Great customer service and the ice cream machine is da bomb. We had a loaded baked potato order that by mixed up and they fixed it immediately, and was not going to charge us for anything to fix the mix up. Customer service amazing food is very good.

Dickeys is one of my all time favorites to get food from! They have great pulled pork sandwiches, frito pies, and salads! 10 out of 10 recomend! Dont hesitate and try it today.

Wow! Why did they ever close down Dickies in Lubbock? I miss my favorite BBQ joint. Had a great meal with tender brisket, mac @ cheese, BBQ beans and all the trimmings. And GREAT sweet tea!

Everything was really good. From the money we went in and stood in a long line that went by pretty fast. Our food was hot and served pretty fast. Fresh bread! They made sure we got some fresh battery bread. Our plates were just awesome. Service from everysingle employee we came across. That place was packed and we had a fast a great service in every aspect. We were there because it was the 1st time my 15 yr old boy was having Dickeys!!! And He was amazed. How I mentioned, the place was packed with the after church Sunday crowed, we were pretty much the last ones to leave and in no time they had that place all cleaned up once all the crowed was gone. Awesome work guys n grlz!

It's normally quiet here, which is nice. The people that work here are top notch. The food is typically great, but avoid the ribs. They were 1 star. luckily the other menu items were pretty good.

Normally Dickey's is good. After a very long day I treat myself to a pulled pork sandwich. Unfortunately it was extremely dry & cold. First bite and I'm eating plastic. This happened another time during the sandwich.

I ordered a three meat plate literally there’s four slices a sausage three slices of brisket and three of the burnt ends. Maybe I don’t know where you get a plate for $22 for the three meat plate and this is what you receive. I did get the onion Tanglers, but the guy almost forgot them, and I almost drove off until I searched my bag. My whole entire order was $26 and some change. I forgot why I don’t eat here because they literally are stingy with meat and you literally spend that much money just for a plate of food and you hardly has any meats !

She brought me another bag, all SMASHED together. Mind you, this is onion rings. One bite, SLIMMY. I’m pretty sure she re-dropped the same ones in the fryer. 25$ for just me to eat and that’s what they served me.

It came with two sides so I got mac and cheese and potato salad. The sides were mediocre at best. The cheese on the mac and cheese could have been less watery. I expect bigger portions for the price I paid.

Sign says open. Door unlocked. They say If we want to order we have to get in our car and go to the drive through. Don’t waste your time like we did.
