**Vegan options** 575 did not disappoint! I really enjoyed their pizza before going vegan and was so happy when we discovered that their regular crust is vegan friendly and they have daiya cheese available! And while I'm not the biggest fan of daiya cheese. They made it taste delicious! So good! Definitely recommend!

We’ve been going to 575 Pizzeria in Amarillo for as long as they have been around, which means even when they were known by a different name. I suppose that attests to how good they are, even without writing another word. But I will anyway, since I’m here, and 575—which refers to the oven temperature—has been good to us at all locations, from Civic Circle and Hillside locations in Amarillo, as well as their newest in Little Elm, a DFW suburb. On this particular visit, which preceded an evening at the theatre, Youngest Daughter selected The Phoebe, a white pie with olive oil, parmesan, artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, fresh basil, and chicken. It is her usual when we stop by. And I ordered a custom pie, starting with a cauliflower crust slathered in red sauce, adding vegan cheese, red peppers, sun dried tomatoes, and red onion. It’s a great taste sensation! One of 575’s hallmarks is also a great craft beer selection, and I ordered a couple of pints of the local Pondaseta Fast and the Hazy IPA. While I will down an IPA pretty much any time, I find them to be particularly well-paired with pizza. When I asked Youngest Daughter her thoughts on her meal, she replied, “Dad…575 never disappoints!” You can’t ask for a better endorsement than this, and we hope that 575 is around for many years to come, both in Amarillo and on our visits to Oldest Daughter near Little Elm.

Our first time eating here we had Pizza Kamehameha 18 " was surprisingly large & the wife had 12 " very spicy & sweet but still very good, I had sweet tea & the wife had Palo duro drink very very good & special thanks to our waiter Slade 👍

We have been here a couple times now from Lubbock. The restaurant is always clean. The employees are always friendly, and the food is always delicious. The meat pizza isns delicious. Put some honey it, you definitely won't regret it. We will definitely be returning as we visit Amarillo.

My husband and I dined in and it was good. We got the cheese sticks starter with the tomato sauce which was amazing best cheese sticks I’ve ever had. We got the bender pizza which had Italian sausage, bacon, pepperoni, and cheese. It was good not the best but had a really good crust filled with toppings. All in all 3.8

We met up with family for supper and started with the cheesy bread sticks. We all enjoyed them. We ordered a large Caesar salad and shared it with the entire table. It was enjoyed by all. We also got a 1/2 and 1/2 pizza; both combinations were good and flavorful. Give it a try if you’re in the area!

I've only eaten there once but will definitely go back. We had a really enjoyable experience. The service was good, there's plenty of parking and enough seating for large crowds. The kitchen is open so you can see them making your food, the kids really enjoy that. The atmosphere inside is casual yet has a modern look and feel. The restrooms were clean and the prices I felt were reasonable. They have a good menu, I've included pictures of it and I feel they have something for everyone.

Seated quickly. Great customer service!!!! House salad was good, except the cucumber was soggy 😕 Small pizza crust was crunchy n chewy on the inside, and the large pizza was soft and doughy. Kinda confussed on the inconsistent crust... which was the right way, considering they were both cooked in a brick oven????
