Stand alone restaurant with ample parking. Order at the counter, give them your name, and they shout it out when your order is ready. Restaurant was clean and orderly. Staff is friendly and helpful. The bun on the chili burger was rather soggy. The meat was not very flavorful. Tacos were pretty good. Good place for a quick bite but not as good as some other local fast food Mexican restaurants.

The food is always good there, the problem is when you go through the drive thru. Was 3rd in line the other day, took 26 min...lordy they need help badly

Taco Casa is a standard franchise taco shop catering to Americanized taste buds (Tex Mex). It meets the expectations of a fast food shop serving decent ground beef crispy tacos. Two minor quips: 1) the meat is seasoned with a bit more salt than I would have liked 2) the taco shells were not completely as crispy as I would have liked (there was a bit of chewiness to them that are not typically associated with crispy taco shells). Overall, this fast food taco shop is on par with the Taco Bells and Taco Buenos of the world. There are very few subtle differences between the three of them that are hardly noticeable to the general population.

Slow service at the drive through. 15 min waiting at the window for already prepared food. Not like it’s cooked to order

Multiple errors when ordering food through the drive through. No sour cream should mean no sour cream.

I came to eat on my lunch break food was good But wow I went get a refill I did have a sweet tea at first wanted to get a Dr pepper had no idea there was a price difference one of the cook ladies was super respectful and helped me out as soon as the Arabic lady with glasses seen that she was giving me Dr pepper she went CRAZY over that I told her how much more do I owe u for the Dr pepper she was already mad and didn’t charge me but why get a angry and stressed when I’m offering to pay and not ones got mad or disrespectful PLEASE TACO CASA FIX THIS

The cashier was pleasant considering the circumstances. I asked for super nachos with everything on the side. They prepared them with everything on the nacho chips and asked if that would be okay. I guess it was management but she said they come that way and she was going to charge me extra. Also the nacho cheese sauce was an off color brown. We will not be back. Too bad. Not a pleasant dining experience.

The lady at the drive-through window is very rude, but the burrito was good; she didn’t make that. The lady making the food did an awesome job.

WHAT THE HELL! You are open but all the doors are locked at 8:30 pm! You see us at the door. You see the other people coming up to the door. Your neon sign says open. I will never come here again. Beware—closes when they don’t want to work. Allen location.

Terrible experiences are abundant at this location! My last 2 transactions here have been terrible. First there was no employee at front counter which made me leave to go through drive thru. Once in drive through, I had to repeat my order at the window and they still got it wrong. Tonight, I ordered 9 items through Grubhub for delivery and was missing 3 items. I will never spend money at this Taco Casa again. They need to get their stuff together because right now they suck!

Im not to sure if ownership has changed or not since my last visit here about a year ago. The people aren't friendly, the service is slow and the portion size has decreased. I'm glad I moved out of that area so I don't need to return to this particular location.

Just left. I have eaten Taco Casa for 7 years. This location absolutely disgusting. The meat was days old and burnt. Well what meat they did put in there. It was ice cold, not even close to being warm. If I were any part connected to the health department it would be closed down. My wife couldn't even eat it and it was her first time. I talked her into it. She said; " this is nasty" Thanks
