It was very nice.Atmoshere was good.Food was delicious! Service was nice and friendly.

I had tried birria tacos before, but none like the ones I had at Casa Tequila. They are by far the best tacos in town! They were delicious! This is a must try dish when going to Casa Tequila!!

Casa Tequila is a great spot for Tex-Mex in Lake Jackson. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming. I’ve tried the street tacos, chimichangas, and enchiladas, and all were tasty and well prepared. Their margaritas are excellent. The staff is friendly and attentive, making it a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience.

Came.for taco Tuesday and the tacos were spectacular!!got 2 carnita tacos and one alpastor and one fajitas. They were perfectly seasoned and salted. And HOT we didn't get cold tacos like some other place last Tuesday. The alpastor had a great char to it and the carnitas had this awesome flavor and were not dry. The fajita was also perfectly cooked and soft. The staff was great and attentive even though it was busy

Take it from a Tex Mex snob. This place is worth your time to try. It was excellent. The salsa, street tacos, & happy hour margaritas were great. The refried beans could use some work but we'll definitely be back to try more of the menu.

Great meal. The stack of Tacos is great. My hub liked the enchiladas. The only down side is the food is not hot when it comes out. Without a hot plate, the food temperature changes too fast. Even the rice and beans are only room temp.

This place was my first time and it was nice.It has a patio in the back and on Friday there was a DJ and played good music. It was a packed on Friday and the only bad thing about this place is the restrooms for the ladies only one stall.The music was good but they didn’t have a dance floor to dance, that sucked.Prices on the bucket beer cheap only $ 15 and had a special on certain margaritas for $7. Will go back and chill here.

Just moved to the area and this was the first place we tried. Not to many people inside which was nice. The food was decent and reasonably priced. Will likely be back again.

Excellent food and drinks. Still in a soft opening phase so they are working out kinks with the wait staff. But I would definitely come back just for the spicy mango margarita.

The food was just ok. 2 dollar mini margaritas were great and came with tajin rim. We ordered ceviche and the mango wasn't ripe so the peices were hard. Our server never brought out my entre that was a tequila salad with fajita, but the other2 people at my table got their hot food. They have a "mexican burger" that my sister ordered, but there was nothing about it that was like the burgers we eat in Mexico. It was just a regular burger. We ordered churros to go and the menu said it was an order of 9 and we got 5.

It's very loud in the restaurant which made it hard to hear anything. The enchilada on my plate was just a cheesy tortilla with no sauce at all but the queso chips and salsa were good. Everything else was bland.

This place is hard to rate because I do want to like it, but it just didn't do it for us. We went for dinner with a family of 4. The place was cute and well themed. Our server was nice and helpful. So I wanted this to be a regular place we go to, but the food and drinks were just meh at best. Nothing was wrong. Just nothing was good. We had 4 drinks. 3 were ok. One was gross, but that's ok. Sometimes you miss on long shots. Food just didn't stand out. The fajita beef was 2 stars at best. Maybe I'm just used to higher quality, but it was not good. Fish tacos were ok. It's just a tough place to rate. We will try again in the future, but I'm not holding my breath they'll stay in business. I feel like it'll be tough for them to develop regulars.

I went here because of the reviews but not sure how they received this many stars. Service was horrible, it was freezing inside, and there was nothing special about my street tacos. Meat was cold, rice was cold, and there wasn’t much flavor to the meat. After we got our drinks and had decided what we wanted I motioned for the waitress and she walked toward us but went to the other table and completely ignored us. The other table told me ”good luck”. Needless to say 1st and last visit.

The service was slow considering we were the only people there eating at the time. The crispy tacos had alot of grease pouring out the ends and taste like grease. The rice and charro beans were good. The salsa was not spicy at all, didnt taste like there were jalapenos in it. Maybe it was not supposed to be spicy. The servers were nice. Nice atmosphere in the resturant and the patio. The bar area looked really nice and had very nice decor and design throughout. The restroom on the other hand was a nightmare. Hard to get in and out, not much space in the first stall with your face a few inches from the door when standing. The larger one for handicap looked like it would be difficult for them to get in the main doorway. Even trying to stand at the sink was bad because if someone tried to walk in while you were standing there they would have to go back out and wait. Recommend they redesign the womens restroom.

In the now 5 times I have been here (like I said, I REALLY want to like this place) the chips have been stale, the servers have had no idea what any of the menu items are when asked about them (if you’re a tequila bar - your staff should have at least a basic knowledge of what a tequila flight you have on the menu is, or how an appetizer is served), have rung things in incorrectly (every time), and the food has just been ok. I have yet to try a dish that has me wanting to come back for more. The cocktails are a little pricey, but overall good and they do have good specials through the week. I really hope the owners take the time to train their staff and get them up to speed so that they provide an overall better experience for their patrons.

One of my biggest peeves is watching people who came in after you get served first. Pretty sure the server forgot I was there had to approach and ask about my food. Was told that the wait was 10 or 15 mins when ordering, so decided to get to go and not order drinks. About 50 mins later finally got my food with about 10 mins left on my break. To top it all off order was not right have allergy to tomatoes burrito was covered in them and sides were not what I asked for.

Waitress was great (only reason for the second star) Tea had a strong bleach odor. Food was overcooked, wasn't what I ordered but our waitress seemed overwhelmed. Later that night we suffered from what I could only describe as the norovirus on steroids.

This was our 2nd time and it was just a little bit better than the 1st. Guacamole had no taste.The queso was very running, no flavor, didn't taste like cheese more like a soup. For our chips & salsa had to ask for plates?? My Sprite was great. Black beans are NOT refried beans. We ordered refried beans. We wasn't told you don't serve refried beans 😡. Charo beans were way too salty. We gave you a second chance hoping it would be better the 2nd time and it just wasn't. Thank you for coming to Lake Jackson but we won't be back. We can't spend our hard earn money and be disappointed.

Bartender was amazing, however food is nothing to brag about, Chili con Queso is just white velveeta, no chili (spice) whatsoever. The glasses for the drinks are super small, never been to a tequila bar that didn't have different sizes of margaritas. The only thing good is the service.

Went there for brunch with 5 people. We were waiting for 1 hour and 10 minutes when the food started coming a little bit at a time after that. 2 people had to leave before the food even started coming because they had other things to do after. Food was ok, the only brunch menu that was really good what the waffles with bananas, everything else would not get me to come back. Not only we waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for the food to start coming but 1 of the dishes ordered was requested incorrectly. My water was never refilled the entire time I was there and another person had to ask for a tea, chips and salsa refill. The waiter was brand new so we can understand her lack of knowledge of the menu but we were the only people at the restaurant so I can’t make an excuse for how long it all took. A friend has ordered from here for takeout and it’s been good, but I would not recommend brunch on Sunday mornings.

Drink was good and bartender was kind(didn't sit at the bar though, just had a quick question), but had hair in my food and the taco Tuesday special is not worth the time. You can only get 1 taco for the $2, then must pay full price for any others that you want. The tacos weren't very good, dry meat and soggy onions.

I’m pretty sure my waitress was high. Her eyes were half open the entire time. She brought me utensils after my food, forgot my chips and salsa, and specifically asked me how I wanted my beans with my Tacos Al Carbon, to which I said I wanted refried, so she brought me borracho beans. When I finally got my refried beans, I was given watery bean paste in a bowl that was seemingly made in a blender with water and the beans that I had just been previously served. Avoid this place unless you are high or drunk just like the wait staff and don’t care about your food. By the way, there were 5 people in the restaurant, total. Including me. So it wasn’t like the 3 servers were busy and making innocent mistakes.

Absolutely TERRIBLE TERRIBLE Service. We came in as a large party, with a call ahead reservation, but ended up quite early. They sat us regardless, let me make that VERY CLEAR. Because after a 2 hour wait for food, with the servers changing and then blaming mistakes on "the other one", drinks taking 30+ minutes, basic menu questions not being answered because "I'm not sure" "let me check" or "uhhh i might have to ask a manager". And then when we complained because food came out at vastly different ones (an hour between some plates) and ICE COLD (not oh they left it in a heat lamp and it cooled down-cold like it came from a fridge/freezer and was never cooked through) themanager" IVAN proceeded to blame it on US. AS IF WE DID NOT ALL SEE STAFF EATING AND VAPING IN THE KITCHEN. He stated they weren't prepared for "such a large group" even tho we had a reservation but just came early?!! They had us prepare a set menu and then proceeded to give guests the full menu? They didn't follow their own set up. And they could have said no. 000OOR served us like they were every other table that came and went while we were there. When we arrived the place was EMPTY. Are they not prepared for anybody showing up at all??? It was ridiculous. The manager then proceeded to say "you know what- your tab is on the house you can just go" as if we were no longer welcome. Fine by us. But thennnn one of the servers chases us out and says "no just YOUR drinks!!! Not the food. Someone still has to pay for the food and all of the other drinks". He only offered to take care of one persons drinks, who never even got their food, after everyone else waiting an hour - 2 hours for food. That predominantly came out cold. Absolutely ridiculous. No apology just attitude and blaming for giving them service.

Waited 45 min for our food. The fajita beef was like Beef Jerky, dry and tough. Guacamole was more tomato.and onionand way too muchl Lime. Server was sweet and rice was good.

Served us Rotten fish and we waited 1hr for the privilege! Replaced the fish with shrimp...that was their answer for serving potentially poisonous food. I have never eaten such obviously rotten food, the smell was enough to make me gag. You have been warned!!! 🤢🤢🤢🤮

My husband tried this place out today. The service was terribly slow and there was only 4 other tables. Couldn't get a refill to save our lives and silverware was hard to come by. The food was definitely not something I was expecting and I definitely don't mean that in a good way. Lacking flavor 🤢 and had flavors that it shouldn't have. Save to say I don't think we will try this restaurant out again. Hopefully you guys have a better experience.

Came to pick up a doordash never been here before. Stood there for 5 minutes as people walked past me. Looking too busy for me to bother. No one asked me what I needed until some guy at the bar said. Do you have a pick up order. Worst place I've ever picked up from, as I was waiting in the back of the restaurant I could smell poo-poo. Why are there ppl even here.

Food was excellent. However the chips were stale and not warm. Ordered off the lunch menu and the portion size was so small. I went away hungry. The charro beans had an excellent flavor but it was a bowl full of soup and hardly any beans. The serving of rice was a heaping tablespoon full.

Came here tonight for the first time we spent almost 2hrs here for poor service and bad food. The waitress had 2 tables but couldn't keep up with drinks and what not. We ordered the crawfish which was cold and was boiled in plain water and they threw seasoning on top and brought it to the table. Never once did any of the managers come ask if the food was ok. Queso was straight up white cheese with nothing in it and food was expensive! I dont think well be back.

One of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. There was only one waiter. My friend got his food fairly quickly but I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for mine on my lunch break from work. When I got the food it was horrible. The refried beans tasted like sand from a convience store. The rice was dry with no flavor. I brought my concerns to the waitress and she got the manager. The manager looked at me like I was dumb. Didn't apologize and gave me a whole .80 discount! Will never be back and will never recommend.
