The chicken was tender, but the breading was falling off. I liked the texture of the coleslaw, but it was missing acidity. The lemonade was just the right amount of sweet and tart. I prefer less salt on fries, so I'll note to make this request next time. Lastly, the Texas toast was perfectly toasted on the outside and soft and fluffy inside.

Been ordering here for a long time. Both personal and business catering. When orders become too large they forget things. One time we ordered over 50 cole slaws and a long with together trays of main chicken fingers and toast. They ended up forgetting all the slaws.

The chicken fingers are so crispy and tasty. The A/C is super cold and the ice tea is tasting exactly like the one in Taiwan. Amazing😎

The service was very fast and they had my food done about 10 minutes, even though they said it would take about 3-4 minutes. The atmosphere inside is very nice and the disco balls on the ceiling make the place shine. The seating is adequate and has counter with bar stools at near the front. The place is very up to date and looks better than most fast food places. The food was very average though. The toast was very good, the chicken was better than average at best, the lemonade was very sweet with very little lemon, but the sauce, the main selling point of this chain, wasn't as appealing to me, and combined with the unseasoned food, was very bland. I recommend this restaurant, but don't come in expecting something flavorful.

Top notch chicken strips. Some of the best I've ever had. The Cane's sauce is pretty good, but not mind blowing - its just ketchup and mayo with a few spices mixed in. The curly fries and coleslaw are pretty mediocre though. And the Texas toast is... toast. Won't likely go back, even though the strips were excellent.

Can't go wrong with Raising Cane's. Very limited menu but what they offer is great. Kinda like the In-n-Out of the chicken world. ProTip: when buying a combo, changes to the order can be made (example they will swap the toast or slaw for extra fries if requested). Also the drink can be taken off the combo package reducing the overall price.

We went at almost 11pm and the line was longer than expected. We went through the drive through and told our order to someone before the ordering board. We opted for the #1 and didn't want coleslaw so got an extra piece of toasty bread instead. The chicken didn't taste as good as it usually does. Like something changed. Maybe the quality? I came here in March and the chicken was great. We asked for the Raising Canes lemonade and I really don't feel like that's what we were given. It didn't have much flavor and tasted watered down.

First time trying this new restaurant. Came here at 9:30 a.m. because I was out shopping. Glad they open early, because breakfast is only what you make it! Doesn't always have to be eggs. And I was surprised, but there were people already in there eating chicken for breakfast, which made me smile! So I ordered the largest chicken finger basket they had. Because I knew when I got home everybody would want to try it. Now in all fairness, the chicken was not crispy, because I had to drive home and it steamed in the Box. I am not a fan of coleslaw but I had other family members try it and they said it was just okay. Love that they had crinkle-cut fries. Not sure what the Texas toast was supposed to be? Because it was barely toasted and didn't taste like anything. Now I tried the large lemonade, and it was just okay. Now I am a lemon lover, and I can't help but to compare it to Chick-fil-A lemonade which is super sour and so delicious. I know it's not a fair comparison so if you like your lemonade on the lighter side and taste, this would definitely suit you. I wish they would make the lemonade using more lemon juice! The place is extremely clean and there were several staff outside cleaning the area, and they all greeted me which was nice. Very friendly service, and they answered the few questions I had about sauces and such. I did like the raising cane sauce for my chicken. Wish they had a couple of more choices for sides for someone like me who doesn't like coleslaw. But with that being said it was pleasant and they had juicy, big chunks of chicken.

I went to Raising Cane‘s after Disneyland and I ordered the caniac combo. They made me wait like 10 minutes for my food and of course the one time I don’t check my food and trusted them. They charged me for the caniac combo but only gave me four tenders. So they made me wait a long time just to give me the wrong order, what horrible service

I usually enjoy Cane’s, but this visit was disappointing. My order was missing items, and I had to drive all the way back to get them. The food was replaced, but there was no apology or effort to make up for the inconvenience or my time. Mistakes happen, but better customer service would have made a big difference.

Ok, our last minute want turned in to possibly not going back again, especially this location and its only our second time here. These chicken tenders are extremely ridiculously small and this was just recorded to laugh at it with our friend but almost half way through eating , the ONE chicken tender I did not lift, just happened to be a dam hair, greasy hair stuck to the tray GREAT WAY TO TOP IT OFF. Disgusting! Other places could be worse blah blah but right now tonight we paid here at this restaurant and it came from here so dont gaslight. This exact reason why we dont eat fast food or out to often just rarely but when we do this is not the type of disrespectful "food" we want to receive or pay for. Very inconvenient and inconsiderate. Straight from the heart of a foody.

About three months ago, I went to Raising Cane’s and presented a certificate from my catechism school for a Free Kids Combo. I also ordered a 25 fingers meal. When I paid, I received the 25 fingers and the Kids Combo, but the combo was missing the lemonade that should have been included. I didn’t pay much attention at the time and just left. Later, when I looked back at the receipt, I realized that the Kids Combo had actually been charged instead of being free as the certificate stated. This was a very disappointing experience — not only was part of my order missing, but I was also charged for something that should have been free. It left me feeling disrespected as a customer
