Lupe is amazing! She stayed on top of keeping drinks refilled we never once had to ask! She recommended the lime vinegaret dressing which I loved the foodwas delicious! Her smile and personality are just great. We will definitely be back to see her.

This was my second time visiting this location and I have absolutely no complaints. The food is GOOD, the portions are great, and the service is wonderful! The first time I went, Bethany took my order and she took very good care of me while I waited for my food to be ready. The second time I went, all the staff were so kind. They will be seeing me very often. They restored my former love for Red Lobster.

As always, Amazing. Food is delicious and fresh and the staff is always welcoming. Liz is our go to waitress, if she's not there, next best is Yaz. Our monthly visit will continue.
My husband and I came here on a whim and good thing we did. We are so satisfied with our meals, both of us got the ultimate feast. We got to choose our own proteins. The crab was so perfectly cooked the meat just slid right out of the shell. Our server Micah was really sweet and awesome. She was very attentive and wonderful. I recommend coming here. 10 out of 10 would eat here again.
Our server Olivia made our experience there a 10/10! She made sure to check on us for anything we needed and made sure our cups were never empty. The atmosphere was very calm and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Will definitely add this to our favorites
Our waitress Kay Kay was awesome she offered great customer service. Our seafood boils we ordered hit the stop. The managers Lupe and Nick also checked in on us to make sure our dining experience was going great. No complaints here. We recommended eating here good food, friendly staff, and nice atmosphere!
My wife and I had an amazing dinner. We had the most amazing waitress. Her name is Bre. She goes way above and beyond to make you feel welcome and feel at home. We will definitely request Bre on our next visit.
We always request Yasmeen to be our server! Our dinner experience with her makes us feel like we’re dining in a 5star world class restaurant. Her attention to detail and beautiful personality surpass our expectations every time! We love coming to this location because of her.
Love Red Lobster! Wish there were still some my old favorites on the menu. But, the food was good! Our waitress/ attendant was outstanding! Liz! Liz never let our drinks get empty. And consistently was checking on us. Customer friendly, attentive, and we ( big group) felt valued!
Me and my husband recently dined in at this Red Lobster for dinner and might I say, my expectations were GREATLY exceeded. My server Kay-Kay was an absolute delight! She was able to accommodate my husband and I’s needs excellently in a friendly and professional manner which is hard to come by these days. Food was served timely, as well as hot, and fresh; and besides that, not only was the food impeccable but the atmosphere was peaceful and highly enjoyable. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone with taste buds! and to let you in on a pro tip, dine with Kay-Kay as your server for nothing less than an immensely hospitable and efficient dining experience! Overall, my husband and I would say the evening was nothing short of perfect and would give this establishment, as well as our server 5 stars⭐️!

I came in for a quick dinner and Maggie was the waitress and she did a great job. Kept the tea full and a smile on her face the entire time i was here. The food was great the Monday spical was a great choice. $27.90 plus tip not a bad price for lobster and shrimp with a loaded backed potato.
Thank You for cleaning up the place. I havent been to a Red Lobster in a few years. Mostly because the last several times Ive been to different restaurants across the nation, OK, MO, FL, NC, LA… as soon as you walk in the door it smells like an old guy who has needed a shower for a few days. No Stink! YAY! I got to enjoy my shrimp scampi again. And the wonderful biscuits, I’ve missed them so. Our waiter wasnt the greatest. I Rarely leave a $5 tip. But I didnt figure he was worth much more than that.
Food was great. Very quiet and comfortable place to enjoy a meal. Only downfall was a manager decided it was a good idea to reprimand an employee very loudly and was quite obnoxious about it. I understand correcting employees. But not publicly shaming them for a remedial task not up to his standards. My wife and I did ask to speak about it with the manager and was given a load of excuses. Wasn’t worth an argument over.
We occasionally stop in for promotion. On our last visit we had a gift card that was given to us so we decided to splurge a bit. We originally ordered a couple of the Wednesday lobster and steak specials, my partner changed her mind before our server left the table to do a live lobster instead, but the server put in free entrees despite us saying "switch to" this "instead." We went ahead and paid for everything and took what we didn't eat to go, but a bit frustrating. The food is okay, pretty standard fare for a seafood chain. Even with the Wednesday special price it gets pricey. I ordered my steak medium well and it came out beyond well done. Despite the miscommunication, the server was friendly and accommodating. Felt like we paid a lot for just an okay experience, Even with a gift card.

Still the same as always. Expensive food that's not that great. Service was really bad all around. We were told is was a 10 minute wait. At 15 minutes, the kitchen was backed up and they didn't want anymore people seated for awhile. 30 minutes later, finally seated. Server didn't show up, for another 15 minutes and said they would be right back! Took another 20 minutes, no drinks, not even water. Anyhow, went like that for the rest of out time, there. We got there at 1pm and left at 3.55pm. Never again!!
If you want Cheddar bay biscuits with your meal, don't come here. Last time they were "Having to make them fresh" and this time they were out completely. They didn't bother mentioning it either until our food came out and I asked if we could have some with our meal. Won't be coming back, if you can't provide one of the things your restaurant is most known for you don't deserve business.
Wanted to confirm the downhill slide of this restaurant chain for myself. Having had the greatest seafood ever produced in the u.s. I can settle for red lobster once in awhile. It's not even close to the quality red lobster was once known for. Shadow of itself. Day of judgement occurred on December 17th 2025. Went into this fast food restaurant for shrimp skewers and asparagus. Had a white Russian to start. The bartender is not skilled enough to make a good white Russian, the waitress was not even sure if her restaurant made the drink. Shrimp over done to the point of dry. No sauce, so ordered cocktail sauce. The shrimp came on a bed of rice. The rice was crunchy, bottom of the pot rice. Well aged rice. Asparagus I would of liked little more cooked. Appetizer was stuffed mushrooms close to edible but had a ,I once was frozen taste. I had to get up out of my seat to find my waitress. I asked for a salad in place of the old rice and that was surprisingly delicious. Biscuits were delicious. I dont know what corporate is thinking,they certainly dont do quality control. Paid 62 dollars plus tip,because the waitress doesnt do the cooking. Iam done with supposed high end dining and receiving literally frozen food. I'll cook at home more now.

Red Lobster in Amarillo looks run-down and the service did not match the brand reputation. Our waitress, KK, was polite, but it was clear we were not a priority. A customer who arrived after us was served quickly while we waited much longer for our food. When we asked about the delay, we were told the kitchen had to be “checked,” but the lack of communication and urgency made us feel overlooked. As contractors who recently relocated to the area, we were hoping for a familiar, reliable place to eat — instead, we left disappointed. These franchise locations need to step up. Amarillo has people coming in ready to work and spend money, and if service and atmosphere don’t improve, customers will take their business elsewhere.
Party of 18 with reservation, seated promptly and that was the only thing that went well. It took over an hour and half to get our food. Another party was there 30 minutes before us and got their food at the same time. Getting drinks and biscuits was like pulling teeth as well. Not worth the money or your time.
I don’t know where to start. I guess I’ll start with dirty silver ware, cold inedible cheddar biscuits, a flat beer and over 20 minutes of no service. Three tables around us had people literally get up and leave form lack of service and food. I don’t know where the problem lies but when you can’t even give someone a glass of water while they wait, you’re in trouble. I can clearly see why Red Lobster is failing. It use to be a go to place for me and my family but never again. When I discussed the issues with my server, it was excuse after excuse. There is no excuse for this service, food (or lack of food) that causes table after table to leave. I won’t be back and that’s too bad. Hello, If you are reading this, I received a response from the management of the Red Lobster here in Amarillo. They wanted me to respond to them privately. The answer to that is "no". Your service, cleanliness, food management, bar service were absolutely horrible and everyone who thinks about eating there needs to think twice. If you want a positive review do something that is positive. There is not one thing that I can think of about your establishment that is redeeming. Shame on you for not taking this review where it should be...in public so that you don't dare to continue your absolutely horrible service, cleanliness, your shabby and dingy restaurant (Clean and repair the furniture and carpeting)! Also, stop telling people it is others departments in your establishments fault that things are going wrong. The server we had proceeded to bad mouth the kitchen and the bar repeatedly and took no ownership for their areas of lacking service and the customer experience. It has been nearly a week since I went there and this experience is one of my worst ever!
Black family of 3 walks into red lobster expecting the same familiar service we’ve received at other locations . Our food took FOREVER to come and when it did come it was poor quality and unseasoned. Ik the area is predominantly white but cmon no seasoning?? But the worse part was watching a white man walk in , be seated and his food came out mighty fast …… coincident ig . Never again . Waste of money . No wonder red lobster is going down ….
Food was good. Service was not the best. Were seated by the hostess in a mostly empty restaurant and were not greeted or even acknowledged by a server for 25 minutes. Even though many walked past our table. I finally stood up and asked if we were going to be helped and after another 10 minutes a server came. We aren’t impatient people but the fact that not even an acknowledgment or someone telling us they will be with us in a few minutes, after 25 minutes was a bit disappointing.
November 6th 2025, My family went to red lobster in Amarillo, Tx. Upon walking into the establishment, there was a young lady wearing a bright grinch sweater as the hostess. She looked as if she was ill and definitely should not have been at work. We were seated promptly as there were only a few customers inside at 5:20 pm on a Thursday. All signs were telling me to turn around and walk out, but we didn’t. We were seated in a booth where high traffic waiters and waitresses were just talking to each other about this and that trying to make the time go by because of the lack of business. There was no air flow. No Air Conditioning. No fans. Our waitress Kaykay, interesting name. She was training a new hire, a young man. I didn’t catch his name. We ordered our food. I feel as if it came too swiftly. I didn’t think anything of it. We had two boils. A crab boil and a shrimp boil. When you open your bag from the boil it’s supposed to be visually hot. It was not. I started to eat my shrimp boil, and noticed that some of the shrimp were still raw. Refer to photos. The trainee was doing his job and asked if everything was okay. It was not. I quickly lost my appetite. I asked to speak to the manager “Patrick”. The trainee quickly went over to his trainer Kaykay and told her what transpired. Kaykay came to the booth and like a well seasoned waitress asked what she could do to resolve the issue. She took care of the issue. However, I still needed to talk to “Patrick”. They left the booth to go get the manager, and about 4 minutes later come back to the booth stating that he is in a conference call and won’t be done with for another hour. This review would have been a lot different if Mr “Patrick” would have came and talked with me for 5 minutes. Kaykay thank you for taking care of what “Patrick” should have. I will not be returning. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone.
