OooRah! Open for dining in although with the wonderful TX fall weather eating outside would have been OK. Take advantage of the parking garage nearby to get out of the sun. We had a seasonal soup and new sandwich menu item. Delicious. We have eaten at other locations but first time here. All the expected virus precautions in place so its safe place to eat. Good for them spending money on wheel chair lift to customers can sit in the upper dining area. Drink cups and lids can be recycled.

This is great location surrounded by many stores. The soups are excellent and their bread bowl is unique. The “pick 2” combo has many options and allows mix-and-match of soups, salads and sandwiches. Our most recent trip was specifically for their French Onion Soup and it was wonderful. A great meal for a cold day.

Panera Bread at Watters Creek is convenient and predictable, especially when you need a quick meal while shopping or running errands. The space is clean and comfortable, and ordering—whether in person or online—is generally easy. That said, this location feels very average. Service is efficient but fairly transactional, and food quality is hit or miss depending on the visit. Some orders are fresh and well prepared, while others feel rushed or inconsistent. Nothing has been bad enough to complain about, but nothing stands out either. It’s a fine option for a quick soup-and-salad or coffee stop, but not a location I’d go out of my way for. Overall, it serves its purpose—basic, convenient, and unremarkable.

I like Panera Bread. And usually I don’t have any qualms about how they make my food or service. But today the service was lackluster, and my sandwich just got slapped together the sauce was slobbered all over made my bread soggy(didn’t like that). It was a very meeehhh experience to say the least.

Pickup order using the app. Very small sandwich for $12 and not much meat. Flavor was excellent but the value not so much. Cesar salad same comment. Also plastic bowl not much lettuce. For the $$$ not a good value. Probably won’t repeat. Value not commensurate with purchase.

Everytime I do rapid pick up here it's.. not so rapid. Like I'm talking 15 minutes past what time they say it'll be ready - they're bumping orders well before they're ready to keep up stats because I'll get the email saying it's ready and I'll still wait about 15 minutes in store for it to be actually complete - kind of a pain when I'm trying to maximize my lunch break and but spend it sitting around waiting. Food is at least good.

I bring my husband's for his birthday breakfast and It was more than disappointing. Actually pretty sad morning for us. Chai was plain, Italian steak was more than disappointing, actually i didn't finished and the spicy fiesta was everything but spicy... The self order screen was very easy and intuitive, kitchen lady was very sweet and the restaurant has a really nice atmosphere of being stuck on 2005 very cozy and quiet. 2 stars for the last 2 good things that we can say about this but it definitely didn't worth it the $35 dollars at all.

French onion soup was very poor. Greek salad bland, could barely taste if there was dressing on it. Food at this place is, at best, bland and uninteresting. What stood out was the constant YELLING out of customers' names when their order was ready: Crude--Obnoxious-- and unsavory. I think people must come here only for the fairly nice atmosphere. I cannot ever come back.

Received an extremely underwhelming garden caprese. All bread and hardly any tomato and almost no cheese. If this is their new recipe, they should go back to the old one. Had I received this in store, I would have complained. This was a huge disappointment. I’d recommend never ordering from this location online. I’m including both the photos of what I got and what it should have looked like

Had the half sandwich and soup meal delivered from this location and requested no tomatoes due to being allergic and the receipt even said no tomatoes. When I opened up my sandwich I saw 2 massive slices of tomato on the sandwich not sure if they were just not paying attention, but this is why I always check my food before I bite into it. Luckily the soup was still good i will give them credit for that, but they definitely need to check these things in the future!

We were order #6051716003907638 and we have always ordered from here. But for one of the items I specifically said no cheese because my daughter cannot have cheese. However when we opened the order at home, the bagel which I had ordered for her, had cheese in it. This is bad service as they can’t read instructions.

We ordered green Goddess salad. the sauce for the salad its diluted with water, no taste at all (watery taste) so im wondering do they save money by this way . Every time i go i think maybe this time is better taste, but it seem they insist on cheating with the sauce to make it more by adding water, also not friendly staff.

Update Bathrooms are disgusting and I'm pretty sure that's the smell you smell when walking in the door. I shouldn't have to prove a sip cup drink order to receive my cup you should just be putting the cup out on knocking the order off your screen only once the cup is picked up already. Very simple.
