Huge wing size with juicy and crispy outside chicken wings. Tried original hot, cajun and korean sauce. Original still the best. Vegi sticks were very crunchy - perfect and looked fresh to me.

Needs customer service training and better attitudes. Inconsistent size chicken. First time ordering got huge pieces of chicken the next day the chicken was half the size. Doesn't cover the chicken and the fries didn't have anything on them after eating the top so only half are voodoo fries. Good food though.

Food is okay, but it’s ridiculous on how pricy their combo meals are. I spent $17.95 on a 10-piece, which included an extra charge for $1.25 on an additional ranch sauce and 8.25% tax! Go to hell Wingstop smh 🤦🏾‍♀️ P.S. NONE of the cooks were wearing gloves EWW 😷 No wonder people get SICK!!!

i ordered on ubereats and girl, the fries didn’t have to signature seasoning and didn’t taste as good as usual. i miss the old staff.

We have ordered here a few times before when the location near our house is too busy. Food is typically okay. Tonight, we ordered pickup. Got home and realized that the wings were each the size of a quarter. Tried to call the store to talk to somebody. Even offered to send a photo. They told us that we could either bring the food back for a refund, or they could “give us half”. We didn’t want a refund, we just wanted our order to be correct, so we asked for clarification about what “give us half” meant. The girl on the line just repeated herself. I asked if that meant half of a refund, or maybe remaking half of the food or whatever, but she just said again that she could give us half. We were not given the chance to speak to a manager when we asked. We have a combined 34 years of food service experience in the household. What an awful display of customer service.

i’m always having a bad experience at this location. the employees here always seem so unsatisfied, like it’s a burden just to walk in. but on september 25th i was actually surprised because i finally experienced some good customer service. i called ahead and asked a lady if i could just order 5 wings instead of the usual 10 or 15. she asked the manager, they said yes, i came in, paid $7.77, got my wings with ranch, and left very happy. today (sept 28th around 2pm) i went in to do the same thing. no greeting, the guy at the counter told me he couldn’t do it. i told him i had just done it a few days ago, even showed him the transaction, and he kept saying “we can’t do it, it’s not right.” he said he was the manager, but instead of helping he kept repeating why it wasn’t possible. i asked him to call or text someone who worked on the 25th, and he just asked me “who was it, who was it?” like i’m supposed to know his employees’ names. i told him it was on the 25th, around 5pm, that should be enough. eventually after texting someone he admitted it was possible, but then gave me attitude and explained the whole process i didn’t need to hear. i just wanted my wings...that's all... if you are reading this - quit if you’re not willing to deal with customers. it is literally in your job description.

Ok, seriously. Does this wingstop have a salt mine in their backyard? Are they sponsored by big salt? Are they single handedly trying to give blood pressure issues to anyone who eats there? The levels of salt in ALL of the 4 flavors I ordered today was so high that I could feel the sea breeze in my hair while eating it... I got a 20 boneless piece deal, got 4 flavors - Mango Habanero, Hot Honey Rub, Lemon and Garlic Parm. 5 each of each of the flavors. And holy moly did they add salt to ALL of the flavors... First time trying this particular location, but hands down NEVER AGAIN. IF YOU ARE GOING TO GET FOOD THERE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. MAYBE GET THIS FOR YOUR ENEMY AND WATCH THEM DIE EARLY I GUESS 🤣

I went to pick up an online order, and as I was eating my food I notice the fries are unseasoned and there is a small hair in the fries. I tried to call the store I get an automated answer and when I finally get directed to their customer service line the employee places me on hold and then hangs up.

Found a roach in my fries and I am beyond disgusted. I’ve eaten at this location countless times and I can’t imagine what I or my family had ingested over the past few years. Never recommending this location.
