Great Pancakes and a awesome place to have breakfast food during the mid day

This is one of the best IHOP locations I have been to in a long time. Even though there was a lineup, we were promptly seated within 10 minutes of arrival. The staff were very friendly and polite. The food was good and arrived quickly and fresh and everyone enjoyed their meals. Great location.

I have been here a couple times in the past few weeks. I have always had a great meal. I also have had the pleasure to have Dean as a server. He is on top of his game always there but not overwhelming.

This is the new “Breakfast for Dinner” spot for us! The variety is great. My kid was thrilled to find “chocolate, chocolate chip” pancakes! A “child-happiness-dividend” is here! It was a relaxed atmosphere with great service. I stick with the old-fashioned buttermilk. You get a lot of food for the money. In today’s economy it’s a bargain! I love the coffee here. It beats the competition for sure! I could keep going just on their coffee. Thanks for the great food & service!

Pulled up for a quick bite to eat and I wasn't disappointed. The parking lot was full and it was packed inside, but I was quickly seated. I placed my order and my meal was served quickly. The only issue I had was I'm a picky diabetic and I don't like the taste of Sweat n Low (pink) or Equal (blue) and obviously can't use sugar (white). I need Splenda (yellow) and they don't carry this in the store. I had to have a diet soda for breakfast... 😨 All good though. I'd return but I better bring my own Splenda.

Look, I got to give this place an honest review comparatively to many restaurants in the area these days. This place is never understaffed (and if they are, it never shows). The employees hustle super quick to turn over tables. The servers are very quick to get to your table and they own their sections well. Very attentive. You just don’t see good service anymore - this place has done well. We are frequent breakfast goers and rarely is there ever a hiccup in wait time, service, and quality of food. These days, especially in food service do you find help that is willing to really go out of their way to have a quick and friendly dining experience. Well done iHOP! This particular restaurant has a good crew - we know because we frequent the place. Also, thank you for offering Military Discount. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was amazed how nice and patient our waitress was. She was extremely firendly and she was the best I have ever had. I had the French toast and it was the best French toast I've ever had in my life also. Everything was perfect and I never say that when I go out!! I definitely recommend!!!

Had an amazing time at IHOP due to good food coming out quickly and service that came with a smile. Had a great time and would recommend this location to other! My server was great. I wish I could remember our servers name, he was great and recommended dishes. My huge breakfast burrito was fantastic, my son's sausage gravy and biscuits I wouldnt recommend but I only like it homemade anyways. Service was great and the latte I got was surprisingly good as well. We will drive 40 minutes to come here again.

I went there twice and I usually get the same food and they were tasty. But I love how the staff are helpful and kind. When we were given and seat which had a side walk space even after we had a child stroller, I my self cud not fit in the tight space so was looking dor a different spot so another staff whom I'm guessing was part of the management helped us with that. We felt welcomed. I almost thought the coffee was complimentary and ended up getting two and was forced to drink both since my wife didn't like coffee.

Really good breakfast, kids loved it. Our server Kim was awsome as well. Service was great and we got our food quick even though the restaurant was busy. We will definitely be back.

So, if I could recommend something to anyone, it is definitely stuffed french toast from ihop. It is my favorite thing ever. I could eat it every single day, and not ever get sick of it. It's very sweet, so if you're not a sweet fan, you might want to order something else. Update 7/5/19: Today is the first time I've eaten something at IHOP besides stuffed french toast. I tried the cannoli pancakes, and let me tell you, they were bomb. They were not super cannoli-y, you'll know what I mean if you're a cannoli fanatic like I am lol. But they are absolutely fantastic. I promise you will not regret ordering them!

OMG. I have to rate this ihop with 6 stars. The restaurant is decorated beautiflly and the waiter Julien was excellent. It was crowded and lunchtime. They handled everything from seating to serving.

I have never enjoyed breakfast so much anywhere like literally anywhere besides like those few Mom and pop chains over the years like literally have never enjoyed breakfast as much as I have enjoyed it tonight at IHOP. Elliot I hope I got his name right. Phenomenal server for being so young his customer service is on point and he’s so nice. It doesnt feel like he’s rushing you he doesn’t pop up a million times. Lol. And Jose. JOSE. THEM EGGS MY GUY. the whole meal was amazing. But the eggs and the pancakes. Top tierrrr. Wish I could take him home w me so he can cook that for me all the time. Will 10/10 always come back to this ihop when I want breakfast. Love it here. And the atmosphere is amazing for night time dining too.

This place is so big! We were seated right away on Sunday morning and our food was brought out fast. It was delicious and the service was perfect!

Everything was delicious, I was honestly surprised since it's "just IHOP". Wife said the same, delicious, and their pancakes never disappoint. I had the country fried steak, eggs, and home fries, with sausage links and sausage gravy/biscuits. Ate every bite. Wife had pancakes, bacon and eggs.

An orderly IHOP with excellent service and reliably great food. Everything feels intentional and well cared for. I wish every chain restaurant was ran like this.

We have been visiting NY for a few days now and the food for an IHop was amazing but even better from the food our server Dean was hands down the best we've had in years! This restaurant should be used for a training facility with how well and quickly all of the staff took care of us. 10/10 would definitely come back!

Accessible. Clean. Good parking. Kind staff. Fair prices. I had protein pancakes and added a side of cinnamon topping. The coffee was good and the mugs are no longer those little thimbles of coffee, but actual mugs with a good size and a normal handle. The pancakes were a little overcooked and I wish they had lower calorie options, but they use a lot of oil on the griddle and that's the cost of going to a diner. My server was great, I would hire him.

My son and I stopped in for breakfast. Our waitress Emma was super friendly, and she always had a smile on her face. My son ordered the French toast combo, and I ordered the pancake combo. The combos are served with eggs, homefries, and your choice of bacon or sausage. The food was so delicious that I ate all of it. I even surprised myself with how much I ate. It's too good to waste. The inside is large with a few different sections. It was a great first-time experience. We will definitely be back. The only downfall would be their parking lot. There's more than a few potholes that need to be filled in.

As Canadians, we love eating at IHOP when we're in the US. This restaurant had great food as always - generous portions and tasty dishes. Server was attentive and professional. Dining room and bathroom weren't as clean as I'd like but we still had an enjoyable experience.

This is no different than any other IHOP. Great brunch options and huge portions. We visited this place on our way to Niagara falls. We had a good time. The wait staff was very polite and helpful.

Great food and service I just wish they didnt charge 2.99 just to add a side. They dont have any meals that come with toast or any meals that come with both sausage and bacon. If your looking for a pancake meal this is the place to go but if your looking for eggs, sausage, bacon and toast meal then id recommend Dennys because it would be more affordable and just as good. The 7.99 value meal at IHop is a great way to save if it has all that you want. Be careful because the waitress will add things on to your order without asking directly if you want them,he will hear you thinking or unsure about something and say I can bring this or that out for you and adding it on without asking to be aure it's what you want. Otherwise very friendly service and great food

I had a great breakfast here, ordering the spinach omelette with a side of pancakes. The omelette was cooked perfectly , just the right texture and packed with flavor. The pancakes were good too, though I wish they had Nutella as a topping option. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with good food and friendly service. Ordered French toast with bananas and strawberries but on whole wheat. No whole wheat and a tiny amount of fruit. IHOP very disappointing lately. My wife ordered same dish but with pancakes also very little fruit.

IHOP is the traditional, old school pancake house of childhood and not much has changed which makes it fun to return to again and again. You go for the syrup selection. It's fun. Always a great selection of pancakes, waffles, crepes, French toast and other breakfast items like omelettes and scrambles. I always order the sweedish crepes with all the lingonberries on the side. Crepes are delicious with butter pecan syrup!! Lots of children's menu items including a cupcake pancake... Sickly sweet but kids love it. Lovely service at this location. The establishment could be cleaner.

Service was good, more servers would benefit the experience. Staff seemed overworked, food was fine. The only complaints I had were the wait for entry and food was a little longer then I'd hope but that's understandable for the holidays. The main issue is there was some dried food on the cup I had. Typical food. Pancakes were cool when served butter would not melt. Omelet was very dry and over cooked. Chicken fried steak was good however it states on the menu smothered with gravy, hardly covered had to order extra gravy.

We came in a Party of three right before noon on a Saturday and the restaurant was nearly full. This is my second time of my many years visits to the U.S. I came with colleagues who have never tried American pancakes. We ordered two portions of pancakes to share with us because each portion is huge. As expected the portion was huge. The maple syrup was added almost as soup so was the strawberry syrup. The banana was freshly cut but not the strawberries were drowned in the strawberry syrup so much they were soft and not “fresh”. Why do the customers here even bother ordering fruits that are drowned into syrup. The pancakes without the excess of syrup were good. Without any real substance in the service, the waiter kept asking you “everything okay” but still nothing on the table and when we were served and started eating and asked again the same question over at least six times: what can you answer? For politeness and not really hurting him:”we answered ok” Not because we were satisfied with the service or the food but simply not to hurt him. Those who are from here might be used to this quality of food and service, for us which the quality of food and service are high, we wasn’t satisfied and impressed. Why are we all forced to give at least 15% tips when no real service was performed? A distorted and worsening American culture.

Three stars because wait staff was excellent. The scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, and sausage great. However, the cook totally botched the crepes twice and then couldn't get the pumpkin pancakes right either. The griddle was too hot so crepes burned and rubbery and pancakes burned and raw inside. A simple fix that no one could seem to figure out. iHOP is my favorite breakfast place, thier crepes my favorite followed by my seasonal favorite of pumpkin pancakes. Three strikes and out for Maple Rd.....I won't return to this location. And why doesn't this location have French Vanilla creamer?? That is usually a staple at iHOP restaurants

It was dirty. The floor was dirty. The changing table wasn't clean to my liking. I have a 14 mo son. I had to clean it before I used it. The waitress was amazing, though the food wasn't great or good in my eyes. The only thing I liked was the omelet. And I give that a 4 not even a 5.

Serving size for an adult meal is terrible. More for kids. Save yourself a few dollars order a kids meal.

Theses dry flatcakes were nothing like the tasty, fluffy, filling pancakes that I’ve grown to know and love. I ordered a full stack and left full of disappointment.

The host wasnt seating peolpe in any prder becaise he hasn't takng names my self and 2 other parties put their own names in the list so we didnt get skipped.. Filthy tables they wiped them before we sat but they were still sticky. There is syrup dripping off the wall of the booth in the syrup holder. The toilet paper holder in the mens room was empty and falling off the wall. The bathroom was like a condemed truckstop. Never again will i step into an IHOP.

The sirloin tips and eggs had an almost rancid taste and a mushy texture unlike any beef I have ever eaten before. We had a great waitress and the coffee was decent other than those two facts. I would strongly recommend staying away from this establishment!!!!!

I normally don’t give a review like this but this place has terrible customer service. Not once but twice in the last month I ordered takeout and specifically requested my food come a certain way. I get home items are missing. Not prepared the way I asked. When I called the first time I was promised a gift card of what I paid a week goes by no card. I had to drive back to this location and speak with the manager. Today ordered a breakfast item to go its egg whites on English muffin no egg just whites.and the sauce was missing. I will never go back to this location again. I’ll stick with DENNYS the service is way better.

I’ve carried this memory like a cursed relic for two decades, and I’m finally setting it ablaze. When I turned 13, my grandma took me to IHOP to celebrate. I picked the kids-menu pancakes with ice cream, which was basically the first food in months that didn’t trigger my disordered-eating panic. Five tiny pancakes. One scoop of joy. Life was briefly good. Then the waitress asked my age. I said 13. She reacted like I had just admitted to a felony. She snatched the kids menu away like she was preventing a heist, marched off, and came back wielding the adult menu like a weapon. I told her I wanted the kids meal. It was smaller. It had ice cream. It was my birthday. The waitress looked me dead in the eyes and said, “You can’t always get what you want.” So there I was: sobbing, overwhelmed, newly 13, freshly bleeding for the first time, grieving the loss of childhood like a tiny Victorian ghost girl, and this woman decided to enforce Pancake Law like the fate of the Western economy depended on it. Your employees didn’t just deny me pancakes. They embedded a core memory of bureaucratic cruelty into my soul. All because one employee decided to cosplay as the Breakfast Inquisitor. IHOP, you broke me over a scoop of ice cream. I hope you’re proud.

I visited this location on November 10, Monday morning with my wife and my brother. We ordered pancakes, French toast, an omelette and a coffee. The food was good and we were satisfied with it. The issue was with our server, *****(or similar to this name). I couldn’t recall the correct name. She was borderline rude and seemed uninterested in taking our order. She became short with us when we asked for extra cutlery. She rushed through every interaction and tried to leave the table even while we were speaking and there were no other tables waiting for her attention. We did not even ask for the bill yet when she brought it over. Her behavior felt dismissive, and at times I felt she was being racist too, which made the experience uncomfortable. I would not visit this IHOP again. At the end, despite offering very little service, she acted like the 18 percent tip was an entitlement, which it is not. Tip should reflect the service, not be treated as a default. Hopefully the management recognizes this and fix the issue. Edit1:- Removed the server’s name. Edit 2:- IHOP customer service and owner has reached out to me.

Really bustling place packed with people, but had really disappointing food. There are better IHOP places around. Got strawberry pancakes and crepes - pancakes were okay but the crepes were quite burnt at the sides and didnt really taste good. Strawberry milkshake was alright at best. Service was quite slow at around 30min at around late morning. A waiter dropped some plates and some chicken dirtied my shoe.
