The food was expensive, as you'd expect for any restaurant at a ski resort. But it was very be tasty; a cut above the usual burgers you get places like this. It has table service too

I usually stop here for lunch or a drink after hitting the slopes. Good food, good beer, decent service.

Yikes, what terrible food. Everything seemed like it had been thrown in the deep frier straight from the deep freezer. The cheese curds were soggy and flavorless. The fish (fish & chips) had the quality of budget grocery store options, if that. No vegetables. The hot chocolate was OK, though the almonds listed on the menu were missing. Ambience and service were also OK. But the food.. It's more expensive and tastes worse than Monte Wolfe's across the path. Yeah, don't go here.

Shockingly, my credit card was charged TWICE, on different dates (March 22nd and March 28th), for the exact same amounts: US$111.90 US$52.25 This is a duplicate charge totaling over US$160, and despite my repeated attempts to contact the restaurant, I received the same unacceptable response from different staff members: "There’s nothing we can do. Try to solve it elsewhere." Really? This is the level of service from a restaurant inside a renowned ski resort? Completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and honestly suspicious behavior. How can you ignore a clear billing error with zero accountability? Consider this a serious warning to anyone visiting Kirkwood: double-check your receipts and bank statements after eating at this place. Terrible experience, and I will definitely never return.

I just sat in Off the Wall Bar and Grill waiting for my food for 1.5 hours, at which point I left because it was a complete waist of time and I was there to SKI! This is absolutely insane, especially considering the beers are $10, their burger is $20, and they have $20 mac n cheese! At those prices your service better be exist at some level. What did they give us for this ridiculous wait and to help satisfy the hunger....? a free bread stick though... Seriously that wait should have comped at least one of the overpriced drinks.

Any how, this is the worst dinner I have ever had, I ordered the The Wall Bar Burger and the meat is so salty and my husband ordered the Roasted Brussel Sprouts and it is very very salty. Sorry but I cannot say something good. Oh! Also, this place is way over priced not even worth it! Just a very bad experience. I don’t think we’re gonna ever dine here again.

This place is slow. They put you in the line for 25 min and then in 35 min tell you 10 more, even though half tables are empty. Luckily, there is food court around the corner with no lines.

While we were in the process of getting up, a hostess—whose name I did not catch, but who was a heavier-set woman with black, curly hair—approached us in a very demanding and condescending manner. Despite our cooperation and willingness to correct the mistake, she spoke sarcastically, rushed us, and continued making remarks even as we were leaving. I understand that we made an honest mistake, and we were more than happy to fix it. However, the way the situation was handled felt unnecessarily rude and uncomfortable, especially given how cordial and cooperative we were trying to be.

The Fish and Chips sucked! Horrible! I even told the waitress about them. It was not the first time she had heard a complaint about them-as she was able to describe my complaint better than I. No sorry, no refund or anything...Just Horrible food.

Please don't touch the fish and chips, we replaced them with hamburgers, which were served with frozen buns. We left all the dishes as they were. The server was very nice, but the kitchen chef should be replaced.
