We always go to Jimmy John's on soncy since it's closest and because we have never had a bad experience. Tonight though was different! We drove all the way home to see that one of our sandwiches did not have the meat! I called to see if we could go back and get another one made and he kept questioning it like if I was lying telling me it's under the melted cheese. (We ordered 2 beach clubs-one toasted) I did tell him there was no cheese or meat, but later saw the cheese was there when he said the meat was under it. We looked again and still no meat! When my husband got to the drive up, the guy put on gloves and dissected it in front of my husband (in drive up) and literally said yeah it's in there but we'll make you a new one! I love Jimmy John’s, this was not up to par to the one I usually go to. They didn’t add the toppings I asked for and did not cut it. It was still good, but I’m on the road and seemed like the best option food wise.

I called to place an order and the guy who answered the phone didn't even answer with this Jimmy Johns. I had to ask if I was calling the right place. He had no idea what was going on,I wanted to make an order but apparently he didn't know anything. I'm stuck at work or I would've went in to order. Seeing how incompetent he was and also seeing the reviews I'm glad I didn't place my order.

Came in and waited to be served at the register. Employee Kayla approached the register and just stared at us. Did not ask if she could help or anything so I took it upon myself to approach her and start my order. I ordered a turkey combo and a wrap, specified combo and then just wrap by itself. Received only the turkey sandwich and wrap no combo. Everyone there looks like they don’t want to be there

i've always been a huge Jimmy John's fan. Love the sandwiches no complaints on the food here. However, I went inside for a pick up order, was not acknowledged & they wouldn't even make eye contact with me, despite my glances and smiles while patiently waiting near the wall, out of the way. Nearing 15 minutes I decided to approach the counter the girl behind it looks annoyed by my presence. I have to repeat myself several times to receive my full order which has been ready the entire time I was standing inside the restaurant on the back counter. Mind you I am around the same age as most of the employees, have worked several food service jobs, and I've never even made a review before until now. I'm not a Karen and never thought I would feel the need to write a review, but I honestly left feeling embarrassed/ashamed or guilty for buying a sandwich? Don't think I'll be going back to this location soon.

Absolutely the worst experience with a Jimmy Johns ever. Waited nearly 30 minutes for our order to be taken in the drive thru (as did 2 cars before us, who knows how long the first car waited) then waited another 20 minutes or so for 2 sandwiches. We watched 2 cars pull away from the drive thru in the mean time, assuming they never got their order taken or even greeted. Employee seemed either dead tired or stoned out of his mind. Giving some grace if the former. Would not recommend, never going again.

I went into the drive thru to order 1 sandwich and was in the line for 20 min before I got to the speaker. I was told it would be a min and turned into 5. I told them i was a lunch break and couldn't wait. They never came back and had to leave empty handed. The slowest I've ever seen. Will not go back to this location.

My friend and I went through the drive through just for something quick and we ended up waiting in the line for 45 minutes with only two cars in front of us. When we got to the window they didn’t even know our order either. Do not go to this jimmy johns.

Ordered online and got our orders wrong. Put tomatoes on all the sandwiches that said “no tomatoes.” The best part is that they gave me rotten lettuce. Yummy! Your whole job is to make a sandwich, how do you ef it up that bad? I wish they had more veggie options as well.

General manager was rude. Made me wait an hour to talk to him and instead of coming to my table he simply stood at the register and barked, "What do you want?" Good customer service, perhaps, and a respectful attitude, if that's not too much to ask. What a jerk!

Absolutely horrible experience. We asked for delivery less than one mile away. It took them almost an hour. I called the store and spoke to Johnny who claimed to be the store manager. Johnny told me that the delivery driver had been answering the phone and lying to me and other costumers stating that a driver was on the way. Once the food was finally delivered, it was worse than the service. Virtually no meats or toppings on any of the sandwiches. Several of the meals were completely wrong. I tried to reach out to Charles, who is supposed to be the store owner. We'll see if he returns my call. **UPDATE** 2 weeks has passed and no one has even attempted to contact me. I filled out the survey as requested. What a joke!!
