Nice place for sushi and japanese food, fair prices

As for the ramen, it's served half-heartedly; they don't even arrange the ingredients properly in the broth. The amount of pasta is minimal, and they try to disguise it with grated pumpkin. There's much more broth than ingredients. I'm not asking for a huge plate, but I do expect reasonable portions.

Good food, but they're generally slow. I ordered takeout right there, and they couldn't even hurry it up. I used to order through apps, but my order always arrived more than an hour later. The food isn't bad, but they take as long as they would for a top-notch sushi restaurant.

We went on a Friday night, and the girl who greeted and served us seemed to be in a bad mood. The service was slow, even though there were only two tables. They took ages to bring some rolls, and they didn't clear the dirty plates from the table. One waiter, while putting the plates on the table, touched a piece of sushi with his bare hands because it had "fallen" onto the tray, and then served it to us like that. I wish they had better service; overall, the food wasn't bad. Now I understand why it's so empty.

Slow service, they didn't have many menu items, the customer service was terrible, the food tasted good but nothing special, nothing justifies such bad service. I wouldn't recommend it.

No sé si cambiaron de sushero pero me mandaron un pésimo sushi, el arroz súper duro como cuando está refrigeración de un día a otro, se deshacía al tomarlo con los palillos, de plano me lo tuve que comer con cuchara, mal hecho, ni forma tenía, mal sabor, no me lo acabé.

Pedí por uber y después de esperar casi una hr me dijeron que no tenían quien preparara mi pedido. No entiendo para que aceptan un pedido si no tienen quien lo prepare

Pedí a domicilio y ya no volveré a pedir, es de los peores sushis en consistencia e ingredientes que he probado; algunos sin pescado te dan puro arroz, es que no tienen vergüenza y los rollos casi desmoronándose, háganse un favor y no tiren su dinero aquí.

La señora de pelo corto que está en el mostrador trae una actitud pésima, parece que te hace un favor! Servicio super lento

In their expansion plan, they forget the most important thing: the customer. I've been waiting 50 minutes for my food. It's a shame the waiter was so attentive and apologized for the delay.

We've been to Kabuki Sushi several times, but this was our first time at this branch, and what a disappointment! It took an hour to serve two maki rolls for a table of two, and when they finally arrived, they didn't even have all the ingredients listed on the menu. The restaurant was less than 20% full. Apparently, they left the sushi chef alone—that was the explanation—but I think it's the staff's responsibility to warn you as soon as you walk in that the service is slow, and then you can decide whether to stay or not. Of course, they didn't do that until we complained about the wait. We won't be back.

We wanted to try a different branch and we regretted it... It's sad when you love the service at a place, then you switch locations and it ruins everything. The service was ridiculously slow, they didn't have ingredients for all the dishes on the menu, and it took an hour to make two maki rolls for a table of two when the place was less than 20% full. They didn't respect the presentation or the ingredients of their maki rolls (I mean, they're a chain). We won't be going back to this location.

Their service was terrible. I waited 40 minutes for an order I placed through the app, and when I arrived, they told me it would take longer because they hadn't made it yet, and the place was empty. I don't recommend it.

The service was too slow. We asked the waitress how much time it would require to prepare the food because we were on a rush and we wanted to know if we writing have time to eat. At the end we stood up from the table eating nothing. Plus, they didn’t accept credit cards
