Grace the host was so nice! She thoroughly explained who our server is, the menus, and how to use the machine on the table. Terry our waiter who doubled as the bartender was multitasking and handled the area well. It's a chain, food is at good as it gets. We both ordered the special which is an appetizer, entree & a slice of cheesecake with either raspberry or chocolate sauce. I got the house salad with Italian dressing (good) , the ribs (good) & the chocolate sauce cheesecake (didn't care for it.) He got Tasmanian chili (didn't know there was meat in it), coconut shrimp (lacked flavor) , raspberry sauce cheesecake slice (he really liked this.) Koala watermelon vodka drink & alligator melon drink. The drinks made for good fun as we gave the animals names. Terry, our waiter cracked a joke and said, "They're great! You can double their use and use them in the tub later." Hilarious, we laughed a lot and it made the experience better.
Great food and excellent service. Highly recommend the Strawberry Peach Refresher
The food was great! Came out nice and hot and in a timely matter. Nice staff and just overall a good time dining
It has been quite a few many years since I have eaten at an outback steakhouse. There used to be a location in Manhattan on 23rd st but it closed many years ago. we went there while visiting University of Buffalo. I have to say, I am quite shocked at the value of the prime rib steak; let me explain. I am a big Prime Rib fan, and I ordered the traditional 16 oz prime rib steak with mash potato sides and mac and cheese. I could not believe the value of the Prime Rib and the price. For a very very good prime rib at the price of $32, it is an absolute incredible deal. I have eaten some of the most upscale Prime Rib steaks at Capital Grill, Smith and Wilensky's, Gallaghers, Charles Prime, Keen's and the list goes on and on; and they are at minimal, 75$ per chop; some places, at $125 per chop. I would say, the outback prime rib in Buffalo is almost at par with those high end steak houses, but at the fraction of the price. I was shocked at the Prime Rib quality, I will definitely seek out Outback next time and try their seared Prime Rib.
I ordered take out the food was delicious. I got chicken and sides mozzarella boomerangs and a cookie dessert. Loved it all.
My girlfriend and I hardly ever come here but we were pleasantly surprised when Sam our bartender gave us outstanding service. We will definitely be back.
I've been to this place more than a dozen times and the food is always great, but today, the service truly stood out. Marianna went above and beyond in every way. Attentive, warm, and genuinely thoughtful, she turned a great meal into an exceptional experience. As for the food, the tenders are consistently delicious, crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The Alfredo is rich and creamy, with perfectly tender chicken. The jambalaya surprised us with more heat than expected, but it turned out to be a bold and flavorful highlight of the meal.
Mari was our waitress last night and she was amazing. It was very busy when we got there and they took us back right away to an open table. Our service was very quick and the Food was great.
Popped in while on a shopping trip. Wanted to try something a bit different, and we were not disappointed. The $6.99 chili might be one of the best I've tasted. I haven't even had the rest, but I imagine it'll be 5 star as well.
OMG, that server, JJ, knows what he's doing. Let him run that joint. He was kind and patient. Shhh... I had an issue with my card being locked, but it was solved. He didn't skip a beat. Now to the food. It came out fast and hot. Like, on fire hot. That buffalo chicken wing dip was 🔥. You can't go wrong with the chicken tenders 😋, so frickin' finger-lickin' good. Popcorn was also a nice touch. Because who needs nachos when you have buffalo chicken wing dip? Check them out! 🔥
Home of the Tender! 🍗 If you’re from Western New York, you already know Tully’s is in a league of its own. Let’s talk about those famous Tully’s Tenders—crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, and never frozen. They’re truly what comfort food dreams are made of! The portion sizes are incredible my tender dinner with fresh-cut fries kept me happily full for both lunch and dinner. Everything tastes fresh, flavorful, and made with care. And the fries? Perfectly golden and seasoned just right every time. Their menu has something for everyone whether you’re craving hearty pub food, a fresh salad, or something in between and their drink selection covers every craving imaginable. 🍹🥤 Tully’s isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a Western New York staple. A place that never disappoints, always serves quality, and somehow makes you feel right at home with every bite. If you haven’t been yet, trust me it’s a must-go spot. Fresh, fun, and consistently delicious! 💛
I recently had the pleasure of stopping by Tully's Good Times in Amherst, and it's safe to say I'll be back. The atmosphere is exactly what you'd expect from a classic American sports bar and restaurant, but with a family-friendly vibe that makes it feel welcoming to everyone. It was lively, but not so loud that you couldn't have a conversation. The menu is extensive, but the real star of the show for me were the tenders. I've heard people rave about them, and they absolutely live up to the hype. They were incredibly juicy on the inside with a perfect, crispy coating. Paired with their signature honey mustard sauce, they were an absolute home run. Seriously, if you go to Tully's, you have to get the tenders.
Food was delicious. We enjoyed watching the Buffalo Bills playoff game with other fans/customers making an electric type atmosphere. The staff were equally engaged with the game but still were attentive to their customers. It was a great experience and we will 100% return. The cheesecake was covered with hot fudge and whipped cream .. dessert for 4 as the portion was very large and we took half home. The new new Philly burger is covered with mac and cheese sauce.
Food: I ordered the Mountain Melt Burger, cooked to medium. The grilled cheese as the bun was phenomenal, and the burger was cooked perfectly. I substituted the French fries for mashed potatoes with brown gravy. I loved that they still had potato skins mixed in. The gravy was very savory and added more great taste to the already tasty potatoes. The portion sizes are quite large, as well. Overall, the meal was deliciously fantastic! Service: The server was nice and was very attentive to our needs. Our food was prepared and served much quicker than I expected, although, it was early afternoon; not exactly the busiest time for restaurants. I thoroughly recommend Tully's of you're looking for a great meal.
Absolutely love this place! Greeted right away, waitress Heather suggested a couple favorites to us as this was our first time. Menu has so many options from wraps, tenders, soups, burgers to desserts! Everything priced fairly. Our food came rather quickly and tasted great! They have a few games if you have children with you. The place was clean and everyone had a smile on their faces!
Our family had a wonderful lunch experience at Tully's Good Times in Amherst, Buffalo. We were seated promptly, served delicious food, and enjoyed the lively atmosphere. The original Tully’s Tender Dinner was a highlight, and my sports-loving kid loved the memorabilia. Generous portions and great service—we'll definitely be back with friends!
Got seated right away. There was no wait. They give you a thing of popcorn to snack on. Waitress came up right away and took our drink orders and was patient offering to give us time to decide what we wanted to eat and putting in our appetizer order. Food was great and great Atmosphere. There was a Sabres game on that night. It was busy but not bad.We definitely will go back again
Tully’s was my dad’s favorite (RIP💔) so we stopped in on a Thursday evening. Plenty of parking and no wait, we were seated immediately. The popcorn they seat you with could be better, but the chicken wing dip appetizer made up for that. Our dinners were prepared well and served hot. Friendly service and clean environment. I would recommend this restaurant.
Huge portions! Great tasting food. Excellent service. This restaurant is a staple in the Amherst area. Always busy and crowded. Wait times for a table are reasonable (15-25 minutes). Staff are friendly but there just aren't enough servers. The amount of food you get for the price is an unbeatable value. Food quality is good as well. Loved the chicken tenders. There is a small arcade for kids. Lots of tvs showing all sports. Amazing experience!
Flavorful food, huge portions, reasonable prices, and good service. I don’t know if the chicken tenders are the best in the world, but they sure are up there as being one of my favorites. The Cajun chicken pasta (I added onions) was delicious. It wasn’t too spicy, but had a great flavor to it, and they didn’t skimp on the chicken they buried throughout the dish. The chicken itself was very tender and went really well with the sauce. Service was good; our waitress was friendly.

Great food and service - they have a three course dinner which is only $14.99 and you get a salad, blooming burger, another side, and a dessert. The food here is 1 million times better than Longhorn or Texas roadhouse. Everything cooked perfectly and the portion sizes are huge. You will not be able to finish one meal by yourself. You’ll be bringing half your food home. There’s a variety of options on the three course dinner. they offer this for lunch and for dinner. I definitely recommended choosing this 3 course meal. Our waiter was very good. His name was Nathan S. We even had the manager come by to check how things were, which was really nice. The managers name was Ryan. Both friendly and I definitely recommend this place.
Decent place for have steaks. Price are okay pretty decent. Capacity of 297 people this restaurant has some spectacular art 🖼 in the walls. Service 8.2/10 Food 7.8/10 All over 8/10 Recommending shrimp blm
We recently visited the Niagara Falls Blvd location. Not even close to the service we expected and that we typically get at the McKinley Pkwy location. The first meal I ordered they said they were out of and the second meal I ordered was inadvertantly given to someone else in our group, who did not realize it wasn't his, so he started eating it. Waitress never noticed I had no food in front of me while everyone else ate. When she did return, after everyone was finished, I told her what happened and she casually said "would you like me to get you that to go?". Unbelievable. Stick to McKinley Pkwy if you'd like a good experience. Had also mentioned upon arrival that we had a birthday in our group and she totally forgot. I had already paid the bill and gave the person their birthday card before she even remembered and brought over a dish of ice cream. No singing. I feel I should add, they were not swamped nor busy as we went well before 4:00.
Good food. My experience there was pretty good. The waitress was very kind. She was just so amazing to us. The chicken tenders were very good. But I feel the steak I had was better.

Outback is a chain steakhouse that is popular in the United States. Their steaks are of decent quality. The restaurant is on a middle tier. The food is slightly above average. The server was very polite and attentive. The restaurant was clean. The garlic Parmesan boneless wings were average at best. They were definitely better with blue cheese in place of the ranch. I'd give this place a 3 out of 5 stars.
Hadn’t been to an Outback’s for a long while, so when an email offer of a free Bloomin’ Onion presented itself, decided to go. It was surprisingly very busy for 4 pm on a Sunday; the small waiting area was packed. We were seated within 20 minutes in the bar area at a high top table; not ideal as it was freezing cold whenever the entrance doors were opened - would avoid this table in future. Our sad, greasy bloomin’ onion looked like someone had taken some chunks out of it before it was served. Not a problem, never finish one anyway! We had the 3 course special, choosing the house salad with Tangy Tomato dressing for starter. It was good. The classic sirloin was tough and was left on the barbie a wee while too long as was a little overcooked (but not enough to complain about, especially with how busy they were). Mashed potatoes were lumpy and bland; the rice was a much better choice. Their side mushrooms used to be very tasty but today’s version was sad; a handful of ‘shrooms swimming in too much liquid. The mini cheesecake was good with your choice of chocolate or raspberry topping. Not exactly a ‘Good Day, Mate’ but maybe another time when not so busy.
Host(esses) protrude selfrichious attitudes as it's not a requirement to give adequate customer service(s). Lacking curtious, polite and attentive work ethic. Wouldn't count on any knowing what to do, alone recognize what urgencies are mandated during emergency situations.
Food is almost always so good! There was a few times when our soup was cold and cold French onion is bad as it’s a cold clump of cheese in the middle. The service has gone down the last couple of times, we were ignored and we were table of 8, with zero drink refills. Happened twice in a row. I hope it’s not the new trend. The kitchen staff were really loud and obnoxious when going to the restroom, cursing while I walked my 3 kids by. Just maybe a little more self awareness of your volume level by the doors.
great waitress, my friend thought the chicken tenders weren't that gender, french fries came out cold. But the waitress brought some hot ones. my mule seemed very weak for a specialty drin
The meat was dry and the fries were cold. Even the onion soup was cold. The service, however, was great.

The food itself had quite poor quality, the pasta noodles were stuck together and the fries felt like they were from yesterday. The mozzarella sticks were good though. My steak was overcooked and when it was re-served to me, a manager looking lady came back with such rude attitude, I felt like I needed to apologize to her. Still 3 star for our main server guy, Jackson, he was kind and considerate. Would not come back to this steakhouse.
We ordered online and picked up after moving all day. The food was absolutely Atrocious. I stopped going to outback due to bad food post Covid but received a gift card and thought why not ? I got two kinds of pasta - one steak and shrimp , one chicken and shrimp and a blooming onion. The onion was fried to long and tasted terrible abc bitter. One of the pasta’s was bland -no taste very little sauce but the meat was over seasoned with tons of horrific dry rub. The other pasta had runny sauce which spilled all over the inside of the bag and it was tasteless . I’m disappointed and will never eat here again even if it’s free.
The food at the Outback Steakhouse (Amherst, NY) was very salty :( The fresh bread and Gold Coast Coconut Shrimp were delicious. The Bloomin’ Onion was interesting but super super greasy. The rest of meal was overloaded with salt. The French Onion Soup was salt mania. Only the cheese was good. The sirloin steak was nicely cooked medium rare but was way too salty with the seasoning, even the broccoli was salty :( The cheesecake was okay. The chocolate sauce was thick and odd tasting. The raspberry sauce was okay.
Wow…what happened to this place??? I got to go from here about five months ago and everything was great and tonight’s experience was absolutely terrible.. I ordered a wedge salad. Please look at my photos to see what they served me. This is nowhere near a wedge salad…the mushrooms were extremely undercooked & they were so water logged in the bottom AND THERE WAS A HAIR IN THEM!!! I’m not sure what was going on with our dessert, but as you can see in the photos, there were some type of weird stick looking things inside the container. They also served us the wrong sandwich, and we weren’t given our kids order of mac & cheese. Total flop.
Went for my birthday celebration! My girlfriend’s meal came out and the picture worth 1000 words! I wanted prime rib. This is the 3 time in a row the are out within two hours. My dinner was no better. Guess this is the last draw. The only thing that was good was the tall glass of Stella! Sad to say I should have picked Texas Road House! The owner commented and I responded to them with no actions! Guess they didn’t want to find the root of the problem! Went to website and even submitted the same picture!
The server performed their duties to the BARE MINIMUM. Not sure why they didn't take a bunch of empty plates off our table before the entrees came. Both server and manager left our table a complete mess throughout our dining experience there. I didn't even have space to eat my entree. Server also struggled to place items down on the table but still didn't clear the table after. The food quality is lackluster at best. Not sure how a steakhouse served the dryest tasting mediums rare steak I have ever tasted. The sauce for the ribs tasted exactly like bottled BBQ sauce 🥲. Best thing here is the Tasmanian Chili. Would not recommend.
Ordered the grill shrimp, wings, and the FM steak. The shrimps and the wings were not fresh at all, they can put heavy seasonings in order to cover the smell, but they can’t hide the texture of the food. The grilled shrimp was too soft, you don’t even need to bite it and it comes off into different parts. The wings was too salty, inside of the wing was still watery. Lastly, the FM, I request it to be medium, and the chef made it well done. After I cut it and taste it, the meat was sour with bad smell. No wonder why they made it well-done. And the bean on the side, with the tips of the beans you can clearly tell the color differences. The beans is rotten and they still used it for customers. Well-Done.
Went here for my birthday last night, and my girlfriend has celiac, we got back to the hotel thought everything was fine, and she had a severe attack at 3:40 from cross contamination, on top of that my steak was well overcooked i asked for medium rare it was more medium/medium well. And the last straw we tried to leave a $10 tip and for some reason it tipped over $17 on the stupid machine at checkout (would have been fine, had this celiac attack Not happened) honestly wouldn’t have even left this review
Terrible. Will never go back here again. Every time they mess up rhe order. They can't get the simplest order correct. A simple salad with no red onions. What comes out???? You guessed it. A bowl of red onions with a side of lettuce. The only ggod thing was the server, she was very professional throughout. She deserves a raise.
Febuary 7th i came here for my birthday, my girlfriend is celiac i got a steak and alice chicken the chicken was good steak was terrible my steak was supposed to be medium rare and was leathery well done, my girlfriend got violently ill she cannot have gluten and ordered her entire meal from the gluten free menu, so do not try if you have celiac to much chance for cross contamination, and lastly we tipped $12 but for some reason we got charged a $17.93 tip which we did not agree to Total bill after the tip that we didnt do was $107 and it was not worth it my girlfriend was sick for 2 days because of it and the steak was honestly the worst steak i have ever had Also for some reason my last review got removed Oh and dont expect anything for your birthday i got a sad small and i do mean tiny icecream sunday
