Loveeeed the fish tacos and bang bang shrimp tacos. Amazing ! 10/10 recommend. Taco Tuesdays you get great deals also! Sydney was our waitress and she was very polite and very informed. Will definitely be coming back.

Love the atmosphere, food, drinks and staff! Everytime I've come here the wait staff has been wonderful, drinks have never disappointed, sangria's are delicious, so are the mimosa's. Try their french toast for breakfast or their hibachi taco! Go see my girl Katie!

The service was quick. I have witnessed this place very busy but this wasn't bad. The food was decent, the presentation good and service wasn't bad at all. Overall it was a good experience and I would try it again.

Pretty low key place nice outside seating with large tent. Our waitress was amazing and helped us choose our tacos for taco Tuesday 😂 During our dinner someone with the restaurant kept messing with the music system and the speakers outside kept going down in volume and then would make a loud screeching sound. It made our dinner uncomfortable and my ears were hurting Everytime after the screech... This happened 3 times to many.

Went for a drink before going to the movies. The one bartender with the colored contacts was moody. Caught a peak of the kitchen. Made me second guess coming back to eat. The mop bucket was disgusting and the floor looked filthy.

We decided to try this place as it was the closest to us and while it wasn’t bad we wouldn’t return again. It was surprisingly quiet for a Saturday which I was happy with but food wasn’t impressive for the cost and margaritas felt like they didn’t have much alcohol in them. Waitress was pleasant and was doing her best (they seemed understaffed)

My husband and I went to eat at Papi Grande's for the 1st time tonight. I will say the food was spectacular except for the large amount of small bugs flying around us during our meal. What's worse was from the time I asked for a takeout container to the time I received it, at least 4 (that I saw) landed on my barely eaten food.. Because of this when the waitress brought the container I explained that there were to many bugs landing in my food. Her response was oh no I'm sorry, pulled the bill out. We then paid and left never to return there again.

My friends and I visited for lunch and found the staff to be welcoming and attentive. For appetizers, we tried the dips (chips, salsa, and guacamole) and the Birria egg rolls. While the dips were good, we found the Birria egg rolls to be overly salted and lacking authentic seasoning. For the main course, I had the South of the Border Cobb Salad, which was quite good. My friend enjoyed her Taco Salad, but the quesadillas received mixed reviews due to the use of ground beef instead of traditionally chopped beef. The restaurant itself is clean and nicely decorated with Spanish motifs. However, the ambiance was disrupted by country music, which didn't match the theme. As someone from NYC with extensive experience in Mexican and Spanish cuisine, I found the dishes here to be too Americanized. While the restaurant has room for improvement, it could be worth a visit if you're in the area. They also seem to have live music on weekends, which could be a plus for some.

I always approach with an open mind. This food was god awful. All four of us did not like our food. The chicken was completely dry. Not even a little moisture. Seat was falling apart, bathrooms are a whole different story. Very cheap establishment. There was only one waitress, who provided great but inconsistent service. Long wait time on a Wednesday night. Completely unacceptable.

I came here for dinner with some friends, one friend and I ordered the exact same meal, however my friends meal was in a larger bowl with a larger portion and we were charged the same amount for our meals. How does this happen?

First, I’d like to say that the service was great! I see a lot of these reviews complain about the service but I had no issues with our waitress. She was nice and was doing her best when swamped with tables! The thing I do want to focus on is the food. Namely, the fact that chips and salsa are NOT free like 99% of Mexican restaurants. Yes it was only $3 but still, it’s the principal. We ordered a margarita pitcher and it was made with WAAAY too much lime juice, even the bartender tasted and agreed after we sent it back. But the waitress handled the situation with professionalism and kindness. Next, what Mexican restaurant doesn’t include rice AND beans with their meals? Disappointing. The beans were separate and costed extra and when we got them, they were burnt but at this point we just accepted the disappointment. While the rice was included in the meal, it was flavorless and made with no love or soul. As a Mexican from Texas I was very disappointed on the quality of food here. I don’t think we’ll be returning here for the food.

We did a picture of Margarita and ot was very sour and had to send it back,the food was terrible. The waitress was very awesome very helpful very friendly, worst Mexican restaurant I've ever had. If you want real authentic Mexican food in the Buffalo area go to Margaritas in Lancaster New York very good authentic food drinks and atmosphere. The only good thing about this restaurant that I'm reviewing was the waitress

Save your money this place is not authentic Mexican food. I ordered the birria egg rolls, and while the egg roll itself was good, the sauce didn’t taste authentic at all. My girlfriend ordered a shrimp taco, and when it arrived, it looked like nothing but lettuce and sauce. I asked the waitress where the shrimp was, and she said, “They’re in there they’re just small.” There were only two tiny shrimp pieces barely enough to call it a taco. Total waste of money, whether it was $3 or $6. We also ordered the sizzling fajitas with Carne Asada added a $28 meal. It smelled good, but the Carne Asada didn’t taste like Carne Asada at all. It tasted like a plain steak cooked with just salt and pepper. The peppers and onions weren’t even cooked the way traditional Mexican restaurants do them. Out of curiosity, I asked the waitress if the owner was Mexican she confirmed he wasn’t. That explains everything. This food is far from authentic, and the flavor just isn’t there. Definitely not worth the price.

I have tried to get a refund on a sizzling fajita that was not in my pick up food order. I’ve called for two weeks, leaving messages for both the manager and the owner and no one, no one has returned a call for a refund. I have been nothing but polite with Zero professionalism in return. Very disappointed and I will not order at this restaurant again.

Service was a bit poor, the server I had was bland. I told her it was my first time and asked if she had any recommendations. I got the birria tacos which were just as bland as the server. The shells were burned, no lime on the side, barely any onions and cilantro. She overcharged me and brought my 10 yr old two plates of food, when all I asked for was an EXTRA taco with her entree. She looked at me like I had two heads so I told her to bring me my bill. She just told me how much the meals were, I paid and never seen the girl again… no receipt. Very poor service, and bland food not worth the money spent. Won’t be returning.

Great food, atmosphere and server. Sarah is the Greatest server very attentive and right on. I gave this spot a Second chance from last time and I'm glad I did. I wish I could delete my last review. Great server, food is great portions and nice music.
