We walked in later in the evening and waited about 15 minutes for a spot to open up. The restaurant works off reservations, so if you have a tight schedule, make a reservation. Service was quick and friendly. For $27 AYCE, this place is reasonable. I had the healthy broth, which was flavorful and yummy. My fiance had the mala broth because he loves spicy stuff and it was right up his alley. The veggies, meat, and other add-ons were great quality. I really wish my fiance and I were able to do a second round because it was so delicious, but we were already full after the first around! I did feel a little uncomfortable witnessing the younger, more fluent-in-English tall male worker rough handle a smaller, older female coworker with glasses (our server who was super sweet) when I assume something went wrong (going off of context clues of him visually looking upset and shaking his head at her while she looked sad).

Hot pot is so enjoyable and delicious! We went in a big group and ordered a lot of food. We loved it and you can create your own sauces. I wish they had more choices for the hot pot soup. But overall 5 stars for the food and service.

My hubby and I went here for a lunch date with a groupon. This place is awesome!! Great Mongolian cuisine!! They are so helpful and the experience is epic. A must try!! It has a ambience that makes you feel it's VERY EXPENSIVE, but we spent $42 and we took good home.e

Fun spot! Food tasted great. The all you can eat is a good deal (M-Th). Get there early cause the place can get busy too. Don’t forget to utilize the sauce bar.

My first hot pot was a bit intimidating but that was short lived! Food is fresh and delicious, service was super helpful and attentive, everything was immaculate and really comfortable! Can't give them 5 stars because it's my first one! I'll definitely go back, and very reasonable too!

Good place for buffet. I came here on Sunday around 1PM and took the brunch buffet. There aren’t too many options but food is decent and got filled often. I like that they have soy milk. The cake dessert is also very soft. The fried chicken is also good. Other food is a bit salty in my opinion. The restaurant is clean and staffs are friendly. Price is affordable

My first time going to a Hot Pot in America. It was a little more than I expected, but overall a decent place. I recommend visiting Monday-Thursday; they have $27 all you can eat, the weekend is pay what you order. I will say I really enjoyed that the Bills game was playing.

It was very good. It was my and a friend's first time there and we enjoyed it. The broth was great the all you can eat was nice. The only reasons they're not getting 5 stars is their open times are fairly bad. Also look at all of these basically inedible dried peppers that we got in the spicy broth.

We enjoyed our meal here. The food was good and the experience of it all is fun. Lots of kitchen dishes to choose from if you are not into the hot pot as well. All were plentiful and delicious. The hot pots are huge and can feed at least 2 off of one pot. If you are sharing, make sure you enjoy the same spices as you personalize each broth with the variety of ingredients at the sauce bar. Otherwise get your own broth and share the meat and veggies. I recommend going when they offer all you can eat as it can get a little pricey depending on what you order. Great conversation fun at Buffalo Little Lamb Hot Pot.

They have us a private room because there were so many of us. Instead of calling the server, there are buttons that can be pressed. Seems like they may also provide karaoke service. Bathroom was also very clean and nice, handicap accessible.

I don’t know if their quality went down when they changed how they do the all you can eat but wow what a time we had today. Nobody checked on us basically ever. They were out of the only things I wanted to eat basically for like 45 minutes and by then everyone else was done and of course I’m still paying the all you can eat price but I don’t even get to eat all I want to eat. Just such poor service today. I used to recommend this place to everyone but after the meal I had today I won’t be. Maybe I’ll come back because the food is great usually but yikes!!!! Not good today! Very upset.

I went to this restaurant with my family, including several young children who are not familiar with eating hotpot. To accommodate them, I ordered additional rice and roast duck. While we were waiting for the food, one of the kids picked up a piece of uncooked instant noodle (not used in the hotpot yet) and was about to cut it when a staff member immediately showed a bad attitude and insisted that we had to pay extra because the children were “also eating hotpot,” even though we did not order an additional hotpot portion. I was very disappointed with this kind of service. Instead of assisting us politely, the staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. Situations like this could be handled with flexibility and courtesy, especially when children are involved. I hope the restaurant can improve its customer service, especially when serving families with kids. Respectful and professional service is key to a good dining experience.
