Our first visit was amazing!!! Timmy our server was very friendly and had great suggestions, we started with the fried shrimp and hush puppies delicious, the boils had fantastic flavor and quality seafood and very filling! Definitely will be back

The fried shrimp and scallops were delicious, and the sweet potato fries were well-seasoned and crispy. The crab boil was excellent. Also the service was attentive. Come early for a shorter wait time.

I can't speak to the atmosphere as I've only ever gotten takeout, but the front of house staff were very nice and the food was great. I'd absolutely go again.

This place is really good. The food is great, the seafood is on point, and the service is excellent. Our waitress Cory was down to earth and very patient. She made us feel welcome, checked on us at the right times, and never made us feel rushed. We enjoyed this place and will definitely be coming back.

My visit to Crafty Crab was an absolute delight, deserving of a full five stars! From the moment I stepped in, the vibrant and lively atmosphere set the perfect tone for a fun dining experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, guiding me through the menu and offering excellent recommendations with genuine enthusiasm. Of course, the star of the show was the food. I opted for the seafood boil with Cajun seasoning and it was nothing short of spectacular. The crab legs, shrimp, and mussels were all incredibly fresh and perfectly cooked, bursting with flavor. The sauce, rich and spicy, clung to every piece of seafood, making each bite an explosion of taste. It was messy, in the best possible way, adding to the authentic and enjoyable experience. Beyond the delicious food, the restaurant maintained a clean and welcoming environment, despite the inherently hands-on nature of the meal. The service was prompt, and the overall value for the quality and quantity of food was exceptional. If you're a seafood lover looking for a memorable and flavorful meal in a lively setting, Crafty Crab is an absolute must-try. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Excellent experience. I dined here on a Thursday evening with my boyfriend. It was quiet and peaceful. We needed to charge our phones and the hostess and waitress were both very helpful! The restaurant staff is great! Give this place a try! 👍

Family group on Mother's Day. We wanted to try something different and heard good things about Crafty Crab. The restaurant vibe is good, I like the theming and there's a full bar inside if someone just want to walk in and sit there. I didn't like the calamari, tasted a little like rubber, no flavor. Ordered the special bag of crab, shrimp oysters, 2 potatoes and it was very tasteful. Very fulfilling! Prepare to get messy but you'll definitely enjoy this mix of food. They do give you bags, plastic bibs, wipes and paper towels as needed before starting to eat. The service itself was okay overall. The table was a little dirty and the waitress had many other tables and it was a little difficult to get her attention, she also got our checks mixed up but took care of it. Overall good experience. May come back one day

Got seated immediately, and they were already pumping orders out the door. Food take out. Negative - The Water here is Beyond Horrible yuk, crafty crab "Use filter system" even the soda pop machine using the same water is Horrible. Atleast, Cratfty crab, I Know you're aware of the taste. I'm sure of it!!! ,why not sale SPRING BOTTLED WATER? "I'd buy immediately. "... Just a thought Positive. Food came EXTREMELY FAST ❤️ 😍. I took two bites of my salad and Booom! like + you must order on your Boil Bag!! It was here. FLAVOR, PRESENTATION, MAN take that drive if your a seafood lover. Can't go wrong. Are groups stopped by after playing golf. I had a cup of gumbo and the catfish basket. The gumbo was delicious. The catfish was okay, but a little salty. Everyone did enjoy their lunch and we agreed that we would come back in the future.

However, Service is atrocious. No one bussed our table the entire time, filthy dishes. Wet naps, plastic bags (crab boil y'all) and not one person attempted to clear anything. Manager stood there starting at servers obviously in the weeds and offered no help, and greeted no one. If they close in six months, hopefully they realize why. Do yourself a favor and visit King Cajun instead.

We'll do a pass on returning as the food and service were ok at best. This place was a Tony Roma's for many years and then briefly a place called BD's. Management team was congregated behind the front counter and made no attempt to interact with their clientele. Tough times and making the effort to meet your customers and get their feedback is invaluable. With a very similar restaurant concept literally around the corner on the much busier intersection of 434/436 we will throw them our business next time to try their food and service.

So I returned them and almost got charged for them until I asked her to talk to the manager about it. And they did the right thing. My boil was still 80% full when we we cashed out & the waitress never inquired as to why I did not eat my food. 6 hours later & me & my daughter both feel sick. $115 wasted. So disappointed bc this was our “Christmas Dinner”. Go to Hungry Crab instead $44 AYCE crab boils & fresh with a much better flavor.

I was so offended and disappointed because this was my first time here. Never again.

The service was horrendous. 1. When our food arrived we ask for crab crackers and was told they couldn’t find any … mind you we order 3 crab clusters .. we couldn’t even open one of the clusters . 2. In our large boil the clams were completely missing and we advised the waitress we felt it was completely unprofessional for the cook to ask to see the actual plate . We had showed our server there was no clams and we stood minutes with out eating …. 3. The bathrooms were an absolute filth , feces all over the border of the toilets puddles of Urine in both toilets . We do have to say we feel the server (savana) did try her best and her service wasn’t able to be appreciated to how understaff this location was.
