted a day old. I took them back and proceeded back through the drive-thru cause no one was there. I asked for the manager when the worker came to the window, because the doughnuts are not fresh. When the manager did come to the window I have never met anyone so rude and treated so unjustly. She automatically started making false accusations towards me and told me I bring doughnuts back all the time and I wasn’t getting anything free today. At that moment now I’m upset cause it was my first time bringing doughnuts back and I have no earthly idea were this treatment is stemming from. Not once did she offer to replace the doughnuts, she went into an outrage on me and told me she didn’t want to see me back there and called the cops on me to ban me from the location just for returning unfresh doughnuts back. On this day as a customer I never felt so humiliated in my life. I was racially profiled and discriminated against. She even stated” Girl, get out and don’t come back.” I even asked her did she know me? She admitted she never seen me, she had heard about me by her employees. I’m steady telling her, you sadly have me mistakened, especially given the fact that I purchased nearly 5-8 dozen of doughnuts per month from the location and have never brought anything back or been treated so rudely as a repeat customer. I even told her since she had never seen me and made a hear say statement to take a picture of me and ask her employees, especially Nancy who I was and she refused. She repeated to continuously mistreat me for no knowledgeable reason except to only discriminate and had the Allen PD to ban me from the location for reasons she had no facts of only assumptions. So I don’t advise anyone to shop at this location especially if you are black.

This place sucks. I made an order for delivery for a friends birthday. My order got cancelled 15 min before delivery time. I tried calling multiple times to see what happened and no one picked up. I payed 28 dollars for the order. Do yourself a favor and don’t even bother to go to this shitty Krispy Kreme. Krispy Kreme is one of my favorite donut places and I have never had any trouble at any location. This is the first time I’ve experienced this problem. They are horrible. Sorry not sorry.

I was there recently for the very first time. I've had krispy cream donuts in Oklahoma but this location was a good drive from my house. I was not impressed. The donuts I got at this location were stale, and old, probably by 4 or 5 days. I won't be back.

Went for my wife's birthday. It was her first time. I even told this to the lady who helped us. But, we ended up feeling humiliated and embarrassed when she indicated that the birthday reward has changed and that we wouldn't get what the reward started and then went on a rant about how people have taken advantage of this offer and even make fake accounts. She was saying maybe we would get 1 donut of our choice and that we might even have to make a purchase. After hearing her out I asked her to see what would happen and she ended up scanning the coupon and it went through as stated. She begrudgingly gave us the reward and walked away. No thanks for coming, goodbye, or even a have a good birthday. Also the Inside of the store smelled smoky/burnt for some reason maybe they were not properly cleaning things: very well or the ventilation was infective. We will not be returning to this store despite the donuts being delicious.

Called 2 hours before and asked if they would have hot and fresh donuts when we passed through, and the manager said that they would. We get there 2 hours later, and the hot and fresh sign was on. There aren’t any donuts on the conveyor belt. I asked about hot and fresh donuts, and the younger kid behind the counter, said they would in about 10 minutes. The manager walked up and said no, it would be 30 minutes or more. Seemed like he just didn’t want to mess with getting us hot, fresh donuts. The hot, fresh donut aspect set Krispy Kreme apart from all its competitors, and we’re left with cold donuts. Unfortunately, I do see why they’re going extinct. Poor management…not taking care of customers. We won’t be going back to this Krispie Kreme.

Today is my first day coming this store and I m the first customer here and first time but the experience I have I will never come back here . The white lady was extremely rude from the beginning when I ask her I will get 2 dozen donut she never say hi never great and when I was standing she didn’t say how can I help she was keep doing her stuff till I have to look at to her then say can I help . I don’t know why so I have to get so rude attitude for no reason while I m paying for my food . It seems management doesn’t care that much here. Worst experience for my daughter birthday today this place totally ruin my day this early morning .

Just received my order the cream filled were bad as if the filling gone bad , I mentioned please send fresh but they are as hard as rock … when I get it myself pickup order they always give fresh had a bad start to my Sunday ordered 2 dozen for family all gone waste and top of it they don’t pick up calls

I moved from California last year and always enjoyed Krispy Kreme from back home. Ever since I have been coming to this location, I was always disappointed on how the regular glaze donuts were just ugly looking... Today was the day that made me take the time to write this review. Not only did my jelly filled looked smashed, it had quadruple the amount of glaze with tiny hint of jelly inside. To make it even worse, the donuts just tasted greasy and didn't even have the texture you know of. I picked up these donuts at around 11am, so yeah, they probably weren't the freshest, but it was so bad I had to throw them in the trash.

I’m so disappointed by this Krispy Kreme! I have always loved going to Krispy Kreme and I have never been this disappointed before. The donuts were hard and the filling wasn’t even there. They looked like they were made a week ago. I payed so much money and I expected to get something decent. I’m never coming back to this location again! I have warned everyone I know to not go to this location.

04/13 Drove 20mins to reach here and 9:25pm almost 35mins before closing they dont have donuts, not sure why store is open. They dont answer phones.. waste of time and gas/ miles. Horrible xperience. ≠========== loved Krispy Kreme always except for the irate person at counter this am. Ordered couple dozen bunny donuts and donut holes, at pickup felt I was not welcome. Rude and least bother abt customer. Asked to scan for Krispy Kreme app and was told to call corporate. Didn't like it this time but always love the donuts..

The old lady at the counter today at 9.20 am was extremely rude. She would not answer what I was asking instead she kept repeating the what she wanted to say over and over again like a parrot. She rudely told me to step back when I was trying to help what she wasn't getting about the mess up she had made. How horrible can a customer care be and how do you expect business when you have such people at the counter. That lady ruined my whole day and I was picking up donuts for my son's birthday party. This is how a person can ruin your special day. Thank you Krispy Kreme for such a wonderful gift. I will never come back and will tell everyone about my horrendous experience today early in the morning. I'm a top rate GOOGLE reviewer. Your old lady at the counter has earned it for you guys. Thank you.
