The quality has dropped drastically; the pizza is now mostly sauce with a few clumps of cheese here and there, they often forget to add garlic and chili peppers, and the crust is always too thin. It's a shame.

Me realizó el cargo del pedido a mi tarjeta, pero mi pedido jamás llegó. Lo no tan sorprendente es que no es la primer vez que me lo hacen, viviendo yo a escasas 5 o 6 cuadras del establecimiento. Al cabo de casi dos horas, marqué al local para preguntar por qué esta vez mi pedido no había llegado, y la señorita Blanca me responde que el repartidor sí llegó y me marcó por teléfono, tocó el timbre y sonó el claxon, pero nunca nadie salió a recibirlo, lo cual es rotundamente falso. Y me ofende sobremanera que la mujer tenga la caradura de mentirme en la cara, cuando yo estuve al pendiente todo el tiempo y el repartidor jamás llegó y mucho menos me marcó por teléfono (Ni él, ni ella desde el establecimiento). Cuando le pregunté que entonces qué hubiesen hecho si no hubiese sido yo quien les hubiese marcado para preguntar por mi pedido, muy cínicamente me respondió que nada, que iban a almacenar mi pedido indefinidamente, en lugar de cancelarlo y realizarme la devolución de mi dinero. Es decir, con la esperanza de que nunca reclame para poder quedarse con él. E incluso habiéndome dicho esto, y al pedirle entonces que por favor me realizara la devolución, con una pésima actitud me dice que la hará, pero ésta se verá reflejada en aproximadamente 2 o 3 semanas, cosa que jamás sucedió. Con esta experiencia, las probabilidades de que vuelva a consumir alimentos en esta franquicia, son NULAS. Porque como lo mencioné antes, no era la primera vez que me sucedía. PAPA JOHN'S ME ESTAFÓ.

Terrible experience with delivery service. I ordered my pizza directly from the Florida location, and they never sent the garlic sauce. I called to report it, but the response was zero: they just told me "yes, we do send it," with no solution offered. I highly recommend ordering delivery; they should improve their customer service.

The worst service I've ever had at Papa John's. The "manager" puts you on hold for 20 minutes and no one gives you a delivery time. I've already been waiting for my order for 2 hours.

SCAMMERS!!! I ordered some pizzas and the branch suddenly closed early and they didn't deliver my order. NOW THEY REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY. They're giving me the runaround and after two calls they're not answering the phone when I call from my number. SHAME ON THE BRANCH MANAGER

On December 7, 2024, around 8:00 or 9:00 PM, I arrived intending to buy several items for dinner. The young woman behind the counter, literally with her nose hanging out and smearing sauce on the pizzas, was asked to wash her hands, and her response was, "We don't have water..." I will never again shop at this filthy place. With CANCINO just a few minutes away, this is what I got... They should shut this place down.

They're garbage. They stop answering after 10 PM. I've been calling for 10 minutes and nobody picks up. They're such a big chain and they can't even answer a damn call? I think their operations manager has a lot of work to do there and needs to get things in order. If they don't want to make money, they shouldn't even open.

I ordered a pizza that was supposed to arrive at 2:00 pm. The earthquake happened at 2:03 pm... At 3:00 pm they told me they were delayed because of the earthquake. At 3:30 pm they told me the delivery driver was already on his way with my pizza. At 4:00 pm they told me to give him a few more minutes or I could cancel. At 4:15 pm they said they didn't have an order under my name, even though they had already delivered it. So, I couldn't cancel because, according to them, I had already received it; they didn't have the name of the person who received it. Around 5:00 pm the pizza finally showed up at the building. The people who had it said the driver was in a hurry and just left it there...

From bad to worse, I went to the branch and ordered at the counter to avoid waiting 1.5 hours for delivery. It took 50 minutes to arrive. I asked if my order was ready several times, and when I asked the last time, I was already outside. I ordered it with extra cheese, but the pizza was delivered with very few toppings. The kitchen staff go outside to smoke. Bad service and a poorly prepared pizza.

If they are going to cancel your order it’s better to inform you on time, otherwise you keep waiting for something that will never came
