The place is very well set up for enjoying some drinks and food while watching what ever sport you are looking to watch. The service was great, the food was amazing and the atmosphere matched. Our server Arika was very polite and amazingly helpful in picking out what we were trying to decide on to eat. She was amazing and set the tone for our visit with a smile. Being this my first time to a Pluckers, and being from Houston, I will definitely be going to the one nearest to me and introducing the rest of my family to this great place. Thank you Arika for your advice and suggestions in helping us get the full Plucker experience.

Took my Bambina to 1 of our favorite lunch spots and had a GREAT experience thanks to Willie! We’ve been a ton of times but this one was overall the BEST! We like our wings extra crispy and this is the 1st time our server had said he hits a button for 2 min extra cook time and asked us how many times we wanted the extra fry time! We chose 2 (equaling 4 extra fryer minutes) and everything came out perfect! Go here for sure and ask for Willie!

We came to this location because the wait-list for Plano was ridiculous. The wait time was 2 hours on Friday at 6:30 pm. In Allen the wait was only 10 minutes at 7 pm. Service was great and my ranch chicken wings + Mano habanero were done just right. Pluckers always keeps the wings consistent. Order the fries pickles or nacho fries. Their queso is excellent 👌.

We love our server Jacob. We always get great customer service and he always does his job with a smile. We enjoy coming to eat at Pluckers in Allen because of him. While staying in Allen Texas, wanted something simple to eat and discovered Pluckers Wing Bar. We arrived to numerous people waiting in line, so we knew it had to be tasty. The Restaurant is large with a bar where those who love sports have numerous Flatscreens to view games. Truly a kid and family friendly atmosphere. Of course we brought our wings back to the Hotel..lol The wings were hot and tasty, we also tried at least 5 different sauces, available for purchase. Pluckers are all over Texas, don’t miss out.

Great food. Gluten free menu and wing sauces. Liz, our bartender, was very helpful. Their computer system went down and apologized. Food is a little pricier than normal, but overall a great value. UPDATE: They have raised their prices in 2023. The prices on the menu do NOT reflect the prices they charge. They need to update their menu prices to reflect what the actually charge you.

Came in for lunch and had Karma as my waitress. She did a great job at recommending different drinks and she let me know that you could get your fries tossed in sauce (it was delicious). I would definitely come back, especially if I get Karma as my waitress again! 10/10

We came for wings. The place was busy, and our appetizers were a bit overcooked or undercooked, but the second time around, they came out perfect. We had a few little things like this, and our waitress, Amber, was the very best. Especially if you have small "children"...as she had so much patience with all of us and attended to us very beautifully. Please ask for her. You will not be disappointed. Thank you, Ms. Amber!

I recently had a meal at Pluckers Wing Bar and overall enjoyed it. It’s a fun, casual spot with a lively atmosphere perfect for grabbing wings, watching a game, or hanging out with friends. They have a big variety of sauces and flavors, and the wings are flavorful and satisfying when they’re done right. The staff was friendly and the service was good, even though it can get a bit busy at peak times. It’s a solid choice if you’re craving wings and a laid-back place to eat. Would definitely go back for more wings and a relaxed night out!

First time here with no idea what to expect, pretty solid place. I had the mild buffalo tender basket with waffle fries, not bad at all. They ain't playin' around with their buffalo, that was pretty 'picy. The waffle fries were on par with Chick-fil-A, and the dirty soda was good, too. I'll be back again to have me a sammich.

Our waitress Miya was really nice and fast, we got our drink and appetizer orders in within a minute of sitting down. Our order was a little off and they fixed it up immediately while being so kind. Great staff who are so nice, and really good drinks.

Just had a late dinner there with my wife while visiting family nearby for the holidays. Really loved the experience! Sully, our server, took incredible care of us from the jump. I have a gluten allergy, and he checked everything multiple times to make sure I wasn’t ordering anything that might contain hidden gluten. Since it was our first time there, he was able to offer us a free appetizer on the house! Their wings and waffle fries were totally gluten free, which is awesome since waffle fries rarely are. Chips and queso were also VERY good. Highly recommend this place! Ask Sully for a server if you do.

I’ve been out of the country for 6 months and Pluckers was at the top of my list to come back to. The server was great and friendly. But for whatever reason when we got the food served, our wings were cold. I’ve never had that happen before at Pluckers so we asked for the manager and she QUICKLY fixed it by getting us all fresh wings that were HOT. Not sure what happened in the kitchen but I’m leaving 5 stars for the very fast service from the waitress and manager. Thanks for making my return home a great experience!

I’ve been to Pluckers before and I have to say the Allen location is a lot better than the Richardson one. Service was prompt and friendly. My server was Mason, who did an excellent job making sure our cups were full and stomachs were satisfied. Definitely coming back!

I'd say in comparison to most of the go to wing spots, they were on point with their wings. Our server was cool and checked in often even though it was super busy. We love Pluckers and have been visiting location since they opened. The food is almost always as ordered, sometimes the wings can be a bit hotter than you order if they’ve been using the sauce a few times, but otherwise good. We enjoy the blue cheese potato chips, a lot, we prefer to get them as a a Pluckers Club Member Reward, but pay for them out of pocket every time they’re not. On this visit we shared a wing combo, but were disappointed to learn they have removed sweet potato fries from the menu. Honestly, those were one of the reason this was a favorite place, so that will likely change how frequently we visit. Our food on this visit was great! Biggest complaint was the noise. We were there for an early dinner, around 5p, and they turned the radio up so loud we couldn’t hear each other. I’m used to sports bars being loud, but this was just LOUD-er than expected.

It's funny that this popped up to ask how my visit at Pluckers was.....because WE ARE STILL HERE! Got here at 7pm, got our appetizer only 10 minutes ago at about 8:15pm. Cold waffle cheese fries. Ate them bc we're starving but sticking it out in hopes that our main meal will be better. To be continued... Alright, we received our food, and the wings were pretty good! The fries still came out cold. Overall, for the wait and service here, we won't rush to come back.

I've tried their chicken strips, they where more done on the outside then inside (just believe that the grease was to hot and they were a little bit too done on the outside) but they were still good, the waffle frys were not even close to being crispy. I will give them another try just to be fair.

Service was amazing but I've been to lots of pluckers in SA and Austin and this one just didn't compare. Chicken was kinda cold and the portions size was a lot less than what I usually get at other plucker locations. 6 strips compared to 8 for the large order. I always get the same thing no matter what pluckers I go too. Wings were cooked well but some over sauced and some undersauced. This location may be a hit or miss. Considering the price you pay I expected more. Nearly 30 dollars for 6 strips is way overpriced.

Went for lunch on a Tuesday about 1pm. Service was slow but because the bartender was trying to take care of everything. I saw another server taking care of a couple tables but most were being taken care of by one bartender. I saw quite a few workers and even mangers but seemed like no one wanted to help the bartender. Also, no frozen margaritas. The machine is broken. Food was just okay. Waffle fries were cool, not hot. I got the impression our food had been ready a bit before the bartender had a chance to run it out to us. We were there over and hour and a half for just lunch. Good thing we weren't in a hurry. We had been out shopping. It was frustrating to see one person trying to keep up with customers when so many employees and managers on computers at dining tables or talking to eat other. With so many different places to eat in the area, we won't be returning. First and last time to visit Pluckers for us.

We were on hunt for great wings , and had higher expectations, since they have ‘wing’ literally in their name - on the contrary was bit let down with over dry wings . May be because it was a game day and was really full . Their fries was decent , and have a decent beer selection too . Staff was lovely and took good care .

We walked in early in the day and the host was counting their drawer in, as they touched all the money they then after not even saying hello grabbed our silverware without washing and gave us the now money grubbed silverware. The table was sticky in spots and most of the glass dividers were covered in finger prints and smears. Our server was attentive in spurts, after checking on us once they vanished, mind you we were one of 4 tables in the whole building. We ordered two buffalo chicken salads and some fried pickles. The food was OK, nothing stellar but also not poor. Overall I would not return unless I was cajoled into it based mostly on cleaning standards and the host not understanding food safety 101.

Wife called in a take out order. 2 kids boneless meals, one with fries, one with tots. and then a 10 piece lemon pepper hot We were charged for 2 adult portions of bonless meals instead of the kids pricing, and received 8 lemon pepper hot wings instead of 10. Love Pluckers, but very disappointed with the experience this go around.

Would not recommend. We went in for lunch. There is were maybe 5 tables sat. It took 15 minutes for the bartender to get us water. Another 5 to grab a beer for my partner, and another ten to remember my mixed drink. There were a total of 6 people sitting at the bar including my party of 2. There were 6 servers sitting around a hightop table just talking and completely ignoring customers. The bar was covered in dirty dishes for the duration of our time there. Our food came out like warm. The tater tots were soggy, the waffle fries were chewy, the boneless wings were over cooked. The only thing that was anywhere near enjoy was the buffalo chicken sandwich and the sauces. The bartender didn't check on us once during our meal. And by the time we were ready for our bill, she was too busy cleaning up so she could end her shift to even notice us. After trying to get her attention for a good 15 minutes we ended up asking the bartender coming on shift for our bill. If you want good food or attentive staff I'd recommend going anywhere else.

Loud music, utensils were coated in old food, and the chicken was dry and covered in tendons. I’ve decided to not ever return. My waitress was phenomenal and is the ONLY reason I didn’t rate this establishment lower.

I was so exited to try pluckers but unfortunately had to add it to the no list. We ordered the appetizer sampler and everything was flavorless and unnecessarily large. Wings were good but was disappointing to see that only 2/10 wings were flats. Food was lukewarm at best, I’m sure they have better days.

I ordered 15 wings, 10 of which were Buffalo medium and were really good. The remaining 5 was a bbq sauce that was recommended. I took one bite out of one of the 5 wings and really hated the flavor. I asked for the combo to be lowered to a 10 wing combo on the check or if I could have the remaining wings remade in a different sauce. Our waiter did everything in his power to make it right, however seems management wouldn’t allow for this change but we’ll never know for sure because management refused to see us. What a joke. next time I eat wings, it’ll definitely be at Buffalo wild wings

My first time here with my sister and brother-in-law. I was not impressed! I couldn’t believe we had a three tall beer minimum. I ordered two tequila shots and the waitress said she had to check with her manager if I could order them because we had the maximum three tall beers. I never been micromanaged at a restaurant and I’m never going back.

Drink orders take forever. You basically have to order, wait 5-10 minutes for your server to show back up, re-ask, and then either follow them to the bar or just get a manager. Wondering why it's worth it? So am I...

Normally they are on top of it, but today not so much. Server came to get our drinks and seemed to already be having a bad day. Took a hour to get the food and it was not even fresh, fries were cold, wings were cold and they were probably low on Mac. Server was there 2 times, when we ordered and a hour after to tell us is everything okay. We had to get a server to go look for them since we waited 15 minutes trying to pay and leave.

I have been coming to this location for years. My brother, who Has never visited a Pluckers restaurant before was excited to try it out so we went to the Allen location this past Friday. It was pretty full, so we added our name to the waitlist, and went to the bar to have a drink. We all ordered a tall draft beer. When we got sat at our table, we were immediately asked by our server how many beers had each of us already consumed. We let our server know that it was our first beer, and she let us know that they keep count & that there was a 3 beer max for the tall draft. Never had any of us heard of that before. Not only were we surprised by that, but our server made sure to space out the timing in between for our beer refills. We frequent other restaurants such as Twin Peaks, Buffalo Wild Wings, establishments such as these, & never have we been told that we have a limit on our drinks, nor have ever made spectacles of ourselves for being publicly drunk. At one point, I was wondering what was taking our server so long to bring our refills, and I noticed her leaning against a counter having a conversation with another server. When she saw that I was looking at her, she ducked away into the kitchen. When my brother asked for a shot from the bar for himself and my husband (Neither were driving that night) she said she needed to check with her manager to see if that was permitted. Needless to say this all completely dimmed my brother’s first time visiting this establishment, and now it will be his last. It just left a sour taste in all of our mouths. We are adults and we don’t need to be micromanaged. We are paying for a service and we are paying for our drinks.Don’t think we’ll be back for a while.

This place is super hit or miss. When the food is good, it’s great, but when it’s bad it’s truly terrible. Tonight we waited 30 minutes for seating, which should have been the first clue that they were overwhelmed. Our server was disengaged to the point of being rude, and left our table completely alone for the entire time from appetizers coming out to our food coming out. We didn’t get refills until most of us were done eating, because it took her that long to go get them. The fried cheese exploded in the fryer and then cooled off to lukewarm before it came out. My wings had no lemon pepper on them, nor did my fries (even though I paid for it). The fries were cold, too. And my husband’s BLT had bacon so burnt it crumbled into little chunks. It was incredibly disappointing. Every time we’ve been here the music or sports on the TVs is way too loud, making it hard to hear anyone (including the server). That’s consistent, so 1 star there. I did 2 stars for food and service because sometimes the food is amazing and the service is good, but tonight it would have been a 1 star on all counts. It’s disappointing, because when things go well this is one of my favorite places to eat, but since I can’t trust the quality to be good each time I think we’ll be taking a break from Pluckers.

First of all both restrooms were dirty . Toilet paper on floors, overflow of trash and sink not clean. We started with sampler appetizer. Was it hot and the boneless bites were old and chewy. The 10 wings were good and waffle fries were cold. I got the chicken Sandwich. It didn’t have the blue cheese on it and the bun was stale. My waffle fries were also cold. Was hard to find the waitress and my them we were disgusted. Prices are high and expect more. As we were leaving we looked at all the dirty tables and staff talking around the kitchen, the floors had food and trash even in entry. We will not be back!!

If I could give no stars I would. I came to our family favorite wing spot just a different location than usual. I ordered fried cheese, holy Mac and (2) 10 piece wing meals. Fried cheese logs came out super light in color and soggy. Holy Mac super soggy when you picked it up, it was falling in pieces to where you couldn’t even pick it up. Fries cold as well. I sent the stuff back to the kitchen and got the same result. 10 piece wing meal $20 to receive the a half chicken wing. Didn’t think take pictures but did get the one with the wing. Waiter turned rude at the end wish there was a way to get my tip back …. WILL NOT BE RETURNING

I’ve come here multiple times and always had a great experience. Today was terrible. The server an extremely long time to bring us drinks and food and to take our order. It was if she left the restaurant between coming over to our table. The beer had been sitting for very long time as it was missing significant carbonation and the fries and wings were refrigerator cold. I’m not sure I will come back after this.

Poorly trained staff and no customer service. Let’s begin with host-not greeted and miserable attitude. Waiters-very forgetful and not paying attention to the request of BASIC drink orders. We had multiple waiters and each one was more horrible than the previous. Messy, Musty, Dusty, Crusty all around! Avoid this location at all cost! Please get your team retrained! 💯

Went there to meet with my brothers and were harassed by management to pay tab at table vs paying the bartender wirh whom I had my entire order. They wanted us all at a table so they could add gratuity which makes zero sense with us. We tip more than that. Long story short we wont be back. Wings were dry and overcooked and management needs manners. Do yourself a favor a go elsewhere.

My family has been loyal customers of Pluckers for many years, but our recent visit was by far the worst experience we've ever had at any location. The wait time was unacceptable, our food was cold when we received it, and what made it worse was watching multiple staff members standing in the corner talking and laughing while customers were clearly being neglected. We tried to be patient, but after hours of poor service, we finally asked to speak with a manager—only to be met with an incredibly rude and dismissive attitude. There was no apology, no accountability, just more frustration. The location in Allen does not live up to the standards we’ve come to expect from Pluckers, and sadly, we will never be back.

Wings were not microwaved enough. I asked for them to be hotter and they said they couldn’t and would have to toss them. I don’t like throwing away food so I kept the wings but they were clearly reheated. Not enough, though. Bone was cold. Not appetizing at all. Grossed me out.

Absolutely awful experience tonight. Went in after an Allen Americans game, average crowd. Wife and I sat at a dirty bar that was never cleaned the entire time we were there. We ordered two rounds of drinks and a 10 wing combo total. Drink service was very poor, waited five/ten or so minutes as the only patrons on our side of the bar to be spoken to, then another 15+ with empty glasses to wave the bartender over for another round. Took over 30 minutes to get our food, which came out cold. Multiple staffers were behind the bar doing what looked to be closing duties and never once looked up at us to check in. At this time is was over 1.5hrs to close. Won’t be back to this location based on our experience and other recent reviews.

First experience as soon my husband and I walked in , hostess took us to a table outside without asking if that spot was good, which it was not following to that, she throw the menus on the table on a rude way and walked away . I asked for a blue moon with a wedge of orange but and michelada, waitress got me the michelada which was ok but blue moon she said the didn’t have oranges which at the beginning I asked her if she had oranges and she yes. Overall not good experience at all . we certainly will not going back to pluckers

Walked into the restaurant at 7:05pm and got seated right away, the table we got sat at was not cleaned properly. We did not get greeted by a server until 7 minutes had passed. Wasn’t even the server for our section but another server who saw me looking around the restaurant trying to locate our server. He took our order and we got our appetizer served 15minutes later and the server provided dirty appetizer plates - had dried sauce from previous use. Our food came out at 7:43pm and in my child’s ranch he found a long coarse beard hair. The store manager was running around to different tables putting out multiple fires due to long wait times/poor service. When he got to us he offered a $15 gift card. We had already paid for our meal and was in the process of leaving. We did not accept the gift card because our family has zero desire of visiting Pluckers in the near future. This location has serious management issues and needs to get their act together in terms of cleanliness and proving a quality food service to their customers. 10/21/25.

We waited 50 minutes for a to-go order that we were originally told would be ready in 20 minutes. After 30 minutes, I went to get an update and was then informed that the order had been placed incorrectly by the front desk and that it would be out shortly. By the 50-minute mark, we asked to cancel the order, but were told a manager needed to process the cancellation. We then waited another 10 minutes before I had to go find the manager myself just to get assistance and a refund. The front desk staff did the bare minimum to help and spent most of the time talking at the front desk instead of trying to resolve the issue or communicate updates. We were given a gift card as if we would want to return after this experience. Extremely disappointing service.

I have had some unfortunate experiences at different pluckers locations but man does this take the cake. Firstly, my family have always enjoyed coming to the Allen location because their service was always usually great and so was there food. Also, one or two mistakes wouldnt warrant a bad review but this was just one after another. It first began with a hair found in our marinara sauce in our sampler appetizer which almost broke our appetite but since it was only one mistake we wouldn't let it ruin the whole dinner and we were pretty hungry. This leads into our next issue...the wait time. After initially ordering and recieving our sampler, it took a good 20 min to order our food followed by a good 35- 40 min to recieve it. It would be understandable if the place was packed and servers were incredibly busy, but viewing 5 servers sitting at the kitchen entrance gossiping and even putting on cosmetics does not convey a busy restaurant. Just for context, we entered and sat down at 7:30 and left at 9:45. When we did finally get our food out and needed a few items, our server did not seem to take care of us any further. Multiple times I am pretty sure she saw us trying to get her attention and no response or acknowledgement. This lack of attention was also reflected in retaining our orders. Drink refills were forgotten and what was supposed to be a boneless bites basket ending up being a boneless wing basket with the upcharge as well. We were told she could ring it up correctly and we could wait for the bites, but the thought of waiting 20 more min was really not an option with a rumbling stomach. After all of these problems, you would think the appetizer may be reduced or at least some discount would be given but no apology or credibility was taken. I was really hoping to have found our pluckers location but the way this night went it just leaves us wanting to search for better.

I never have a good experience at this location. Ordered two 5 piece combos, didn’t know I had to request flats or mixed. Received 10 drumettes and given a wacky explanation although I wasn’t informed while placing my order. No one expects to get all drums when ordering wings. The Holy Mac was under cooked, wings weren’t fresh. The entire experience was a waste. Plates are always dirty!!!! I Wouldn’t recommend this location even if the food was FREE!!! The food was TRASH, drive an extra 20 minutes for a better experience! Don’t waste $50 like I did! 1 star is far too generous…. * Waiter was friendly…

Quality and service have continued to decline, but today was single handily the worst experience we’ve had at this location. Tables not getting cleaned in a timely manner so we had to wait for a table even tho multiple tables open which mean there isn’t enough wait staff. One person at the host stand while people lined up out the door. Finally get sat after the hostess wipes down the down the table. Server overwhelmed, takes our drink order and then bartender takes a solid 15 minutes to pour a beer because she’s overwhelmed with tables and bar. I say overwhelmed, neither one had much pep in their step but you could tell they were beat down and it was only 12:30!!! Wing sauce was incorrect, didn’t send back because that might have taken another 20-30 minutes to get correct, other food was cold. All of this poor experience going on while I’m watching a manager sit at a table on a lap top not helping anyone. At one point, I saw her look at the host stand when no employee was there and numerous patrons were around not being taken care of. Not once did she get up to help any of the employees. I then see some guy walk out, speak with her and then walk back toward kitchen area, no help. I asked our server if that was the GM and he said yes. I was like that’s ridiculous he can’t help either. Here’s the deal, food sucked, service was mediocre at best, we didn’t send food back and tipped proper amount. We just won’t go back and I’ll make sure I let everyone I know how bad this location has gotten. We’ve been going to this location since 2018 or so and it used to be hopping and good stuff. Now, it’s hardly ever full and today really showed why.

Terrible! Absolutely Terrible, we ordered 5 bone in bakers gold and mozzarella cheese sticks to go. .. Our food is lukewarm even so, we sit in the car to eat after picking it up and its not hot- that's when you know food is not fresh and forgot marina sauce..Mind you when we ordered on the phone, and showed up 5 mins earlier, we exactly mentioned to make our food fresh and make sure we have all the sauces to go with it , NOPE did not do this .... So I go in and let them know the situation, manager with an attitude. Its not nobody fault that your team in the kitchen is messing up 😡😡😡. So we asked for food to be made again. ... You would think it would be right ? NOPE .. I pick up the food , sit in our car right into the parking lot. Bite into the mozzarella cheese sticks, cheese dont pull WHEN IT SHOULD, When it's fresh and Hot ... Bakers Gold wings, is not hot and fresh either ONCE AGAIN.... I really got angry, when I brought my husband and I food back the 2nd time requesting a refund, dont even want the food anymore and the manager says - You just picked this up, it was made again .. YEA, AND ITS NOT RIGHT THE 2ND TIME .. Do you think I have time to Lie, When we are hungry? I wanted to slam the box of food open to show them , just how much it was not right the 2nd time 😡😡 .. Another person beside manager had enough customer service and sense to just say Im sorry about this and here is your refund .... SO RUN AWAY! Find another pluckers ! You have been warned . This was our first time giving this location a Try at that! We normally go to Arlington location WHO IS ALWAYS BETTER...... Do not give them a chance! You have been warned, Ridiculous! Smh 😒😒😒🙄🙄

This Pluckers location is a straight-up disaster. We ordered takeout and ended up waiting over an hour for food that never even showed up. We were told 15–20 minutes, then after 30 minutes they suddenly “realized” they messed up the order. Meanwhile six employees were literally standing around at the front doing nothing but talking while customers just stood there waiting. No one cared. No one moved with urgency. No one even pretended to know what they were doing. We asked for a manager and that turned into another 15-minute wait just to get a simple refund. The whole place runs like nobody there has ever worked a real job. Completely unprofessional, embarrassingly lazy, and absolutely not worth your time. Avoid this location unless you enjoy being disrespected.

This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. Our party of four arrived at 6:45 pm on a busy Friday, and while the waitlist was managed well—we were seated in 30 minutes—things quickly took a turn for the worse once we sat down. It took nearly 10 minutes for our server to take our drink orders, then our food showed up before any of the drinks arrived. During that period, there was a loud commotion when someone in the restaurant dropped a crate of beer glasses, which the staff later blamed for ongoing delays. We received our beers when we were already halfway through our meals, and they were completely flat. The waitress explained that the long wait and the poor quality were both due to the earlier incident. Our mocktail and soda refills also arrived late and only after we reminded the staff multiple times. Throughout the evening, the staff seemed overwhelmed and short on supplies like pint glasses, which led to a frustrating, disorganized atmosphere. The whole experience suggested that better management and training are badly needed. I would not return or recommend this restaurant, especially since there are plenty of other local places that serve better wings and beer for the same price.

We’ve been loyal patrons of this Pluckers location for years, despite consistently slow service. But tonight, 11/18/25, was the final straw. My husband and friends spent 4.5 hours at the bar watching college football — a tradition we’ve enjoyed many times before. During that time, he had five short draft beers, same as his friend. We all ordered dinner, tipped generously (25%!) despite the bartenders being inattentive and disengaged. The bar was nearly empty — maybe 10 people — yet the two bartenders spent more time chatting with each other than serving customers. We had to flag them down every time we needed a drink, waiting 10+ minutes each time. Then came the real kicker: just before the game ended, my husband asked for one final beer. Instead of a simple yes or no, the so-called “manager” came out and abruptly told us they wouldn’t serve us — citing a mysterious “5 beer limit.” This was news to us. In all our years coming here, this has NEVER been enforced or even mentioned. The manager’s tone was condescending, the approach unprofessional, and the staff’s attitude downright rude. We’re done. Pluckers has lost our business for good. If this is how regulars are treated — with poor service, arbitrary rules, and disrespect — then its clear management has lost touch. I sincerely hope REAL leadership sees this and takes action, because tonight was an embarrassment.

Update Came here to say its been over three weeks. Although I have sent them my information. No one has attempted to contact me. We are long time members of the Pluckers Club. With that being said we brought our daughter and family to celebrate her birthday. Things started off well, no wait for a table and we got our drinks pretty fast. Ordered our food, and that took a while to get it. My wings were cold and the kids mac-n-cheese were cold also. My daughter ordered Spicy Ranch wings, which were not spicy. We told the waitress and her statements were as follows: 1. It has green flakes on it so there spicy! My daughter says, doesn't all ranch seasoning have green flakes!?!? 2. I can bring you out some ranch seasoning! No, I don't want to add my own seasoning. 3. Do you want me to remake them for you? Nevermind, at this point it seems like an inconvenience. Needless to say my daughter was unhappy and disappointed with her birthday meal. Her husband was eating his wings and all of a sudden he started to throw up. We decided to get our check and leave. On our way home I started to feel sick to my stomach and by the time I go home I was throwing up. Pretty sad for us all just having wings and iced tea. This place has really gone down hill and not worth what we paid. We won't be back.
