It was my girlfrirend and I’s first time at BJ’s and we’ll definitely be coming back! The pizookie deal is great value and really good food. Our server Myechia was also wonderful and helped us pick the best dishes
The food was good some of our party got the 13.99 special that came with dessert it was a cookie with ice cream that came out warm and was really good. The portion size on these were small (lunch size) a little disappointed. We also ordered the full size entrees they were good with a better portion size. The waiter was great! Price was slightly high to average. Staff is attentive the manager was checking on tables. Overall a good experience.
We had the most amazing server Rebekah. she was attentive bubbly had conversation with us complementary. She is just a rockstar person and her smile lights up the room! The food came out right away. We had the enlightened Asian chop salad and the Ahi tuna salad, and the dressings were fantastic! We look forward to coming back For years to come …. The only reason for the three star in the atmosphere is a loud environment and unfortunately, we were seated in the booths right by the door so we kept getting a very cold draft. Otherwise it’s really a fantastic place.! But again, Rebekah, she is your gem of an asset to the company. She truly should be promoted! We did get to entrées to go as well. That’s why our bill was so high. Otherwise, it’s very reasonable!
Good beer list. Nice open space with entry of TVs. Good food. Service was good also
Easy to find and plenty of parking. I ordered the strawberry chicken salad. The greens were fresh and the chicken was juicy. The strawberries, oranges and blue cheese were really enjoyable. I liked the prickly pear hard cider. An enjoyable lunch.
Fabulous. The full rack of ribs are huge and so tender and delicious. The asparagus is really good too. We had Sam as our waiter and he’s very polite and professional. There was a 30-40 minute wait to get seated but it was well worth it. Classy but relaxing atmosphere with lots of TVs. Also got the chocolate chunk pizookie and do I really need to say anything about that?
Sam Reyes is the BEST SERVER I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!! he is so funny and he made us laugh SO HARD🥹🥹 he brought our food and drinks out SO QUICKLY! he was so nice to us all genuinely SO NICE 😊 he made jokes with us and laughed with our stupid teenage brainrot jokes 😌😌 SAM IS SO COOL!!!! you should promote him to CEO😊😊😊😊 HE WAS SO FRIENDLY 100000/10 service and is my new bestfriend please with a cherry on top give him a raise!!!!!!!!!
I eat at BJ's across the region. This location has some of the most friendly and helpful staff I have seen. We stopped by on a Saturday when swamped and they served with a smile and grace. It was genuine. Of course their food is always delicious and the drinks are always well crafted. If you are hungry for steak, pizza, burgers, chicken or whatever..... You will find something delicious here
Outstanding service and great selection of drinks and food. Dinner was delicious!! Thanks Eli!
We went at 5PM on a Monday and were seated right away. The place definitely gets busy but the service was up to the task. They have a very large menu where the entrees are decently priced but the drinks and appetizers are pricey. The wings were great and the Jambalaya spicy and good. Despite filling up we decided to try their special pizookie dessert item, vanilla ice cream on top of hot cinnamon buns. Definitely worth it.
Excellent food and service! Everything was delicious I loved the dessert oh boy this was definitely tasty a must try! The margarita flights were really good too and a bit strong so proceed with caution lol!!!
Nice restaurant in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Nice full bar with comfortable seating and multiple viewing screens , and a large variety of beers and other drinks available. Tried their shrimp tacos which were good . Service is fast and friendly with nice menu options.
We went for dinner with a group of colleagues, the place was crowded but service didn’t miss a thing. I heard very good comments from everyone on the table about their food and drinks, I got a house salad and the Cherry glazed Chipotle Salmon. The salmon with the cherry taste was delicious, a very well balanced flavor, I wouldn’t have minded if the cherry was even more prominent. The side of asparagus and rice was really good, particularly I don’t like spicy food and it was a little too spicy for me, but it was a great dish overall. I would definitely go back when I’m in town again
My server Sam R. was an amazing server. He made us laugh and was super friendly. His aura was through the roof. 100/10 service. My new best friend def needs a raise rn.
CELIAC FRIENDLY! Went to BJs with some friends from work fully expecting to only be able to have drinks as I have Celiacs Disease. Eli, our server, seemed knowledgeable which was encouraging. I asked all the normal questions concerning cross contact and he had a good response to each. I told him to verify with the kitchen and if they didn’t feel comfortable, I would be happy to just drink a few glasses of wine. The manager then came over and said a member from the back of the house would carefully make my pizza and keep it separate from the other meals being prepared. I take ok my Gluten Ease (pill for slight cross contact to help my system break down gluten) and prayed! I had a LOVELY meal and time with my friends with absolutely no ill effects! I am planning on returning with my husband in the next week. Thank you to Eli, the manager and the person that made my food! I have been out a handful of times in the last several years, this kind of care means a lot to people with severe reactions to food! Can’t wait to try that gluten free desert!
Stopped by this place for lunch for the first time. Location is great, the restaurant is well-maintained and has a pretty cool vibe. If you're a beer person you'll love this place as they have a large variety of flavors on tap. The food was outstanding and very very good! Hostess was very friendly and the wait staff was great as well. Had the Eagles game on which was a huge plus!!! Definitely recommend as a place to grab a bite to eat and chill with friends or family.
Caitlinn was a phenomenal server and took care of our orders in a very timely and appropriate manner!! She upsaled the menu options and told us about various specials that we were unaware of when she made her initial appearance! While we were dining and enjoying our experience, Jake,, the kitchen manager greeted our table and shared with us the new pizza that was being rolled out today!!! We tried it and it was phenomenal!!! Caitlinn and Jake are great individuals that served us well and we look forward to returning again!!
Our waiter Eli was very accommodating. The kitchen was backed up due to a busy crowd coming in, so Eli took the appetizer off our tab and kept our beers full. Very nice experience! The manager, Mike, was very nice too. Overall great experience for a Friday night with some friends.
The food was amazing! Eli was a great waiter and checked on us several times. He even sang my friend happy birthday and brought out a candle. Wonderful service would 100% come again!
I had dinner with my 15yr old twins tonight (9/11) Our server Luna was amazing! She was one of the best servers! She was on top of everything! My kids had refills before they even needed them. Her personality was amazing. She made you feel welcomed from the moment we sat down. Hopefully she will be able to see this at some point because she made our dinner so enjoyable! Thank you!
Great tap list if you're into beer! Food was great. And our waiter was fantastic! Friendly and checked in frequently 👍
I went to BJ’s for a relaxing dinner after work. This lovely server named Destiny did a really good job taking my orders. She communicated so well with me and checked on me multiple times to see if the food was good and to see if I needed anything else and also, shoutout to Chris the manager. He’s a really good guy and also checked to see if everything was good & okay. His energy was high and spiritual. Thank you Destiny & Chris, god bless y’all.
Eli was a phenomenal server!!!! Would give him 6 stars if I could. He gave a lot of great recommendations and was very attentive, kind with a little bit of humor. We came on a Wednesday and it was $12.99 burgers and unlimited fries. Burgers were great! Fries were too salty but still good. The chips and salsa as an appetizer was amazing! Then we got the salted caramel pizookie for dessert. Omg so good and another great recommendation from Eli! Atmosphere was amazing! It doesn’t even feel like a chain restaurant being there. They make their own beers which was cool! Would absolutely come back and request Eli every time!
My husband, son and I came by on a Thursday night just wanting a quick bite to eat. We are so glad we stopped. The entire experience from start to finish was fantastic. The host was welcoming and warm and gave a brief overview of the menu. Once our server, Millie arrived she was great from the start. Guiding us through the menus as I had never been there before and happily answering all questions I may have. My son mentioned her Patrick Star pin and she happily engaged without hesitation or annoyance. She was attentive and polite and on top of table check backs. Something that seems to be hard to find now adays. Drinks were brought out promptly from service bar as well and food was fantastic. Great experience! Will return and hope to have the same server!
First time of the New Year that my friend group could get together. Didn't have to wait at all and got a very good booth where we could enjoy the atmosphere. However. we had to make our own atmosphere and enjoyed each others company. We also enjoyed our night with our waiter Sam. He took very good care of us all night and provided us with laughter and very good food. Pizookies were amazing and the birthday girl Eloise, had an amazing birthday because of Sam's hospitality. We couldn't have asked for a better server. SAM NEEDS A RAISE. Had the best night until the end where the short manager came over to let us compliment Sam and he was very kind towards us. We weren't joking around and we genuinely believe that Sam can make it far in the BJ's Restaurant Company.
Came here as with our family because everyone was in the mood for a pizookie, and ended up having some appetizers as well. We had Eli (Elijah) as our server. He was the best, honestly. Food and cookies were great and the place was very happy and busy even though it was late at night. Eli made the whole experience extra enjoyable because of his recommendations and genuine, good conversation. Took great care of us during our whole time there. I will come back but wanna make sure he is there so we can request him! Thanks Eli
While working in Allentown, PA this week, my coworkers and I returned to one of our favorite spots we always make a point to visit when we're in town. As usual, the restaurant was busy, but the hostesses were friendly and seated us right away, which was a nice start to the evening. The menu here is huge - honestly, you could probably come every day for a month and still have new dishes to try. The drink menu is just as impressive, with a great selection of options, including beers they brew in-house. The space has a lively atmosphere with a bar area, high-top seating, and regular tables, so there's something for everyone depending on the vibe you're looking for. Our server was fantastic -- friendly, attentive, and quick to help with anything we needed or had questions about. I decided on the slow-roasted wings with their newly featured honey hot sauce, along with a side of fries. The wings were top-tier - flavorful, tender, and cooked perfectly. The honey hot sauce added a great balance of sweet and heat. Unfortunately, the fries were cold by the time they reached the table. I didn't mention it to the staff since I figured it might have been due to how busy the restaurant was tonight. That's really the only reason for the 4-star rating instead of 5. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town -- there are plenty of sandwiches, tacos, and other options I can't wait to try!
We really liked this place! Delicious food and a great service. Good beer selection, quite pricey though. The food came pretty quickly.
Friday night dinner with my buddy and it was my turn to pick the restaurant. Decided to give BJ's a try and overall, we enjoyed our dinner, our service and the overall vibe of this place. As you know I don't care for TSD (train station dining), so I can't go 5 stars since it was loud and really doesn't allow for a personal dining experience. The portions were great, especially the nachos! It took up about half the table! My protein bowl and beer were also very flavorful and filling. Again, a great place with solid food choices and craft beers, just not a place for quiet dining experience.
We went Friday night at busy time. It was very full, but were seated upon entry. We had ordered a Margarita Flight and was told they were unavailable. It was kind of disappointing since you could order a full-size drink of the same kind of drink. I ordered a Spicy Mango Margarita, and my wife ordered a Strawberry Margarita. We both agreed the spicy mango was delicious, and both ordered a second. First, we got salads, Mozzarella Tomato, and a wedge salad. The arugula on the Mozzarella tomato salad was very wilted with no body, yet the overall salad flavor was good. Next, we got a tray of loaded nachos to share. The number of chips was abundant to the amount of toppings. For being loaded nachos, we would've wanted more toppings and fewer chips. Our entree that we shared was the Jambalaya. This has been one of my favorites at the restaurant. Not ordering it for a while, I noticed the rice had changed. Not that the rice was bad, but the ratio to Jambalaya was a bit much. There was probably twice as much rice to Jambalaya. It used to be the other way around. I feel the overall food was a step down than prior visits. Between the wilted Arugala, the lack of toppings on the nachos, and the excess rice to Jambalaya. The food was good along with the service, just not earning the 5 stars this time.
I usually shy away from chain brewpubs in favor of "mom and pop" places, but I was in town on a Monday, so it was slim pickings in this area and I've never been to a BJ's before. Decor is typical sports bar/family style eatery, so booths and a long bar with lots of TVs. I was impressed with the amount of taps available, and they had lots of guest beers. I tried the collaboration beer with New Belgium, and it was nice. I also ordered the meat lovers pizza, as it was the daily special. I haven't had deep dish pizza in forever, and it was good, and huge enough for leftovers. Service was fine, got served quickly and efficiently. Prices were fair, especially for the food. So overall, I liked it here, and wouldn't hesitate to try again.
We always enjoy our visits to BJ's. This time I ordered a personal pizza. It was...a bit small, even for a personal pizza. More like a child size. Still tasted great, though. Pizookie was good as usual and they never disappoint with their selections of craft beer.
Love this restaurant. I go here all the time and try different things. They have a large menu something for everyone. Food is always delicious. The only issue is they are always running out of menu items at later at night. Many tvs with sports with a full bar. They do have there own craft beers also. Drinks are always tasty. Always got to get dessert.
Come here to have good time with your friends and family. Wait time was bearable. Pleasant atmosphere, plenty options of drinks. Food is good. Burgers and sandwiches are better option than steaks, but its mine subjective opinion, some one may like it. If you cook 2.5 pounder steaks at home you would be feeling bougie here lol. Good appetizers. Definitely a good place to hang out with friends and adult family.
The food here is nothing memorable. The avocado eggrolls were not available when we went. The nachos were ok. I wouldn't recommend getting it with steak. Maybe the chicken would be better. The steak was bland and looked rare, not medium. The lucky ducky drink was good, just very sweet. I ordered the parmesan crusted chicken for the entree, which was my favorite thing we got. Overall, I'm not sure if I'd return. The service was very slow.
When you walk in, you can tell they put some time into making it look great, modern with a touch of a classic pub. We started with the mozzarella sticks wince they were out of the mac and cheese bits. They were great and they had a large portion, but there was only a little cup of sauce which we finished quickly and had to wait for our server to come back to order another. We had the slow roasted beef, the southwest salad, and the chicken Alfredo for our mains. The taste on all of them was a bit off, and it's difficult to explain. The salad was the best put of the trio, but was still on the bland side. The service over all was slow and we had to wait longer than expected.
Went here for lunch with coworkers. Table was a bit small for our group and they had no larger tables. Food was great overall. Service felt very rushed. Server brought our check before we even received dessert. Others in our group still wanted to order things. Again brought a new check without asking if we wanted to order anything else. Would come back as food was great.
I heard good things about this place but they were wrong. The food has NO flavor. You would think if your spending $25 or more on a meal it would taste good, wrong. The appetizer was ok we order the garlic bread and shrimp because our service recommended. The service is the only reason I am giving 2 stars. Food I would give 1. The soup was ok not my favorite. The Chile tasted like baby food. The porkchop tasted terrible and it cost $30. We also ordered the chicken and the only thing that had any flavor on that plate was the sauce and it was super salty. If you go here just get the drinks or something else on the menu because its not worth the price.
Came for 1st time cuz someone gave us a gift card. We would have rather just spent the extra 50 at longhorn. The steaks tasted like a dirty grill. My fiance tried saying it was the seasoning, but he had a new on brought out without it, and it was the same. The ribs were hard. I would guess the burgers are better because the sampler was actually good so maybe it's just their grill. The service was amazing though so it made the experience better. Oh, and the dessert was incredible. Wouldn't come back tho unless it's for drinks, bar food, and dessert. Sorry.
My boyfriend and I usually dine inside and love this place! Tonight we chose takeout and i was thoroughly disappointed. I got the honey crisp chicken salad and it was literally chicken, lettuce and a couple tiny pieces of cucumber and tomato. Such a let down from the discription with not everything being on it. My boyfriend's burger turned out great and our $22 combo app was okay, but extremely overpriced. We barely got any chips with our spinach and artichoke dip the sliders didn't give any options to add cheese or anything else to them. I will eat inside again and give it a try but, as for take out, it's a no go. Which makes me sad.
Just had lunch at this restaurant today for my sisters birthday & I will not be returning. This is the third time I give this restaurant a try and I always leave this restaurant sick. Every time I visit I try ordering something else, but somehow I always end up sick before walking out. I ordered 2 apps and a deep dish pizza and before I left I was in the restroom very sick. I’m not sure what oils they use when they cook or what it is, but I do end up not feeling well. I think I feel better eating fast food rather than BJs. Personally, I do not recommend visiting this restaurant. Our server was very slow too. Service was not very good either.
Food was extremely slow to come out appetizers came out after main course. Hey also tried to deliver 3 different tables worth of food to us after we were always eating. Wings were bloody and undercooked. Drinks took forever. We ordered desert and it took about 15 minutes. While the server was nice he was inadequate and the environment was lifeless and wait staff seemed to lack energy or emotion. I couldn’t tell you the last time I left a review for a restaurant but couldn’t let this one slip by. We will not ever go here again
For the first time in my life, we were asked if we wanted dessert while we were STILL eating our dinners. No kidding. The server stopped at our table while we were still, you know, "working" on our meals. I've never been a server, but aren't you suppose to wait until the customers are done with their main course before offering up dessert. She showed little to zero interest in us as customers. Another thing. I'm a salt lover. The fries we had were practically packed in salt. They were close to being inedible. That's the last time I go to BJ's!
Service is excellent, all staff are so friendly our waitress is as amazing, but the drinks are overpriced and food is very average we have wings and Mediterranean tacos. Wings were not good at all neither the tacos which were so bland and tasteless except for the side dish that was one type of quinoa that was the only good thing about are meals. I would only go back because of the nice staff otherwise I do not recommend it
We came here after a long day of skiing and unfortunately we were EXTREMELY disappointed. The service was really good which makes this hard. No complaints on the service. The food however was bland. The Smashburger looked like something I could’ve gotten at McDonald’s. ALL the food was COLD, I got the wrong fries (which was okay I guess) but the food being cold was a big thing. We ate it and didn’t complain because we were hungry but cold fries? Cold ribs? Like cmon.
Extremely disappointed with the food at this restaurant. We were so excited to celebrate our kids finishing the school year with excellent grades, and chose BJs because of their pizza special night. The Deep dish pizza ( nothing like a deep dish pizza by the way) was so dry, with so little sauce and had no flavor! The only good thing was my son’s steak. Waiter did not even mention the half off was ONLY on Larger pizza. We overpaid, which shouldn’t have been the case had she taken the time to explain! Never again are we returning!
Have done online ordering and have had items missing in the past that I then had to go back in for. This time, I ordered several items including chicken parmigiana. When I picked up my order they didn't say anything but I always check quantity and was missing the chicken parmigiana and a kids side. After going back and asking about it they said they ran out of the chicken parmigiana, but again it's only if you noticed it on your own. They never told anyone else including another order at the same time. I then asked to cancel the entire order and was told that it was not allowed to be cancelled. They then said that I could substitute something else no charge, but with it being a pick-up order I wanted to see what the person wanted who was not with me. They said they would take my number and I could call back. When I called back and asked for spaghetti and meatballs they said that they refunded the portion of my meal of the chicken parmigiana and I would be charged full price for whatever I decided to order. So no compensation at all for the inconvenience of the hassle of not having something I ordered. This is not good management or service and again missing items has happened on several pick-up orders but thought it was still worth it. For this last time, it's definitely not worth it.
Honestly, I’ve came here so often after work with my coworkers and I’ll never be back. We called and were told that it was a 30 minute wait and that they would text us when our seats were ready. We ended up going inside after an hour and were told that we’d be seated shortly. We asked what was going on multiple times and the general manager Dave told us we’d be seated right away. AFTER ANOTHER ALMOST HOUR OF STANDING THERE, we watched 2 tables come in after us and get seated (one party hugging the waiter) after complaining the general manager apologized and said we’d be seated next… obviously we left. That was so unprofessional. There were tables open we even asked to be split so we could sit— they were so uncaring about us waiting. I really wish they would have just been honest at the beginning because we’re out for dinner with our group of friends on the anniversary of my husband’s best friend’s death because we try to get together and cherish time together and this really just was a horrible way to spend 2 hours of our time on a day like today. I’m so disappointed with the staff here.
We’ve eaten here before and the food was good, but our most recent visit was not a good experience. We called ahead and were told 30 minutes wait, and we’d get a text when our table was ready. We arrived 30 min after the call and were told that the wait time doesn’t start until we walk in the building. We waited another 30 minutes before checking back, and the general manager, Dave, told us they were waiting on two tables to leave and then we’d be sat. Those two tables left and two other large groups were sat before us. We were then told that those two groups had reservations. This information should have been told to us upfront because we would have went somewhere else. Almost 2 hrs later, we’re headed to Applebees, where we’ll be eating good in the neighborhood.
After this latest visit we will likely not be back. Over the last few years the quality of food and service has gone down hill. The nicest part of the experience was being seated by a polite gentleman. After that we sat without being acknowledged for at least 10 minutes. The place wasn’t even slammed, there were several empty tables and several servers just standing there. When they finally realized they forgot to serve us, we ordered our beers. After waiting for awhile she returned to tell me they were out of that beer and offered an alternative. Then another long waiting period began to wait for that drink. It was probably 20-25 minutes from sitting to actually getting a drink. We ordered wings which were good but our server didn’t bring any plates with them, until 10 minutes later. We shared the weekend special 3 course entree which was Prime Rib, mashed potatoes, clam chowder, and Caesar salad. The Prime Rib came out medium but ordered medium rare. It was room temperature, not hot. The salad was on its last day before being discarded, not fresh. The soup was good, but was most likely canned not homemade. When it was time to order another drink, our server brought a bottle of beer and placed it on the table and walked away. She didn’t offer a glass, which I find rude. I poured it myself in a glass from my other first beer. The whole process was very drawn out and disappointing. Our overall mood was taking a dive as the meal progressed. When the manager came over to ask how everything was we explained exactly how it was going. If service or food is poor we usually just deal with it, but this just seemed too poor to not let someone know. He listened to our concerns and seemed quite sincere and apologetic. He even took our dirty dishes that our server left there. It took forever for the dessert to come out, which we weren’t really interested in by that point. When our bill came the entree was refunded, but the kicker was they charged for the dessert. The dessert is supposed to be included in the 3 course meal. So instead of just refunding the meal they tried to slip in a charge for dessert. It was the perfect ending to the bad experience that it was.
