The five cheese ziti was rich, gooey, and baked to perfection. Total comfort food that hit the spot. The drinks were surprisingly good, and the tiramisu was light, creamy, and the perfect way to end the meal.

Arrived and as soon as we were seated our waiter MJ greeted us immediately with a smile. After taking our drink order, we ordered appetizers. As soon as the drinks came, the appetizers followed quickly. The calamari was hot and very well seasoned. The bread was hot and fresh. The soup needed more seasoning but it was still good. The shrimp Alfredo pasta was everything it needed to be and a very huge portion, I'll be eating this for a snack tonight. I was hoping the shrimp appetizer was seasoned like the calamari it wasn't but it was still good. MJ the waiter refilled the drinks on a regular, he never asked just showed up out of nowhere refilling drinks lol. Overall the experience was good

Really good experience during this visit. It was busy that night but we were able to get seated in about 5-10 mins. The restaurant was clean and well-kept and the hostess was friendly. And our wait staff was truly awesome. He consistently checked on us and made sure we are enjoying our dinner and that our drinks were refilled. I wish I remember his name so I can give him a proper shout out.

Fettucini alfredo was excellent. Our server Lina was excellent too. She was welcoming, accommodating, & accurate. Busy early dinner & staff was right on it. Soup was ok. Breadsticks were middling. Some came out hot. Some lukewarm.

Olive Garden is a favorite! Our first visit to this location and the food is (As usual) delish! We started by ordering a bottle of Chianti. Very good! However, I completely forgot to get a photo of our appetizer, fried lasagna w/ marinara and then our chicken parmesean w/ Angel hair pasta. Both were outstanding! I LOVE their Minestrone soup and purchased and extra to enjoy at home. The Italian donuts are served with a warm chocolate dip and a side of pureed raspberry. Can it get any better?

The place is great. Food is good. Not a great place if you are not a fan of Italian food and cheese. The service is amazing. I love the atmosphere too. Tour of Italy is a must try if you are unsure of what you wanna order. Their bread is so fresh and so good. I would wanna go back just for their bread.

Good food, poor service. We planned just a light dinner , with soup and salad and appetizer, and our server was anything but available to us. Every time we wanted to rotate the soup , we had to ask another server to bring it to us. One time, even the front desk manager brought us a soup. Yet, our so-called assigned server was very, very busy chatting 2 tables away with a larger group of other clients, all the while ignoring us totally. 8 minutes she was chatting and laughing and sharing her life story probably with other clients, while ignoring us and others ..... Well, when the time came to pay the bill , we choose to ignore leaving a tip , because of the " quality " of the service received. It's ok, if this job is not for everyone, maybe Olive Garden should keep waiters that are actually just doing their job. Not everyone needs to order the full menu, and the most expensive items, to get good service. Bad experience will not return to this location - don't recommend.

As a long time rep and marketer, you just officially priced me out. For over a decade I have utilized you all and your locations for my provider lunches. I average a couple a meals a month, and spend 600-700 bucks. These pasta stations are not worth what you are pricing now. Way too not look out for your clientele. And thanks for taking away the rewards program. I will find someone else to use for my meals.

We arrived at the place, they sat us down, and we had to wait almost 20 minutes for them to even offer us water. Then they brought us the calamari, which is supposed to be crispy, but it was awful. They brought the bread only when we were already eating. It was terrible, honestly. I hope they pay more attention to detail. 😡😡😡😡

My family and I have been coming to Olive Garden for a good long while. We would order the calamari and a salad to share. It was always nice because this would be enough to fill us up, and for cheap, too. The most recent time we went, we did this again. Our bill showed two charges for the salad, unlike every other time. We mentioned this to our server, who said, despite this being the first time this has happened, that it is standard policy. We called the manager over to dispute this charge, as it is new to us. He would not allow this. This is, by far, the worst service we have received and was an unnecessary charge that has never happened before. Safe to say, we will never be returning to this location, and I suggest that you do not come here either.

My kiddo thought he was diving into the famous Never-Ending Pasta Bowl—Rigatoni, Five Cheese Marinara, and Crispy Chicken Fritta. Instead, the server rang it up as a Create Your Own Pasta for $12.99, instead of the $13.99 Never-Ending option. When I asked if we could simply adjust it for the extra dollar, the answer was a flat “no.” Really, Olive Garden? For a buck? That’s the kind of nickel-and-diming that makes endless breadsticks lose their charm. A little training could go a long way in making guests feel valued. I’m sure I’ll be back—after all, where else can one carbo-load so reliably—but this visit gave me a story in how not to serve up customer service.
