Food was absolutely delicious and the service was also amazing 11/10 will be a regular customer here on out
This is a new restaurant, and they are amazing! Clean and well decorated dining area. Fast service and friendly staff. The 5.99 chicken biryani was excellent and a great portion size, enough for two small meals for myself. The food was not overwhelmingly spicy but a nice medium. Will definitely be back to try other items on the menu!
The food is so amazing its literally feels like i am back in pakistan
Got the Royal Cuisine Platter and an order of Butter Chicken. Everything was fresh, delicious, and flavorful. Probably some of the best butter chicken I’ve ever had. The grilled stuff in the cuisine platter was amazing! Great prices too, definitely coming back here.
Excellent desi food, nice place with good ambience and service.
We tried charga with butter naan and it was amazing! Both taste and quality is great. Ambience is very good as well with very clean restaurant and washroom. We will definitely come again.
I liked chicken karahi , garlic naan, especially chicken keema naan is too good.
Daal and biryani was good. They have variety of kulfi
Food was Otantic,Traditional and Historic. Those people cooking 1000,s years with same recipe. When I eat there, I feel I am at Pakistan with their deeply peaces.and calms.. We forgoting spice came to the west from that region. Tham they know what they doing..
Excellent food. Loved royal cuisine family platter
Tried halwa puri in breakfast and it was excellent. Clean and peaceful environment.
amazing food, i love all of the food we were served. great service as well
Great location, nice interior, and wonderfully friendly staff. The mixed grill platter was fantastically spiced and perfectly marinated, absolutely gorgeous. 100% recommended!
Food is really good! We ordered halwa puri platter and paya. Everything was delicious. Specially the paya was phenomenal!!!
I tried this place a few days ago, and it was a really great experience. I got to try multiple dishes (Kebabs, Curry, Biryani) and it was all super good. The service was also very nice that day, and I would surely recommend other people to try this place. It should be noted that this place is under a new administration since very recently, so people need to take this into account when looking at reviews older than July 2025.
Excellent food, great service. Fav spot for authentic Pakistani taste.
Food was amazing we got the goat biriyani and the meat was really tender and flavorful. Huge portion sizes as well! Would recommend!
Biryani was super delicious and the service and staff were very friendly.Must try.
The food was delicious. I got beef biryani and tried their paratha, chicken qeema and chapli kabab as well. The first day chapli kabab came undercooked, we asked to cook it more. They did it. The second day we ordered bihari kabab. It came burnet. We requested to replace it the guy serving was since enough to try to get it replaced but looked like the chef denied. My husband didn’t get his meal and had to share with me and a friend. The guy serving was nice and was trying his best but he was doing a lot alone.
Amazing food and service. Very hospitable owner. Ordered karahi and butter chicken..
One of the best restaurants in buffalo That chicken biryani’s was on spot 👌🏻😋 Recommends the most, liked their service 🌹
We came to this restaurant scared because yesterday we went to a restaurant called apna dera and to say the least they where HORRIBLE their service and their food was absolutly ground zero their staff where rude the food tasted days old and dry so when we where looking for another restaurant to eat at we where skeptical but in the end we decided to come here and try the food and the food here was absolutely top of the line the food truly reminded us of pakistan everyone ate until they where beyond full, the halwa puri was also amazing it tasted fresh and not like the puris that most restaurants give made from pre frozen bread. Here the chefs Majid and islam where very very kind to us same with the waiter I honestly cannot say this enough that the food and service here were top of the line even beyond. If you want really good and authentic south Asian food come to this place.
They serve consistently good Desi food. Our person for today was Majid Ali, he was kind and cooked our breakfast really quick. We were the first ones to get to the restaurant this morning but he took great care of us! Cooked our meal. Thanks Majid Ali
The food is delightful under the new management, and the service is also commendable.
From the moment we walked in, everything was perfect. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with a touch of elegance. The owner Sanjana Ahmed was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, making us feel truly welcomed. Every dish we tried was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor – clearly made with high-quality ingredients and expert technique.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.
Great spot for pakistani style desi food. Food was great as is the service. So glad we live close by.
Goat Karahi was amazing as was the samosa chaat. Will be back.
The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish reflected great care and quality. The service was equally impressive: warm, attentive, and professional throughout. A truly enjoyable dining experience from start to finish.
I tried the karahi and it was very fresh and flavorful. I also had the chicken tikka and butter chicken with garlic naan—everything was really satisfying.
“We visited Royal Cuisine for a family dinner and had a wonderful experience. The food and atmosphere were excellent, with great quality all around. Our server, Atif, was a pleasant and energetic young man who made the evening even better. Highly recommend this awesome halal restaurant!”
Food was delicious and the staff was cordial especially person named Ashir did great job by providing extra ordinary services realting to side and main course food
I recently had the pleasure of dining and I must say, it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The owner Sanjana Ahmed was incredibly welcoming and hands-on, greeting customers personally and ensuring everyone was comfortable. It's clear they take pride in their business, and that personal touch really adds to the atmosphere. The restaurant was spotless. From the dining area to the restrooms, everything was well-maintained and hygienic. The tables were clean, and even the cutlery and glassware sparkled. The food was top-notch — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Each dish felt thoughtfully prepared, with high-quality ingredients and great attention to detail. Service was friendly and efficient. The staff was attentive without being overbearing, and they were happy to answer questions or offer recommendations. Our orders arrived promptly, and everything was served with a smile. Overall, I highly recommend to anyone looking for great food and a pleasant dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Offers an authentic taste of desi cuisines that is hard to find elsewhere in Buffalo. We tried the platter and biryani, and they was wonderful!! Kebabs were fresh, tender and flavorful, with the spices perfectly balanced, and the rice was aromatic. The portions were HUGE. It was a dejavu to a desi food-street. Can’t emphasize enough on the flavor! Chai and Kheer desert was the icing. Absolutely recommend. Will return soon.
Food was good and service was good as well. Server took care of our order. Really nice guy. Try their dal and chicken seekh kabab definitely.
The keema paratha and aloo samosa were equally enjoyable, and the garlic naan complemented the dishes perfectly. Overall, it was a very satisfying dining experience.
Enjoy the best food in buffalo!! Tried their seekh kabab and goat karahi and it was too good. Will visit again .
Hands down, some of the most delicious food I've eaten lately! They utilize only the freshest ingredients and ensure that each dish is properly prepared" If you want authentic taste and quality of food then this is the right place I really enjoy
Went yesterday for the first time on thanksgiving day. Food was really good. Enjoyed the fresh naan. Ordered chicken Karahi and beef nihari. Will make a trip from Rochester again to eat their food. Plenty of seating available
Tried this halal desi spot and it did not disappoint. The kababs were super juicy and full of flavor, and the aloo palak was really good—fresh, comforting, and perfectly cooked. Everything tasted authentic and well made. Definitely a place I’d come back to. 👍🍽️
The Beef Paya and Chicken Handi was amazing!! The flavors were well balanced and authentic. Loved the Garlic Naan as well! Highly recommend this place. The atmosphere was great, it was clean and spacious as well.
Absolutely loved the food here. The chicken tikka was perfectly cooked and full of flavor, and the biryani was rich, aromatic, and very satisfying. The garlic naan was soft, fresh, and paired really well with the curries. A special mention to the chana masala it’s a must-try and easily one of the best dishes on the menu. Definitely coming back again!
I went to try kabab naan and rasmalai, and both were absolutely amazing. The chicken kabab naan was perfectly cooked, flavorful, and paired really well with the naan. The rasmalai was soft, fresh, and just the right level of sweetness a perfect way to end the meal. Overall, great food quality and a very satisfying experience. The staff were too good and Will definitely come back again!
Tried their chicken handi and chicken tikka roll, and both were absolutely delicious. The chicken handi was rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked with great spices. The chicken tikka roll was fresh, juicy, and packed with amazing taste. Overall, really enjoyed the food—definitely worth trying and would come back again!
⸻ I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant and welcoming. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had a great vibe. I would especially like to mention Ashiq, who provided outstanding service. He was very polite, attentive, and professional, and made our visit even more enjoyable. His positive attitude and dedication truly stood out. Highly recommended for great food, great service, and a wonderful dining experience. I will definitely visit again.
Tried there biryani and tikka and the biryani was outstanding—flavorful, aromatic, and cooked perfectly with well-seasoned rice and tender meat. The chicken tikka was equally impressive: juicy, well-marinated, and grilled just right with a great balance of spices. You can really tell they focus on quality ingredients and traditional flavors. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, making it a good spot for both dine-in and takeout.
I was in town on a work-related trip, and after a long day I was looking for a nice place to enjoy a good meal. I decided to try this restaurant, and it did not disappoint at all. The Beef Nihari was absolutely amazing — rich, flavorful, and incredibly delicious. Honestly, I have never had Beef Nihari like this in my entire life. As a true foodie who has visited restaurants all over the world, I can confidently say that this Nihari is top class — easily one of the best I’ve ever had. I tried a few other dishes as well, but the Nihari truly stood out. If you visit this place, the Beef Nihari is a must-try. Highly recommended.
I recently had a great lunch at this restaurant. The food was very good and the service was top notch. I would definitely recommend this place for lunch/dinner. Especially the chicken biryani and the keema naan were excellent.
Im with a realllllly picky pakistani family going on a 3 day trip to niagara falls and THANK GOD they liked this place lolll We ordered: - beef biryani - chicken biryani - mutton karahi - tikka The beef and chicken biryani were great and satisfying. This place is great to go to if you want desi food and can only stay on the US side of niagara falls.
Excellent food with big portions. Service was little slow but overall great. I will recommend the place if you want to eat Indian food and kabobs.
The good thing about them is their operating hours. Visited them late at night without any expectation and tried the chicken biriyani and chicken tikka. It was delicious. Their portion sizes are also good. But only downside is the waiting time for the food. It takes 30-40 min to arrive.
I won't say it was a bad experience but there is always a room for improvement. Biryani was really good. A bit disappointed with bihari boti. Service was good staff was also friendly and professional.
The halwa puri tasted decent along with the Aaloo tarkari. The puris came fresh every time. The staff was really nice. The order of seekh kebab came rock solid (older batch, frozen and re-heated for too long in the microwave) as the staff confirmed, and took it back and off the bill. Will try the whole breakfast buffet next time.
The chicken biryani and butter chicken were absolutely delicious—packed with flavor and so satisfying! The wrap was also a hit with my mother-in-law, who found it very tasty. However, the lamb shank fell short of expectations, as it didn’t taste as fresh as we’d hoped, and my husband mentioned it wasn’t the best he’s had. While the overall food quality was great, I did feel the portions could have been larger, especially considering the $100+ price tag. A mixed experience, but still worth a try for their standout dishes!
I am updating my review, although the service was slow but chicken Karachi was amazing , it was like Lahore taste very rear find , so I had to come back and updating my review for food to 5. I ordered Nihari the lamb shank was also amazing. I will appreciate if they can make the service quick.
Went first time to this place with great expectations. The order taker should be familiar how to bring food systematically. We ordered Chicken Karahi. The taste was ok but not fantastic. At least 3 tablespoons of oil was there. Used spoon and tissue paper to get rid of that oil. 3 tablespoons are 1.27 oz. If you serve 500 customer a day means you wasted almost 40 pounds of oil. Means 1200 pounds a month or more than 14,000 pounds a year. Can a Resturant afford that much waste? Ordered roti and naan. Top of both were cooked nicely but bottom of both were light. Seems tandoor walls were not hot enough while flame cooked the front. A lady (not sure if she was the manager) welcomed us and start talking to my wife. This is good way to interact with customers. Please keep it up and keep asking customers whether they like the food. The price was ok. We are planning to have breakfast some day and let’s see if we like that.
I've visited this restaurant for the second time and found the food to be average. While their naan and halim are exceptional, the beef kabab was disappointing and the chicken biriyani was just okay. Unfortunately, the kids' meal, which included chicken fingers and fries, tasted like pre-packaged food. However, the interior decor is impressive. Overall, it was an okay dining experience.
There was a hair in our food. They did give us a lamb shank for free for that but that was also really dry. Mixed grill was good. Wait time is long. Just like Desi Khabba. Overpriced but normal price food. Not that clean. Bathroom was in horrible shape.
We ordered chicken biriyani ! It was terrible taste. None of us liked the food.
I was expecting better food but it was not a good experience, I was heart broken when I saw they served the mutton qourma in the name of goat karahi, they don’t even know the difference between karahi and curry and even the curry was half cooked and meat was not good too. The chicken tikka and chicken malai boti tikka was ok you can say 5 out of 10. Biryani’s tase was ok too but they served it cold didn’t even bother to warm it. Like every restaurant in Buffalo they are giving khameeri roti in the name naan. How can you run a restaurant when you don’t know the difference between naan and khameeri roti. So over all I will rate 2 out of 10.
Worst butter chicken I’ve ever had. Seemed half cooked and basically just tomato paste. The beef like others mentioned seemed a bit old and had a smell to it. The naan was admittedly fresh and tasty, but the chicken biryani was definitely not worth the price. Seemed to be only one man working and one person in the kitchen, so service was slow. Overall would probably not come back ever again.
Food was horrible and tasteless. Service was poor aswell didn’t ask for drinks like water or anything.
Worst food in my life in buffalo goat paya People don’t go there I loss my 30 dollars today
Broken A/C on the hottest week of the year. Buffalo only has a few good months of warm weather. So it's not like the a/c is running all year. Appears to be more of neglected maintenance that was not prepared for in advance for the summer season.
I recently dined , and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The ambiance was cluttered and lacked any warmth or charm, making it an uninviting place to relax and enjoy a meal. The service was slow and inattentive. It took an unusually long time for our orders to be taken, and even longer for the food to arrive. When it finally did, I was disappointed to find that the dishes were lukewarm and lacked the rich flavors I had expected from Indian cuisine. The chicken tikka masala and chicken khari was overly greasy and tasted bland, while the naan was dry and stale. The portion sizes were also quite small for the price, leaving us feeling underwhelmed and unsatisfied. To top it off, the cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired; the tables were sticky, and the restroom facilities were poorly maintained. Overall, I left feeling let down and would not recommend it to anyone seeking an authentic Indian dining experience.
For a place that has not been in business for a long time, this place is dirty. The bathrooms are dirty. The glass cups had lip stick stains on them. The plates had finger prints and instead of napkins, they used bathroom recycled paper towels, you know what I’m referring to, those stiff paper towels that have awful absorption. Imagine going to wipe your face and it scratches you. We had the buffet which cost $23 per person. Their buffet selection is very small. They offered goat feet (did not eat that) a beef tendon type dish (did not eat that), a ground chicken which was okay, a basic butter chicken (little spicy), two other beef dish. To be honest, most of it tasted the same. They offered two types of rice and two vegetarian options. The saag paneer, the cheese tastes funky. The galab jamun, which is my favorite most basic dessert, was stale and it’s the first time I’ve had it cold. Usually, it’s warm but I guess with a buffet, it’s served cold.
We ordered chicken biriyani and another meal and they served slimy rice which was smelly! Seems like they recooked with spices and chicken. Tastes awful. We ordered a Chana chaat that seemed to be reused as well. So unfortunate that a Muslim restaurant is doing business like this. There were no other customers other than us. We waited for a long time and got such worse food. Only the tea was good. Not recommending to go there!
The chicken briyani was very dry and filled with too many whole spices, the service is very slow. I was very disappointed given the other positive reviews, I expected better quality food at this establishment. The buffet is $21 per person which I felt was overpriced. Even the tea was atrocious.
today I try royal cuisine halwal puri deals which contains puri halwa alou baje and chana it was worst experience ever puri was uncooked and these are like fried wheat roti not made with all purpose flour chana salan is full of salt and alou baji was missing in my bag when I called them that my order doesn't have alu baji they said oh actually when don't have that today so we put that chana salan extra totally waste of money and energy to drive from all the nigara falls to Buffalo just for this i wish I can leave them zero star
The prices are actually insane!!! 35$ for butter chicken??? 25$ for chicken biriyan??? Whats the justification i wanna know!?!?! 6 piece chicken tikka for 20$!! How are you gonna charge 20$ for 6 little pieces…? People of buffalo need to boycott resturants that think they can charge outrageous prices for average food.
This is the worst restaurant I've ever been to, I was visiting the area with family and decided on this because the reviews made it seem like a good place to check out so I call and get no response, had to call back like 3 times to get someone. I end up ordering, a large order might I add spent a total of $110, went to pick up the food and asked the cashier if everything was there to which he replies yes. I get home to find out that we are missing 3 plates of rice, we ordered 5 entrees and were given 2 medium sized plates of rice. All of the entrees were full of oil, its like they took their can of oil and dumped half of it in our food. It tasted horrible and the sight of 3 liters of oil floating on top of 2 cubes of undercooked chicken thighs made me toss my plate after 1 bite. We also ordered a family platter and there were 3 skewers with 5-6 cubes of meat on each one and they were all cold. Overall, I spent north of $100 and ended up going to bed hungry which in hindsight was a blessing compared to eating food from this horrible place. If you're reading this, do yourself a favor and get food literally anywhere else. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND
I usually rate restaurant on food not on ambiance or price. Food * Couple of things were good i.e. Tea and Nan bread that is why giving a 1* review. * Curries are not their thing, you cannot serve left over food to customers so they do not show up ever again. * you cannot reheat left over BBQ to customers as well. *Prices are relatively high as compared to other DESI restaurants. I wish never had to give this review but was highly disappointed because we were very hungry. My Recommendation is just buy their bread naan with Tea else is waste of money.
Every time I come to this restaurant they disappoint me like what I want to order they don’t have that item ready ….so please cross is out. I came Friday morning 11:30 to the restaurant to order breakfast but the cook telling me they have no breakfast ready yet … first of all you need to open your store when you ready to provide everything the customer wants especially breakfast for morning but he offers me biriyani … now I have to change my mind and mood to eat biriyani.
The food used to be very good we loved their chicken tikka masala and butter chicken but now they made it too blend stopped going there.
They served me haleem after which I had diarrhea all day, When I was eating felt like it was more then 3 days old. Many times I have noticed the food is not fresh and they serve 2 or 3 days old food.
We have booked their banquet for my sister’s engagement party, their service is zero. We were doing the decorations and setting up the gift tables and all, we asked them to come for help and clean the hall. They did not come on time, did not clean the hall, did not have enough, neat and clean table covers, they did not have the food ready for our guests, the guests were in line for buffet and the kabab trays were already empty in just 30 people serving, their crockeries were dirty, there was no one to take empty plates off of the tables for elderly people, the manager took the money in advance and did not do his job. We do not recommend to pay them in advance, we don't recommend to trust their words and promises because they did not do what they have told us. We are very disappointed, only their hall look is good and the rest is not worthy.
Food is very normal in taste. We ordered roasted hall chicken which has no taste at all. Mutton Karahi which has bad taste 🤮. Kabab without any taste. This is not a place for food lovers. Only to fill your stomach if you are hungry. Worst experience in New York. We paid 62$ for this worst food. 😡😡
The nihari tasted like curry. There is a huge difference between how nihari is supposed to taste and this is by far the worst one I ever had. I like Indian food but I’m really disappointed in this restaurant. The chef doesn’t know how to cook
Worse I have ever tried. Waste of money. I would order more but after trying this one, I was totally disappointed.
I ordered in DoorDash beef paya Thay serve me goat I can’t eat goat.. if you guys don’t have a beef, PAYA market out so people know .. you guys always make people crazy I don’t recommend anything .. pay 27 dollars come wrong orders .. you guys cheating with the people.. don’t cheat with people guys..
A friend and I got lunch to-go today. I've eaten here before and it was okay. I don't know what has changed since then, but what I ate today was terrible. I couldn't even finish it. There was one dry, hard, piece of meat in the wrap, barely any veggies, and they gave us like 15 fries each. The photo in my review is of all the fries they put in the container (I removed half the wrap for the photo). I would NEVER recommend this place, and I honestly feel scammed. It also took 40 minutes for them to prepare this.
