This location is starting to lose stars on my rating. The employees are not using the portal anymore. My last order was recorded as in portal but when I scanned my code to retrieve my order and skip the large crowd of people gathered around the store, my order was not in the portal so I had to wait. If the portal had been used there wouldn't be so many people crowding the store waiting with their arms crossed. I gave the food 4 stars because honestly, it's still pretty good for what you pay. Just use the portal and it'll be closer to perfection. Thanks Still not using the portal... My name is ON the portal for me to pick up... But my order is not loaded IN to the portal. I'm not sure if this is some management position? Maybe the portal isn't working properly? I just know that now I'm going in with and waiting while others take orders at the desk when the portal used to have the benefit of walking in and taking your order and skippimg the line. Now you have to wait your turn to ask to receive your order which has already been ready for 10 minutes.

Little ceasar pizza one of the better fast food pizza parlors. I prefer it over domino's or pizza hut because the dough tastes better. I am also old school all I want is cheese and theirs is not greasy. Also their square pie (deep dish) reminds me of Sicilian style from back on the east coast. This site does have the pizza portal so your pie stay hot till you pick it up. I only gave 3 stars because of location especially at night it is not the best place to be. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars for the food is good, fast service and the staff friendly.

No sauces for your pizza rude service pizza wasn't up to quality very dry and flat like they used yesterday's dough or something its nice to have franchises in lesser neighborhoods but they still should be as good as their other stores I gave it two stars cause its hard to work when the quilty is not up to par

I don't know why you offer pretzel crust pizza if you can't be bothered to make a proper one. Every time I have gotten one at this location it has been mediocre at best. I have had pretzel crust from other locations and they were very good. I ordered three pizzas on Halloween came and picked them up through the pizza portal. My pizzas were ready in a timely manner and the convenience of the pizza portal is nice as the restaurant was as busy to be expected on Halloween. Because it was busy and there is nowhere to set the boxes down, I was not able to check to see if my pizza's came out okay. I trusted that they did and went home. Shame on me for trusting this location when this wasn't the first, second or even the third time I ordered pretzel crust pizza and didn't get one or got something that slightly resembles pretzel crust. This was not only plain crust with so little salt that it looked like someone put a few grains between their fingers and flicked it on the pizza and the pepperoni placement was done by an employee who appeared to be blindfolded. Was this supposed to be a joke? Did your employees think this was funny? Or do you have zero standards? If I had gotten an email saying that the pizza did not turn out properly and they were going to remake it and I would have had to wait a little bit longer, I would have waited. But instead I got an email saying my pizza was ready so I picked it up and I took it home and opened the box to find I did not get what I paid for. The other two pizzas were fine. I have no complaints about them with the exception of the fact that none of our pizzas were cut completely and I had to re-cut them but from now on I will just go to the other location on Glassell when I want pretzel crust. I did send an email with the picture and got no response. Clearly you do not care and neither do your employees

There are a lot of homeless and drunk people outside otherwise the staff is really nice and the pizza it's great

I would highly not recommend ordering from this Little Caesar’s location. Our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The pizza wasn’t cut properly at all — it honestly looked like whoever cut it was letting a toddler slice play dough. The slices were uneven and barely separated, which made it a mess to serve. We ordered a 3-meat pizza, and it barely had any meat on it. For something advertised as loaded, it was surprisingly skimpy. On top of that, the crust was so thin that the cheese was seeping through from the top, making the entire pizza soggy and flimsy. To make matters worse, both pizzas were smashed against the top of the box like they were packaged carelessly and without any attention. Overall, it felt rushed and poorly prepared. Definitely not the quality or service we expected. I won’t be returning to this location.

Always get a brick at this place, no matter how long in between visits. Just got an extra most bestest that wasn't even chewable. Waste of money and time.

If I could give a zero I would. Not only did I order my pizza at 6:17 pm it took me 13 minutes to drive there. Then another 20 minutes to wait after I already placed a phone order. I see people coming and going as I'm standing there. The store emptied out twice. People walked in and ordered and got their pizza before me. And to top it off I ordered the pizza pretzel and there was only one grain of salt. When I say one grain I mean one grain.whol waits a total of 25 min for a pizza at Little Caesars. The girl making the pizza just kept looking at me as if I was not there. I paid for the pizza as soon as I walked in they took my money real quick Services were definitely not rendered. I paid for something that I did not get. I was waiting so long I ask for the manager he came and picked up a pizza and handed it to me. Come to find out when I get home that is not what I ordered. I will never return to this Little Caesars and if they have a corporate I am definitely going to complain.Here's an expanded and rephrased version of your review: --- I found myself genuinely disappointed after my latest visit to this pizza establishment. Don’t risk the embarrassment of bringing home a pizza that fails to meet even the most basic standards. Little Caesars, it’s time to reevaluate your offerings and improve your quality. Customers work tirelessly for their money, and we certainly deserve better than what you've been providing. This was my last visit—never again!

Run happy with this restaurant on State college you got the wrong Pizza then we went back at after 4:00 pick up our pizza and the manager was hiding in the back is unprofessional service then wwait wasanother 30 minutes for a pizza. I hope she gets fired she let you in your job property you people need to go look at the cameras

Service was almost as bad as the pizza. I ordered a cheese pizza, but received the pizza with 25% of the pizza being plain dough with no topping. Gross.
