Reasonably clean. Staff was nice. Flavor of the food was good, but the meat was on the drier side. Ok if you're in a pinch & need something quick.

Sunday 15th 2026 ordered from Grub hub for delivery got ribs ,mac n cheese , green beans I believe it was only 3 bones , sliced brisket, sorry all I can say is every thing was terrible , could not eat the string beans to much vinegar, ribs over cooked , brisket over cooked , don't let me talk about the mac n cheese terrible 1st time last time will not order from here ever again.

This place has gone down hill. Brisket is dry and the Mac and cheese was clearly microwaved to the point the cheese and noodles are separating. The pork tasted ok but again it was also dry. All the food was room temperature. I will not be eating here again. No wonder no one else was here the entire time I was eating here.

Ordered delivery 2 meals. 1 was a 2 meat-pulled pork and chopped brisket and the second was a 3 meat-pulled pork sliced brisket and ribs. We received one correct meal and the 3 meat meal was wrong. Received 2 meats-kielbasa and chopped brisket. We complained and got credit for it so we ordered sliced brisket for delivery and we received a cold chunk of meat. Don’t bother ordering delivery it’s only good when you eat it there!!!!!! Never again 😡

Wow, what an absolute waste of money $38 for three meats I asked for double ribs. They gave me three single ribs and about 3 ounces of dried up chicken. I can’t believe this place is still in business. The food is definitely subpar. The sides are OK but the main part that you would expect it it’s definitely fast food barbecue not quality like other barbecue places in the area. I will never waste my time or money there again.

I walked in and this place was empty so went right to the counter. While waiting for a service person, a couple walked in and lined up against the wall. When the service person came out, he admonished me for cutting the line. I told him I did not and the couple backed me up. However, I think he was mad at me. My order was one small lump of meat on a bun. That is the last time I go there.

Food was dry, tasted old. Portions are SO SMALL. Brisket was terrible, so was the turkey. Only good thing was the person behind the counter was friendly when I picked up my to go order. If I could give the food zero stars I would.

This place is such a sad representation of the real Dickey’s in Texas. The food was cold! and insanely overpriced!! 4 meatless and tiny ribs, a tiny side of Mac n cheese and a drink was over $20. Get real. The food was made in the morning, and tastes like it sat in heaters all day. Not friendly or welcoming staff, too busy on their phones. Empty store, now we know why. Not worth it at all!

Food here is absolute dog food! This is not BBQ! This is cooked meat and sides thrown in a box. No seasoning, no love, dry mush. The McRib at McDonald’s is better than this place. Save your money

BEWARE!! The bbq and pulled pork is always tender and good, but this time the pulled pork was over half of UN-EATABLE FAT MEAT and SKIN. See picture. Yuk. I picked all the lean meat out of this sandwich. I don't understand. Why didn't the preparer see this?

If I could give this zero stars I would. Ordered through Uber eats and while we received the food very quickly, the quality and amount was absolutely disgusting. After paying $100 for three people I would expect to be full after my meal. I got the 2 meat plate and the ribs had practically no meat and I got a small fatty slice of brisket. The sides are $5 each and you can get bigger portions at KFC for that price. Definitely not worth the money and will not be ordering from here again. First and last time.

Normally would not post negative review, however, looking to save people from spending more money. The portions are very small. The food was not what l expected. Burnt end brisket, 95% fat, mac/cheese texture good, no flavor couldn't eat. Jalapeno beans very good. BBQ beans tasted like chili. Coleslaw, good texture, no flavor. Turkey plater (good amt) was salty, no flavor or seasoning. Rolls pale cold and hard. Bill was over $35.00 for lunch. Still hungry after lunch.😔

Ordered a pound of chopped brisket via door dash and received 6.91oz. Called the store. Person who answered claimed to be the manager but refused to give his name. I explained the order was way short. He said ok so come to the restaurant and he'll give me the rest. I explained I just had surgery and can't drive and that was the whole reason I ordered through door dash. He said there was no reason for me to be loud and I said I have every right to be loud as he shorted my more than half what I ordered. Then he hung up on me and then never answered when I tried calling back. This is so wrong and if I could drive I would go down to the store and get a refund. Instead I'm stuck with 6.91oz of cold brisket instead of 16oz. I paid $33.52 for this awful experience and am very disappointed.
