The food was good as usual. I wish the one in Ft. Worth was still there. They have the best tea around!!!! Not even water still could make it better with their flavored water. Love the hot sauce for the burritos and tacos.

Fast service and the order is correct every since time. We have some very sensitive food allergies and they are great everytime we ask for accommodations. Still get our food quickly!

My visits to Taco Villa on Coulter are at least 25 days out of the month management and all personnel are totally the very best, they are curteous, friendly, attentive to your likes and dislikes, patient always with big smiles and wonderful greetings feels like you're coming home to eat. My family ate at Taco Villa while passing through Amarillo, TX. I would describe it as a couple of steps above Mexican fast food, and delicious. We ordered the combination burrito, nachos, and crispy tacos. The place was very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

This is the absolute best fast-food-style mexican food EVER! It's a local place, so whenever folks move away, this is usually the first thing they eat (after home cooking, of course). All the locations are clean and staff is usually friendly. Apple burritos are awesome. Prices are great too.

Yummy! I live in northeast Oklahoma now. Taco Villa was always my favorite fast food Mexican restaurant when I lived in Texas. I make sure to stop every time we travel to Texas. Still one of the best!

This place is great. Love the nachos and the atmosphere. I have been to different locations and everyone seems texas friendly. They have dessert as well which is always a plus for me. Plenty of parking so you're not having to park in some other stores parking. Food is always delicious and reasonably priced. Good for family dining. I have always gotten service with a smile. They serve breakfast but I haven't tried it yet. Happy eating

1st time I've eaten at this location. Not disappointed 🙂 Food is same quality as other Taco Villa locations. The only location I've been disappointed in is the I-40/Grand location (food wasn't good). I even remembered to bring my commemorative cup on this trip to Amarillo for a $.99 refill lol.

This is a great fast food tex-mex restaurant! It is small place but a big selection of yummy food! Very casual vibe thus it is great for lunch or meals with family/friends. I would recommend trying it out if you have never been to one.

Fast and good food. Difficult to get back on to the freeway if you're needing to turn left, however, as there are 4 lanes you need to cross before you're in the right one.

Love the food but sometimes I think they get in to much of a hurry and roll the burritos sloppy and the leak from the end.

Born and raised in Amarillo I've ate a lit of Taco Vila. I've lived in Colorado the last 20 years so when I come home I have some. Best Taco Villa around! You get your moneys worth here. Would be 5 stars but no wifi.

Consistently good service in the drive-thru. Orders are quickly & accurately filled even when ordering large numbers of specialty items. Have never been asked to “pull up and wait” for an order.

I love taco villa. I usually order a combination green sauce burrito and a guadalajara. Tonight i decided to get a taco burger like i ate in high school in the 70's. It didnt taste the way i remember it. Meat changed i think.

One of my favorite spots when in town. The clerk literally did not speak. One of the most unfriendly persons I've ever encountered at a restaurant.

I got the taco salad. It was pretty good. Plenty of meat, etc. But i did add extra meat. Was hot. Went through drive thru. Got it to me fast.

Ordered guadlaharras, almost $4.00. Haven't had in awhile so went ahead and bought them. I was disappointed Big time the amount of guac on them big time let down. I said something to cashier, she just nodded and said MGMT wants to hold back on ingredients..With prices this high , I'll go somewhere else!!!

Amongst the chains that have the word Taco in them, Taco Villa is at the top of the list. Very fresh tasting food, their salsa bar is better than anywhere, and somehow, their simple Taco burger is just head and shoulders over any you've ever tried. Not exactly sure how they do that.... The guacamole chalupa, called a Guadalajara, with added Taco meat is the messiest best thing you've ever had from a Taco chain.

I see them greet everyone with a friendly smile and greeting and they are helpful and professional. Not what you tend to expect from a cheap fast food restaurant. Ordered the combo #1 and nachos. The burrito tasted very similar to Taco Bell. The nachos had cute heart-shaped tortilla chips but the nacho cheese tasted like canned nacho cheese. Just meh.

The food is pretty good. If authentic home cooked Mexican food is the best, and Taco Bell is the worst, then Taco Villa is right in the middle. Definitely overpriced though. Really fast drive through service most of the time.

I ordered the taco burger, it was around $4.50 and about the size of a cookie, I was still hungry afterwords so I had to get a burrito to go..... both we're just ok. The queso however was really good. Just do what we should've done, go to Rosa's.

I was very impressed with the employees. Every single one seems very helpful. I only tried a couple of foods because I wasn't very hungry. It was an unscheduled stop and I had already eaten some leftovers for lunch. They were having a Thursday throwback special for their 50th Anniversary where you got a dollar off on any $5 purchase. It was a chilly day so I got a 99 cent hot chocolate which was just a package of powdered but tasted good and hit the spot. I added a half and half to it to make it creamier and it had good flavor. The crispy beef taco didn't impress me much. Started to fall apart as soon as I touched it. But I have to give them credit it was packed full of meat. I was most impressed with the Coyotas. I'm not from this area so I didn't even know what a Coyota was and when I asked the young man he said he didn't know how to describe it. I know how to describe it. It's fried dough sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar. It reminded me of Indian fry bread and it reminded me of a soft puffy Bunuelo. They were delicious, whatever they were. I got two for $1.29 which was plenty. They come with a little package of Honey to drizzle over them. Cinnamon sugar and honey is just one of those combinations that is delicious. I forgot to take a picture of the taco but I remembered to take one of the Coyotas. I also asked about breakfast. I'm not a morning person so places that stop serving breakfast at 10 or 10:30 don't work for me. He said the breakfast hours end officially at 11 a.m. but if I ask for a breakfast item later in the day they could probably make it for me. That sounded good so I might try them sometime for that. I really don't eat fast food that often but I've never been to a Taco Villa so I decided it was time to try them out.

Ordered $20 worth of fast food for the hot sauce and never got the hot sauce even tho I asked for 5 of em.

Kept cutting us off as we ordered instead of asking would you like anything else she assumed we were done. The burritos were falling apart and they ran out and told us hold on we owe you two burritos as we were driving away. Will never go back.

Quesadillas for overcooked. The chicken was very tough. The steak salad was delicious. Sopapillas overcooked...honey old tasting. Not coming back.

I got combo nachos. They tasted ok but prior to leaving the restaurant I went to the bathroom and I threw up I don't if it was the salsa I put on was bad or what,but I got sick.

Worst taco I ever had.

My family ate here (Taco Villa on Coulter, close to 34th) after Church today and we all agreed the beans were nasty and flavorless. They clearly forgot to add in an ingredient today. My husband couldn't even eat his bean burrito, and my nachos were gross. Management needs to get a better handle on their food preparation.

Worst breakfast tacos I’ve ever had. They put the smallest amount of filling and charge more than rosas while skimping everywhere possible. For a fast food taco, go to rosas.

However they were in such a rush to get me off the window that my food was t even right. I’d much rather wait for a correct order than to be rushed away from the window because they are worried about a time. We live in a world we’re we all need to learn a little patience. It wasn’t that serious to be rushed away and not confirmed that my order was right. It doesn’t even matter what establishment I chose to go to EVERY Taco Villa has gone down the drains lately don’t care mistreat people and just down right don’t care. I have been avoiding this location for around 6 months because I thought their salsa was soured. I went back today and was greeted with the rudest drive thru worker ever. I made sure to order salsa at the box every time just in case there's a charge.i got my stuff thru the window where the lady was being rude to other workers over her shoulder. And when I checked, no salsa. So I politely reminded her about the salsa and she just rudely said "there's some in your bag" and I said no, I checked. So she huffed and grabbed a handful and shoved them at me then slammed the window. Salsa tasted fine though this time.

Taco Villa on 34th and Coulter’s AC has been out for a MONTH and they are still forcing their employees to work in the building. It was 110 degrees inside of there today, and a pregnant worker had to go home due to being dissy and feeling unwell. There’s several older people who work there, and it’s not good for their health either. Corporate has been called by several different people and yet nothing has been done. I will not be supporting this location until it’s fixed.

I went a few weeks back and got the most disgusting breakfast burrito I’ve ever had. I’m almost certain the bacon was rancid and I had to spit it out. So gross

I’m honestly not sure how this is considered good texmex, it was awful. Taco Bell has this place beat by a million miles and that’s not saying much…. Anyways I don’t recommend. The meat was absolutely flavorless, the chips were stale, the hot sauce (if that’s what you want to call it) was not good. It was overall extremely plain and too hyped up.

This was my first time coming here and for what I got for 23 bucks was not worth it the lettuce had an awful taste the Taco burger had no flavor and full of lettuce the only good thing out of everything was the 1 bean burrito that was 1.69 and added red sauce for 1.34 the young lady working the line was more happy then the kid that took my money

The tacos had a sliced tomato on it instead of chopped, did not get my jalapeno pepper for my nachos, we got a had full of chips for nachos, the meat all I can say is wow and not a good wow. Taco Villa on coulter used ti be outstanding. Great service great food great to go experiences. I don’t know what has happened since then but the last 4 visits our drive-thru order has been completely wrong. We keep giving them more chances due to our history together but the rope is running short. Figure it out please.

One of the ladies was very rude when I was trying to explain about my daughters food having big chunks of tomato on it when I said no tomatoes I know guacamole. Has tiny pieces in it but the pieces on her food where huge and the lady would not even let me talk and explain very bad customer service there then hard her taking to people in back I think to manager and no one bothered to come talk to us

Quick and cheap. If you’re looking for authentic flavor, this is not your place. Taco Bell is better. the lettuce had more flavor than the beef or shell of my hard taco. Nachos and fries is identical to what you get at a concession stand. Was extremely disappointed with the quality of food, pleased l with the service that lady was very kind and patient.

This is the 3rd time my husband and I have eaten at this location. It doesn't matter if we go in or use the drive thru, our order has come out wrong. I have called the manager and spoke with her on the other times-but 3 strikes and you're out! We order the steak fajita burrito without pico, add tomatoes and green sauce. Today we also added 3 tacos add sour cream. EVERY time we order the burrito, there has not been the green sauce in it. Even though we ordered 3 tacos, we received only 2. We were understanding the last 2 times that it was training issues. However, when the person taking the order is in such a big hurry and doesn't input the order correctly-even though they repeat it back to us correctly-something else has to be done! We will not be returning to this location even though it is the closest to our home. Pay attention to what you are doing for the customer you are waiting on instead of worrying about the next one! You can only wait on one customer at a time. Do better!

I stopped here for my breakfast for a burrito with bacon sausage cheese and potato. No egg I don't eat egg with thru drive through. got to my job and there is egg in my burrito. I called them. She argued with me about what I ordered. I don't eat egg. I know to order my stuff without egg. If this is customer service i will never be back to the store again. And I highly suggest nobody frequents this establishment. Very very disappointed
