Always considered Jim’s to be for “late night” cravings. But this early evening chicken finger sub did not disappoint. Portion size was excellent, tasted good, however, the prices were a little higher than I expected and the staff seemed a little unmotivated. Overall, decent experience.

Food is always delicious but this time I have to leave a bad review. Just give a option for gravy on the side for poutine … cheese and gravy merged to create a puddy and fries are extremely soggy Picture is me hold the plate vertically fries are stuck to the plate

Literally waited 20 minutes for a taco and Fry when no one else is even in the dining room. Four people working and the star was absolutely filthy hasn't look like they wipe down the counter or the drink machine in weeks literally sticky dust all over the counter. They're frozen icing machine was in pieces on the counter and really look like it hadn't been cleaned maybe ever bathrooms are disgusting. Staff seem more enthralled with their conversation and actually making the food sign on the door made me laugh the most saying national Labor shortage be patient yet there were four people on the clock working and they couldn't keep up with one order don't seem like a shortage to me. I remember when Jim's stakeout had pride and all of its shops. Those are the three pieces of steak on my have eaten taco the other half didn't have much more than that sad sad sad.

I got a steak Hoagie Deluxe my girlfriend got a 12-in chicken finger sub food was not up to par my bread for my role was extremely difficult to eat I had to eat it with a knife and a fork my girlfriend's chicken finger sub had no mayo and the chicken fingers were dry... Companies need to start paying people a better wage because then you can actually discipline workers and they won't want to lose a job because they're making good money when everybody makes poor money they make poor quality because they know that they could get a job anywhere else making the same money in return more people would go there and enjoy the food and that means more income for the business why businesses are so cheap as beyond me it's literally Common Sense terminology We've been here several occasions the shift workers on 7/24/25 at 6:18 p.m. are the worst experience we've had. Thanks guys!

So after 30+ hours of plowing snow, i figured i’d get something to eat around the area… usually love Jim’s Steakout and was expecting a good stinger sub. This is how i received my food…. didn’t even taste like a stinger sub, everything was soggy and the lettuce looked old. disappointed.

As a dasher dont come here just stood there for 25 minutes waiting for the order i was looking at seen it ready the entire time terrible staff terrible service

I called to place an order the guy on the phone was nice but didnt inform me that they weren't taking cash. I get there and he refused to take my cash. Cash is legal tender even if they didnt have change I would of let them keep the tip. Such bad business. Cash is king! So dissatisfied.

Put in an order at 4:53 for pickup at 6:50 PM to 7 PM so that my husband could pick it up after his 12 hour shift not 5 minutes from the store on Niagara Falls Blvd. Immediately after submitting the order I was updated that it would be ready at 7:10, then it changed again to 7:15 with a final text that it was ready at 7:30. It took them 2 plus hours to make 2 subs. The point of my ordering early was to spare my husband the wait after his shift. I will never use Doordash or Jim's Steakout again

I went in there tonight it was two guys I felt the Caucasian dude was racist I was there waiting awhile people coming in placing order after me they get there food all I ordered was a steak taco and Philly fries the whole order I couldn’t even eat when I got home the taco with the meat was burned the Philly fries had just steak meat thrown on top of fries I will never go here again

The tacos I got where so bad from delivery from door dash - the tacos where soggy not made correctly and had onions when there is no option to take onions off so that’s not even a item that goes on the taco - there was no sour cream and the taco bags where dripping with tomato sauce- but I ordered them without tomato’s
