In Buffalo we went here. I know. Everyone on the hockey team was making fun of us. But it was what my 14yo wanted period. It was ok but it was a standard Bdubbs. But a bunch of people went to one of the franchise Anchor Bars (not original) and said it was horrible. So I guess we made a good decision. We were told to find our own seat and then it took some time before somebody came to the table. Once we ordered it was difficult getting drinks and more napkins. We had to flag workers down.

The service here was exceptional! Our waitress kept checking on us and did an exceptional job assisting us with our order. The boneless wings came extra saucy PLUS a good amount of dipping sauces. The pricing was super reasonable, especially on Thursdays and Tuesdays. The traditional wings were decent, I only had lemon pepper (which is my favourite) but it wasn't entirely seasoned (understandable because the seasoning can't stick to it). Overall, I enjoyed my experience here and I would visit again

My bad for not noticing the low google review before patronizing this establishment. I have had a way better Buffalo chicken wrap from the grab and go at 7-11, my brother had the Philly cheesesteak and it was very small for the price and was mediocre at best. You can get a better cheesesteak at a Sunoco deli. On a positive note, service was excellent.

You have to be careful with the Pick 6 For Two menu option as it can become pricy with the modifications. I got the Ultimate Sampler and swapped the boneless fries for traditional wings with a $3.00 up charge. The food was good but my mom said her bun could have been more substantial. I came with a friend to watch the Sabres game and have a few beers and relax. You would think with 15 tvs, you'd be able to get a good seat and watch the Sabres game. We asked the manager if he could put the game on one of the bigger tvs so we could enjoy the game. We ended up in the back corner watching a smaller tv that was 25 feet away. We ended up leaving after our first beer to watch the game somewhere else.

I ordered the boneless wings deal with four different sauces, lemon pepper fries and the slaw. The slaw was inedible and had no dressing on it at all. I was charged $5.49 for a half cup of this mess. I asked for blue cheese and carrots to accompany my wings and got nothing but ketchup, which I didn’t ask for. A couple of the wings were good and well sauced. A couple were not. The fries were good with the lemon pepper seasoning. Is it too much to expect to get my whole order when I really didn’t order much food? Then I try to call and no one answers the phone so the automated system disconnects you. I won’t be going back since they can’t be bothered to even answer their phone.

My wife and I went to the location at Liberty tree Mall in Peabody and we waited for a host for over 10 minutes. The place had five customers only. Then I spoke to the bartender and I spoke to a couple of waitresses across the restaurant to call the host and then they left me again waiting for another 10 minutes. I’m giving the food 5 stars from another day but I guess business doesn’t mean much to them with this lousy customer service and management at this location.

came to this location today (september 28th) around 1pm to watch the bills game. we were seated by the manager and once we sat down released neither me or my partner could see any of the tvs playing the game. i very nicely approached the same staff member that sat us and asked if we could switch to any of the MULTIPLE open tables for this reason. i was looked at like i just asked the most insane far fetched question ever before he sent someone else to move us (both of which had attitude towards me). the food was good and our actual server (mari) was as well. however, when it was close to halftime and they were handing out the halftime specials out, the manger working handed one out to every single table around us and skipped us. legit every. single. other. table. honestly so rude and we will not be returning.

Ordered online their website after seeing an advertisement for Boneless wings and Fries. Ordered for a pickup in 40 minutes. I show up and am told 'oh, we never got the order, cause we don't check the computer often'. Fine, it happens. 25ish minutes later I get my order. The fries are cold, the 20 wings pictured are all in 1 box tossed in 4 sauces with no label, there's no Celery in the box even though it was what I had ordered. The Boneless Wings are either hardly sauced or soggy. I'm not someone who expects a ton from a chain restaurant, but the very basics of actually making the food and doing it correctly shouldn't be that much of a stretch.

I recently had the displeasure of dining at this restaurant, and I have to say, it was a complete disaster. Where do I even begin? Firstly, the food took an excruciatingly long hour to arrive. By the time it did, it was disappointingly cold. I could have sworn I ordered a warm meal, not an ice pack. To top it off, the table I was seated at seemed like it was trying out for a dance competition – it was wobblier than a newborn deer on roller skates. Eating while trying to balance my plate was an adventure in itself. Our waitress must have mistaken hospitality for hostility. Her attitude was beyond rude; it was downright disrespectful. I didn't realize ordering food came with a side of disdain. Adding insult to injury, when we tried to order more food—specifically, unlimited wings as advertised—the waitress informed us that the kitchen couldn't "handle" any more orders, abruptly cutting us off after just our second round. It was as if they were rationing wings in the midst of a global chicken shortage. The whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth, quite literally and figuratively. And the ambiance? Well, let's just say I wasn't expecting a rave in a restaurant. The weird techno music blaring in the background made me wonder if I had stumbled into a nightclub by mistake. Overall, this place is a prime example of how not to run a restaurant. From the tardy service to the cold food, the shaky tables, the kitchen on strike, the rude waitress, and the bizarre musical choices – it was an experience I won't be repeating anytime soon. Save yourself the trouble and dine elsewhere.
