We've been back 2 in a month. We had to give them a little break service had gotten a little slack We had a few orders with issues, But we're are back and food tastes better than ever. Just tried the Mike's hot honey pepperoni. ..so good!!

I ordered through the app. I recieved friendly and very prompt service. The delivery driver was super friendly. Even though he was masked up due to covid, (which I am very appreciative of) you could tell he was smiling underneath. And no joke, I saw the delivery man hustle up to my door like he was carrying a VIP top secret package. He thanked me twice!! I want to thank him for the great job he did and thanks for working in the unusual times we are in. The food was hot and fresh and was some of the best Papa John's I have had! Good ratio of sauce, cheese and toppings. All around great experience. You can tell that the people at the Amherst Papa John's location really care about producing quality pizza and its apparent they care abour their customers!! 12 out of 10.

I visit this store when I'm in the mood for pizza, its been one of my favorite pizza places since I've been a kid. Tonight I placed an online order and when I went to pick it up the order was the wrong pizza. The place was very busy tonight and they insisted they make my pizza fresh and it was on them tonight no charge. I was extremely satisfied with the service tonight at papa John's I'll definitely be returning again in the near future. 🍕 🙂

They were definitely understaffed today with only two working at the time I went into pick up my order. I never heard one complaint and about 15 mins later the staff that was called in made it to work. Pizza was good as always. Great job during a busy afternoon!!

Ordered a pizza and bread sticks for pick up and they didn't give me my sauce. I called in and unless I came and got it they couldn't do anything for me. This is literally just dry bread, no seasoning. A sorry excuse for bread sticks.

Been to this location several times and never had a problem until on March 4th 2021, I placed an order for the Medium Crust Hawaiian BBQ Chicken with pineapple pizza without bacon cooked well done. I get home to find that I have bacon / Canadian bacon on my pizza. So I called over to Papa John's located at 2271 Kresge Dr. , Amherst and the person who made it was trying to tell me that bacon comes on it, but you are given the opinion not to have bacon on it and that is the way I ordered it, no bacon. So my spouse took over the phone call and requested to speak to the manager or boss and was transfer to Mike , who claimed to be manager/boss spoke with my spouse and promised that we would have the pizza remade and my spouse asked/requested for it to be delivered and Mike took our address and stated/ that within 20 min's to half hour, we would have our pizza delivered. Well from 8:30 pm to 10:00 pm , we still don't have our pizza and they close at 10pm. When we tried to call around 9:50 pm , they kept on hanging up on us. I will be requesting my money back. People, CHECK YOUR ORDERS PRIOR TO LEAVING. 07 23 24 I will say, they are making the food better, I haven't had any other situations since this incident.

Missed getting Papa Johns I used to get it all the time when they delivered in my area, They don't deliver that far, farthest is like 3 or 4 streets over. So only way to get it is to drive all the way across town. Had very little issues with my orders, a time or two I would get wrong order, other than seldom issues the pizza's were spot on.

I usually always order from Papa John’s because we love the quality and “used” to love the service. Last two times I have ordered the pizza has been longer and longer to deliver. Today I ordered at 7:55pm online and app says delivery est 8:30-840. 8:45 comes and order says delivered.. I call at 8:50 and they said driver left 9pm comes and I call again... they said sorry they busy and there was one more order to deliver... long story and pizza delivered cold at 9:20pm... I am very unhappy with the service lately.

The employees were great. The pizza sucks. Ordered the Shakaroni. It's nothing like they advertise. Crust was thin, hardly no toppings and payed an extra $3 for sausage. Couldn't taste the cheese, not even sure if it had cheese. I know I won't be going back there. And my father said h would rather have Marcos pizza before he orders there again.

I had a ton of issues ordering with my debit card and I don't know why. So I called to get some assistance and after being on hold for 20 minutes got a lovely attitude from the workers. So I canceled my order I will not be going to this pizza chain ever again. I know life is stressful but I should be respected.

Do not order from them. I specifically told the guy that answered the phone that I never used my credit and he went on to tell me I did. He was rude and told me that I did use my credit when I didn’t. They want to give you an attitude while doing it. This is not the first time somebody has giving me an attitude and I have also been hung up on by them as well. I’m done getting food from them. Never had to leave a bad review for somebody before. I’m fed up.

Called the 1800 number and the woman on the phone said they found our order it was a technical error and she was going to manually put it in. Received a call back 15 minutes later saying the store was “temporarily closed” & a refund was being done and I’d receive the money in 5-7 days….

Delivery was great but why wouldn't you put pepperochinis or garlic butter with your pizzas. This Is what Papa Johns Is known for. 😡
