The Floating Shrimp Noodles (Anti-Gravity Noodles) are absolutely delicious and unforgettable. From the first bite, the flavors hit just right—rich, savory, and perfectly balanced. The spice level is spot-on: not too spicy, just enough to enhance the broth without overpowering the dish. The shrimp are fresh, tender, and generously portioned, pairing beautifully with the noodles that soak up every bit of that incredible flavor. The broth is the real star—deep, comforting, and blended so well that every spoonful feels intentional and satisfying. This dish is creative, flavorful, and comforting all at once. If you’re looking for something unique yet perfectly balanced, the Anti-Gravity Shrimp Noodles are a must-try. I’d order them again without hesitation.
First timer! We saw someone enjoying the shrimp platter and had to check it out. Located downstairs on the north side of the PH, the food was great. Such great flavor. Staff friendly. Not the place to get beer; go upstairs for that.
I visited this spot a few months ago and was pleasantly surprised by the taste of the seafood and noodles! I ordered the Cajun Crab & Shrimp Platter, Cajun Mussel Platter, and Anti-Gravity Sausage Noodles. I didn't expect the flavors to be so good, as most aesthetically pleasing food spots tend to be average. However, the seafood boil sauce and noodles were decently seasoned and tasty.
What a lovely food it was .. garlic butter shrimps platter was amazing .. as we expected alot in America lot of butter but yummy .. it took 20min for me to finish the dish as everything in USA are big portions and needs two people to finish it. They do have small convenience shopping for quick snack grab. Overall I enjoy my food and will come if my future permits to travel this part of Disney world.
Stumbled upon this place while visiting with family from out of town. As a resident of Houston I am very familiar with Viet-Cajun cuisine and this place is very close to that. Had the shrimp platter, medium heat. Had tons of flavor. Lots of garlic, cilantro and onions. Also comes with rice, potatoes and corn. Was a lot of food for one person. If I am in the area again will definitely come back here. Highly recommend.
Delicious noodles. Plenty to fill you up, may have to share unless you're really hungry. The floating noodles are what attract people here, it looks awesome and definitely picture-worthy and they still taste delicious. Wait time wasn't too long on a Saturday night. The atmosphere here is fun, but very busy. Be prepared to wait standing up. There's plenty of space outside to eat and enjoy. They have smaller and bigger portions then the one pictured, as well as other goodies by the register. I would recommend giving this place a try.
Loved this place. We were at the Anaheim packing District and we all chose a different vendor for our dinner. I chose 206 BCE and I’m glad I did. I went with the antigravity noodles which have fried shrimp and andouille sausage in it, the presentation was fascinating, my kids really loved it. They didn’t just look good, it had a very good taste and a nice spice. I think everybody wished they ordered from 206 BCE. Next time we are in the area I will go there again. The beer in the picture was from the store next-door, 206 BCE only sells soft drinks.
I got their Cajun Shrimp--very generous portion with rice, 2 red potatoes, and corn surrounded by yummy shell on shrimp with a choice of mild, medium, and spicy seasoning, served on a tray. They gave me two plastic gloves and lots of napkins, luckily for the buttery, spicy sauce. Picture was after I had eaten half and was full.
My friends got the garlic shrimp, mussels, and floating noodles dish - all was a great hit! As we were eating, tons of people came up to us and asked us where we got our food from. Highly recommend! Especially the mussels - they were great quality, very sizable, and were smothered in a delicious sauce. I'm comfortable saying this is probably one of the best eateries in the Anaheim Packing District.
I got the Cajun shrimp platter and it was delicious! I got it medium spicy. They have 3 levels: mild, medium, and hot. It's one pound of shrimp and it also came with 2 potatoes and a piece of corn and rice. The potatoes were a bit on the hard/crunchy side but were still good. Personally I like my potatoes to be a little more soft. I like that it came with rice too beacuse you can scoop some up with the cajun sauce from the shrimp and it's ohh so good! Overall it was soo tasty and just what I was in the mood for that day! P.s. my friend and I were sitting/eating at one of the tables across from this vendor and we were there for a bit eating and catching up and I'm not exaggerating but at least 8 or more people kept asking us where we had gotten our food from because it looked so delicious! And of course we pointed them to the right direction! Lol

These noodles were tasty! I love that they combined Asian and Creole culture foods. I got the spicy sausage with noodles. I can take a good level of spice but these were definitely spicy! But in a good way! I’ll be trying the seafood platter next time I go.
The floating noodles is a smart marketing tool because gets you to order it but the flavor 100% makes you happy about it. Ordered the anti gravity house noodles - bowl of egg noodles and garlic butter sauce, sausage and fried shrimp. It’s Cajun noodles if you’ve offered at your local bag and crab or Cajun bowl grill. Classic flavors of butter, chilli, and spices. What makes it different is that it actually tastes rich evenly. Some crab bowl spice places skimp and it’s a consistent flavor all the way through. Shareable between you and your person with out taking too much room if you wanted to try other stuff in the packing district.
Saw an ad for this place and decided to take a drive to try something new. Was not disappointed. The atmosphere is nice, clean, and inviting. They have a cute little nook which has international snacks to buy and try. The staff are friendly, helpful, and patient (especially for first timers who have no idea what anything is), and the food is pure bliss. I ordered the antigravity noodles with shrimp and it was DELISH. So flavorful with a slight kick and a slight sweetness. I rarely eat leftovers but this was so good I ate it the entire day then went back the following week for more. They are a little pricey but absolutely worth it. It's art in its presentation and its taste.
The storefront is really eye-catching with their lantern decoration and Asian cart market style with a lot of Asian snacks I haven't seen before. It does take a while for them to make the food (~15 minutes) but they give you a buzzer so you can wander around Anaheim Packing District while you wait. There's plenty of seating all around but parking was hard to find on a Friday night within 1 hour of closing. We got the garlic butter shrimp ($18.50) which we thought was expensive until we picked up our order which was in a party tray. The portion was big enough for 2 so we were both full after sharing it. They give you gloves which are great for keeping your hands clean when squeezing the limes. They used a generous amount of garlic on the shrimp and rice. The shrimp itself was good and somewhat crispy. Thought they tasted a lot better with some lime and Sriracha since they didn't soak up as much of the garlic butter flavor as we would like.
The Antigravity Noodles taste delicious! It reminded me of a soba dish my father use to make for me. All of my friends loved it and I love this! of course, the flying chopsticks are super cute and different.
On my first visit to the packing house I decided to try out the anti-gravity noodles and egg rolls. Going into it I knew that the anti-gravity concept was going to take up a good portion of the bowl and thus minimize the amount of food you'd get normally. Even knowing that, I felt like it was a gimmick that was worth experiencing once. When your food is ready and you pick it up the presentation is indeed unique and makes for a nice photo. Though as I partook in the dish I felt myself wanting more and not really impressed with the flavors. The egg rolls were nice but also not exceptional. I would recommend looking at their menu for other items unless you want to experience the gimmick yourself.
The noodles were delicious! They had a kick which we loved and the sausage and shrimp were good. The cajun shrimp platter was a bit disappointing though. The flavor was good overall but the shrimp was not deveined or cleaned. Definitely recommend the noodles, they are worth it!
It’s located inside the Anaheim packing district (downstairs), this restaurant was good as well as the taste! Noodles served with a style (anti-gravity noodles), Service was quick, we didn’t wait for our food that long and it's freshly made! Friendly staff and prices are okay, Free parking available.

The appearance of the noodle bowl is fancy but it is way too oily and salty. Under the standing noodle it was just a uneatable piece.
Located on the bottom floor of the Anaheim Packing House is the 206 BCE, an interesting fusion restaurant between Cajun and Vietnamese cuisine. The first thing that jumped out at my dad and I were the anti-gravity noodles, an intriguing context that was worth a try. My dad also grabbed an extra side of Cajun fries. The server was friendly and helpful, she kindly explained what was in each item. The buzzer for the meal went off about 15-20 minutes after we ordered. I was amazed by their presentation, the noodles were actually floating! After snapping a few pictures, we got ready to dig in. That was when I realized the biggest con with the anti gravity feature, the noodles wrapped around the chopsticks were cold. But luckily, the noodles were flavorful and well seasoned so that outweighs the negative until I took a bite of the sausage. That sausage was awful, it tasted like I drank a bottle of liquid smoke and the shrimp was exactly the same. If you ever order this dish, get it without proteins because the noodles are good by itself. The Cajun fries on the other end were just a disappointment overall. They were cold before we even sat down and the potatoes were soft and flimsy. There was zero crunch and the seasoning was just mediocre. I wasn’t the biggest fan of this dish.
I feel bad rating this place low, but the Cajun shrimp boil was subpar. Rice was bland, corn was frozen and the Cajun mixing just wasn’t it. I’m picky when it comes to it because I’ve tried a lot of really good places. I’m planning to visit again and will try the anti gravity noodles. Was also kindve annoyed with their ordering process but we found a really funny typo in their art lol so it made the wait okay.

Shrimp noodles' Presentation was cool but overall it wasn't very flavorful. I went to ask for salt or soy sauce and the cashier said they don't have either. How did they flavor the floor then? Overall, not impressed .
