Raising Claw

I knew it was in for something good when the tables cloths were butcher paper. It wasn't too busy at lunchtime on a Sunday, and I was seated right away. The next indicator of what was to come was the table settings: a disposable bib, vinyl gloves, and scissors (no knives, forks or spoons to be seen). The menu takes a cue from Raising Cane's, and it's simple and direct. The menu features crab legs, crawfish, shrimp (heads on or off) and muscles. I chose crab legs (labeled as "Market Price"... i.e. $68/lbs today)... Expensive, but one of my favorites. They provided "complimentary" French fries (mmm. Cajun fries) as an appetizer. The legs were served a short time later, brought to my table in two layers of plastic bag, tied at the top and steaming hot. I'd chosen Cajun spicy, and it smelled amazing as I opened the bag. I should have used the bib, but I did use the gloves, and it fun and delicious to dig into the two clusters of perfectly boiled legs simmered in a delicious blend of spices. I only got one spot on my shirt (🙄), but cleaning up after was easy due to the gloves. I used the outer bag for the shells and I think with the gloves and scissors I got ever bit of meat out of those legs. Fun, messy, delicious. Definitely a treat and a "must come back when my wallet recovers.". Definitely recommend if you like Cajun spiced seafood. (Didn't think to take a photo till I was stuffed and enjoying a complimentary scoop of coffee ice cream for dessert)

Food is unbeliavable, with so much flavor and fresh. This is one of my usual spots that i treat myself with. Everytime we come here we never have left overs. So yummy! I Highly recommend it

The place is spacious, lots of parking and lots of seating inside, the food was great if you like sea food boils, the raising sauce was the best 👌 must try.the blue lagoon drink had sky vodak my mom said it was nice and smooth and good. They have different buckets of boils you can choose from .the customer service and A+ their very attentive . If you buy over 85.00 you get a free pound of shrimp . And while your waiting they give you free cajun fries. The strawberry lemonade is 🔥 highly recommend . There wasn't anybody there when we went Thursday at 2pm

First time here and the decor was so cute! I have younger nieces and nephews that are on a pirate themed and this was perfect. Food was amazing and the service itself had friendly staff who knew when to check in on you.

First time here 2 days ago and already craving to go back. It was me and my boyfriend we were recommended the snow bucket by our server and it was more than enough food. We got complimentary fries and a free pound of shrimp. The seasoning was perfect and our server was very attentive. It was definitely a great experience and left our tummies happy. It is guaranteed that I will be coming again with more people. I highly recommend this spot if you love great seafood broil!

Alright yall, 🙋‍♂️ listen up real good! All others chains ain't got nothing on this place! U heard that right ✅️. Better service, way better food and the Shrimp 🍤 is way bigger/ greater portions & better priced than Boiling Crab 🦀 💯%! The food is still warm and smoking hot when it comes to your table 😋. SONNY & the crew will definitely HOOK you UP! 👌 I'VE TRIED THE REST, BUT HANDS ✋️ DOWN THIS IS THE BEST BY FAR! & they give you free ice cream 🍦 😋. I just left and I'm already thinking 🤔 about going to eat there again. 🙋‍♂️👍

The food and service here are good. We wanted to try a new seafood boil place and this is not a bad place. My family really enjoyed their Cajun sauce. They also provided free complimentary fries and ice cream.

Went on a Monday evening around 5pm, which I recommend, since there was no rush or extra wait time. Was sat promptly and the host offered the opportunity to sit anywhere available, we sat in "the boat". There is an extensive menu to select from with a weekday happy hour, 2-6pm, if I'm not mistaken. We chose as an appetizer, cajun fries and 1/2 dozen oysters which included salmon roe. The cajun fries were spiced perfectly, maybe an Old Bay derivative? The oysters were fresh and plump and the roe added a crispness that I did not know I needed. For the boil we chose 1lb shrimp, potato (3), corn (2), and sausage, which was seasoned "Raising Style" with all options mixed together at a medium spice level. The shrimp imo, were a bit over-cooked but tasted great, this may be my own fault, I think leaving them in the broth cooks them longer and creates the tough consistency I experienced. The red potato and sweet corn, paired perfectly with the smoky spice of the sausage. For the bev, a Modelo Michelada 🤙 Raising Style is the way to go and the medium spice was perfect, not too spicy and had great flavor. Price was great for the amount of food that was received. I took home a potato and some slices of sausage on white rice with the sauce from the bag. Delicious! They even gave a free scoop of ice cream at the end of the meal =)

Came with my gf, first time here. I don't like boiling crab too much sauce is very heavy and salty. But here I enjoyed it way more, Ordered the sauce restaurant recommendation on the menu. We Ordered the snow bucket roughly 130$ but more then enough for 3 people even a fourth with some extra sides. Would definitely come back and recommend. P.s we didn't get a free ice cream like other reviews. But we did get the extra pound of shrimp and complitarty fry.

We created our own crab boil with medium heat. I have to say it was the best thing I’ve ever eaten!! Fried fish was fried crispy, crispy enough to add to the delicious garlic butter. Our son had the calamari and enjoyed it very much. We will definitely be returning. 😍🤤🤤

We love coming to this place. The flavore is not like Kicking Crab and Boiling Crab. But it's safe to say it has their own taste. It's not super crowded and the service is perfect.

The boil was great and you got free Cajun fries off the bat. The service was great and then you get free coconut ice cream. Seriously a good meal. Cost for two people is a tad on the high end but it was a really good boil.

I tried the wings, but I really didn't like it. The picture of the advertisement definitely looked different from the actual food. The fish was really good. I will have to try their boils. I did like the fries not too crunchy.

Drove an hour to try this place out. Will not be coming back. Lobster was overcooked. Meaning, rubbery and rough. Mind you 2 lobster tails are $75 (cant order just one) i talked to them about it, all they could offer was 30% off. Wont be coming back here again. And im really not one to complain about food but I had had to say something, it was terrible.
