Spent a long time on IG looking for food blogs and reviews of food for our 3 day trip to DL and Californian Adventure. The BEST breakfast or lunch is their Filipino Feast Burrito and dipping sauce, my mouth is watering just thinking about it again - a combination of pork belly Adobo, fried rice, pancit and lumpia in a tortilla with a sweet chili sauce to dip. Try it!
1. The tacos were simple and good! The Agua Fresca was refreshing! 2. The spot has fun casual vibes! It is located in Hollywood Land! 3. The staff was friendly and timely with the order! The Baseline: For theme park to-go food stands the food must be tasty, have an experience, reliable service, and be a part of the experience. Food: I have had different food experiences at the Studio Catering Co. stand over the years and it is really tasty for a food stand at a Disney park. This trip was the Lomo Saltado Burrito which was meaty, peppery, fries-tastic, and salsa-rific! This is a great grab-n-go food option for the massive amount of offerings at DCA. Service: I am hard pressed to find an un-friendly Disney cast member that is assisting me. Service is great and they will always let you know if there is a delay or problem. Had a food delay a few months back here and the staff was helpful and awesome then as they were today. Ambiance: If you want to sit right near the food stand/truck there isn’t a lot of shade. This is in the Hollywood Studios area of California Adventure and is themed for the area. As of June 2025, I do not know if this will go once they start Avatar land but for now I love that it is here.
We go here often to try some of the festive and innovative food they have. The service wasn't the fastest this time around but we did enjoy the festival of holidays show while we waited so it was all good. We ordered the Boat Snacks Burrito, I was low-key, scared that there was too much going on as far as what was in it. To my surprise, it was amazing. The juicy kalua pork with the crunch from the cole slaw and the sweet and tangy pineapple was a flavor explosion in my mouth. The mac salad was island style, not da kine you but at the grocery store. My husband liked it as well. We were fighting over it, lol.
We ordered the holiday turkey empanada and the Filipino feast burrito. They were both pretty good, the Filipino burrito was extremely filling for 12 bucks or whatever it was. Our foot came hot and was delicious. The empanada wasn’t like quite as good as the burrito but it was definitely interesting.
Plant-based nachos and tacos were to DIE for! Probably our favorite vegan food in either of the parks.

We tried both items on the menu and they were both great. The sliders were good but the Asian Beef Burrito was especially delicious!
Yummy little spot. I would've given it 5 stars if the rice was cooked all the way through. But overall it was a good portion and good value for Disney.

The Backlot carnitas nachos have very good presentation however after being "prepared" the carnitas were served cold. The Hawaiian BBQ chicken was trash, the rice was way overcooked it was like mush. You guys can do a way better job.

I had seen the Orange Chicken burrito on social media - so I looked it up when we went today. The description sounded pretty good: Crispy orange chicken, lo mein noodles, vegetables and egg fried rice, in a flour tortilla. Well, I would say that it fell really short!! The orange chicken was not crispy, I didn't really notice lo mein and the fried rice was pretty tasteless! Actually, the entire thing was tasteless! If it weren't for the sweet/spicy sauce and wonton chips, this burrito would have been a total bomb! At least the sauce gave it a little bit of flavor and the wonton chips were pretty tasty. I just wish we would have gotten a little more chips Unfortunately, this burrito stayed withe the rest of the day. I kinda got a touch of heartburn - so it was just a reminder of the awful burrito. Nice try DCA! But I'll pass on this one next time!!
