What a great place and delicious food. Came here with some family members from out of the country and they loved the burgers and boneless wings. I had the Roots Burger and didn’t think I would finish it but I did. Others had the Big Pappi and also ate the whole thing. The homemade chips were also pretty good. Will definitely be making visits again with other family members. Gluten free buns are available as well as the salads are gluten free.

I decided to go in on a whim after exploring Boston, and that was an absolutely great choice! I sat at the bar as I was on my own, and the guy that served me was super friendly and helpful. I had the killer bee burger and oh my gosh, it was amazing. The honey bbq sauce and onion rings were to die for, and the burger itself was soooo good. This was one of the few times I have actually been able to have my burger med rare, which just absolutely added to the flavour. To add, this was also my first proper burger whilst in the states, and I’m glad this was my first one as it was perfect.

We go here every time we are in Boston and would recommend it to anyone that likes American food. Besides the loud music, it was absolutely fantastic. The burger were delicious and loaded, fries were crispy and tasted great. The service was fast and attentive. If you want a really good burger, that's the place to go!

Week long trip to Boston for IBM THINK 2025 was the catalyst for some great food eaten between meetings! Duane’s got a list of top burgers in America so any time we go to a city, he checks his list and if we are in proximity to one of the spots, we go…just so happened that Boston Burger Company was a couple blocks away from THINK so of course we went the first day! Service was super friendly….we cozied up to the bar and ordered some poutine (the sauce tasted like Montreal and the cheese was squeaky!) A great start! Then our burgers came and I could see why they were on his list! Lots of ingredients but you could tell each one was intentionally put on…Would definitely go back to try some other burgers and get one of their milkshakes! If you’re in the area, give them a shot!

I stopped by here when I went to a concert at Fenway. I was tired and hungry after a long drive and parking, so I went in without much expectation and just wanted to get something to eat, but contrary to my expectations, I was able to eat a high-quality, delicious hamburger. The meat was juicy and the fries were freshly fried. It was a great way to fill my stomach.

Honestly, it was one of the best burgers I've ever had! There are several options to choose from, and the hype is definitely real. The burger is packed with flavor and comes with a huge serving! I can’t wait to go back and try more of their burgers. I also ordered the Cobb salad, and it was very delicious as well. 🍔🥗

Really great time at the Boston Burger Company, as it’s not my first time here. I’ve been here before, and it’s always a great experience. Food is delicious and very filling, didn’t go crazy for lunch. But definitely will be back and highly recommend anyone who’s in the area, if you want a really good gourmet burger definitely come on by this place and check it out.

First night in Boston and ate here at around 9PM. Place was still busy but not packed. Had the garlic parm fries, strawberry shortcake shake, and burger bomb. The shake was delicious and best part of the meal. The hamburger was filling, but not as juicy as I would have liked, but I did order it medium well. Fries were just ok. I would give this place 4 1/2 stars and will come back.

great place to feel the real American taste of a burger!! My chicken was a bit dry and overcooked. Other than that the burger and sauce were good. I wish they had fries as a default not chips but it’s a personal preference. I wanted to try the milkshake but I couldn’t dare to on this visit seeing the burger size. I will be back to try it though! Parking is a bit difficult but the location is easy to find. Server is pretty attentive and knowledgeable of the menu items. Atmosphere is casual, a bit loud but comfortable.

I brought my kids to BBCo after a trip to the MFA. There was something for everyone, which was perfect. My kids liked their meals although my son wasn’t crazy about the cheese in the Mac & cheese bites. Not sure what they used, but they weren’t his favorite. The other kids meals - the grilled cheese and cheeseburger were good, zero complaints. And all the kids liked the chips. The chicken caprese sandwich was excellent! The flavors melded well together and the chicken was juicy. It usually comes with chips but I declined them. We had to round out with one of the giant frappes. The kids devoured it in about 30 seconds. I managed to get a sip and a taste, and can confirm that it tastes as good as it looked. My only complaint about the whole lunch was that service is slow. It was two hours from sit down to leaving and we could’ve done it in an hour easily. Our waiter was incredibly busy, working the bar seating and tables - I can’t fault him. I’m not sure if it’s staffing, but the guy could have used some help.

🍔 Boston Burger Company has plenty of menu choices, but that’s about where the excitement ends. Mozzarella sticks arrived cold 🧀❄️, burger buns were dry 🍞, and nothing truly stood out 🌫️. Great for variety, but if you’re chasing flavor over hype, don’t expect fireworks 🎆. Solid concept, underwhelming execution.

Good: •Their Oreo milkshake was outstanding. •Their fries in general are extremely delicious. •Customer service was top-notch. Bad: •The wife had a BLT Burger and it was very meh! •I had a chicken sandwich that was bland and frankly speaking boring. •We couldn't find on-street parking despite going on a quiet day and ended up paying for parking at a nearby parking garage. Overall: I wouldn't go to the BBC for food again. I would, however, stop by to get their milkshake to go if I'm ever in their neighborhood.

Second time here both times we came for the late night menu, the first time last week sat at the bar because it was busy and it was the only open seating. Server forgot to put in my order (1 sandwich) and me and friend were almost finished with our shared portion when my sandwich finally came out. I didn’t mind really, it was busy. Also both time I had to ask for napkins because we had nothing but our finger foods on our trays. Today, our second time, it was who i assume is boss man asked us if we wanted the bar but there was tables open and we wanted a chance to sit in the booth this time. He gave us a little oookkayy with a questionable tone. We ordered 2 combos and 6 pc chicken tenders. we were halfway through our meals, still no drinks because they were changing the keg, but my sprite still didn’t come. Again, I don’t mind, the beers came out then i had to ask again for sprite, but it was low on syrup, soda water. Finally, we had 3 chicken tenders left, a handful of fries and super full, we ask the server if we can get a togo box, he says they don’t do that it’s not allowed? Interesting… We ended up call someone over to ask for more ranch, suffering to eat 2 more and ended up shoving them in a napkin that we got from the bathroom because our server was about to reach to take and trash half an order from us. I ask boss man if the no boxes is true to make sure and he says yes with no explanation. Just questionable restaurant practices. Boxes were also just staring at us from our seat. food is good, comes quick, but definitely needs some work in the service side. Reduce Reuse Recycle i guess!
