First time trying this location and second time trying Mr.Jims pizza. The first time I tried it was so many years ago when I lived in Mansfield, I remember it being good. My husband and I saw this place leaving the gym two doors down ( It’s about balance right?… 😂) anywho we ordered two mediums because they had a special. I got pepperoni, Italian sausage, beef, pineapple, and jalapeño, my husband got pepperoni and Italian sausage. The slices were cut through all the way, the ingredients did not have that weird freezer taste in the meat, and it was absolutely perfect! My son ate all but 3 pieces of my pizza, and then he finished off my husbands pizza for lunch the next day. The cashier was very friendly and expressed gratitude for us for trying his place and hoped for us to be happy enough to come back. I will definitely be back! This location exceeded expectations!
I had a Meat Lovers pizza delivered for my crew today, and they loved it. We're speaking very highly of the food. I also received this wonderful thank you and happy holidays card from the owner. That just shows the attention and detail that they put into making their customers happy. Thank you very much for the support. Great service and the great food.

They are truly devoted to their provision of family like Services with their punctuality, healthy and hygienic lifestyle and working around the clock for making a better, Neighbourhood, a better environment and Serve as a continuous motivation for others. He remembers my name and even knows my favorite flavor, which adds such a personal touch. Sometimes he surprises me with an extra pizza, which is just amazing. It’s rare to find a place that makes you feel like family and serves such great food. Highly recommend!

I am so pleased with Mr Jim's Pizza. I had a birthday party, and the app was not working for me. So, I had to call the restaurant, and they took care of me. I am so happy for what they did for me. Thank you so much Mr. Jim's Pizza.

Franchise has a new owner :) Stopped going to this location years ago after they kept getting my order wrong and undercooking my pizza. New owners are friendly, greet you with a smile and always check in to make sure I had a good experience. As for the pizza, it's fantastic. I've been eating it for 30 years, so I have strong opinions :) Mr. Jim's brag on their crust (three day proof so it's tangy, airy, and crispy) but everyone I know agrees that the game changer is their sauce. I'd recommend a Pizza Deluxe over a D'Lish, the thicker crust is worth it. My friends all agree that you need to get the bread buds though. The bread sticks (family size) order is a little too big to cook as thoroughly as the smaller buds. Better to just order 2 things of bread buds and extra pizza sauce (trust me, you'll love it and need the extra).

My order was ready within 5 minutes upon my arrival, with a personal hand written thank you card! The food was great hot and made to order. With reasonably priced food, to feed my family (of four) and a little bit left over. I would recommend if your in the frisco area try this Mr. Jim's location you will not be disappointed.
This pizza is worth the try! You can tell they use good ingredients and make the pizza with great care. My family had a pizzeria in NY so I'm kinda picky. The staff was friendly too.

You can taste the real, whole ingredients, and each pizza is truly made with care. We are always ordering from Mr. Jim's, our go to Friday Pizza/Movie Nights. The food was delicious! And when I called over the phone to verify my online order the lady over the phone was so sweet and nice. You can hear the positive energy in her voice. As we all know you don't always get that energy when calling certain food places. The gentleman that cashed us out at tue counter was awesome!! We will be back!!

I just want to say a big thank you to Anil who was our delivery. We are in lakeside apartments. While it was very hard to find all this Apartment. He was so courteous and made sure that he got our food to us. Also he was extremely nice.
Always loved Jim’s pizza from my College days in Denton. This location did not disappoint. Great Pizza and service. Adults love the sticky fingers, good balance of veggies and meats. Kids loved the three cheese.

Great service after an ordering mix up! They corrected my mistake and made sure everything was right. As for the pizza itself, Mr. Jim’s has one of the best crusts around. Crispy and crunchy on the edge and fluffy on the inside. They are also one of the few places that offer flavored crusts.
