Food is hot and environment is always clean. The best CFA in North Texas. Hunter is a next level CFA Owner/Operator. He cares deeply about his team, his guest, and the flourishing of the community. I frequent this location 2x a month and there is always growth and improvement.
Always have their game face on . I have been getting the chick filet sandwich for over 30 years and it has been consistently good that whole time. Taste the same as the 1st one I ever ate. Service is always top notch there. Other fast food places should try to emulate chick filet . They can't or don't and it shows.
This place was hopping! Literally buses full of people were out the door in line. But, that staff was scrambling and cleaning up and taking care of the crowd with a smile...like pros...and they all looked to be about 16 or 17 years old ..really impressed. They were very helpful to us. The food was tasty, hot and hit the spot. Good job y'all!
I eat here once a week, pretty much since it has opened. Very seldom do I ever have errors in my orders, or any sort of issue. This Chick-fil-A is run really well and we always look forward to "chicken day" as it's referred to at work.
Overall experience was pretty good. Service members are very professional at this location tonight. I wish the peach shake and 5 piece nuggets were a little bigger for the $$$. I've been a Chick-fil-A customer for years. I noticed over time smaller portions for more money. Not good. The customer service experience is a save for the organization. 💯👌🏾🔥
Food was good here but we had to wait forever for our food. This is not typical of a Chic-Fil-A. We live in Oklahoma and were passing through and stopped with our kids. Aside from the time it took to get our food it was a good experience.
We go to this location often and it's hit or miss. There are times where everything is perfect, and there are also times where it takes a long time to get our food even with ordering ahead. It's happened to us multiple times already that we get home and none of the kids meals have the toys. Very frustrating when you are trying to eat dinner and the kids are excited to check out the toy as well but there's none.
Let’s talk “Mobile Thru” I order from this location twice a week on the way to work. I almost always do carry out in the mobile app. The last few times I tried mobile thru You order ahead, pull into the outside lane and scan a QR code and pull around. Supposed to save time? 5 total trips in the last three weeks and all doing mobile thru EVERY single time I’ve waited and watched car after car go through the regular drive through and get their food and people walk in and out doing carry out before I get mine. It’s inefficient. Tuesday I waited 7 minutes and I counted 12 cars go through the drive thru next to me. Monday I waited 5 minutes and the drive thru was empty and I watched 7 cars pull in, order, pull up and then drive away before I got my order And I had ordered ahead This needs to get addressed!
Apparently, the mythical grilled chicken on a pretzel bun is the Bigfoot of sandwiches. I’ve swung by twice this week on my noble quest, first time they handed me fried chicken on a pretzel bun, like, “close enough.” Tonight? Grilled chicken… but on wheat, as if the bun witness protection program is in full effect. At this rate, I’ll never taste the legendary combo. Pour one out for my pretzel dreams.
Whoever I spoke to on the phone was so unhelpful and rude. I ordered for delivery to a work event. We were missing 3 of our sandwhiches I called up there and was even willing to pay for 3 new sandwhiches on the phone so I could just pick them up and leave, basically was told not my problem we dont take responsibility for the food not being in the sealed bag sucks to suck.
My kids love chick fil a. Live in Melissa and will drive the extra few minutes to go to the McKinney location.. just finished lunch at the Anna location and my husband’s French fries were actually burnt :( never heard him complain about his meal before but also never experienced burnt French fries being served before! We were missing my salad and chick fil a sauce in the order. They were very nice and brought the sauce and salad over to the table right away. Also, a little odd I had to wait in the woman’s bathroom as all 3 stalls were filled by chik fil a employees..
In the past I have always loved chick fil a but this location was not the same. Lots of staff standing and goofing around while we had to wait forever on our order. Staff didn’t seem like they cared about helping me and then our food was wrong after having to pull up and wait for order. This did not seem like It was ran like other chick fil a locations
I never imagined I would be writing something like this about Chick-fil-A, especially the Anna Town Center location. I am genuinely heartbroken, disappointed, and honestly disgusted. On February 16, 2026 at 7:24 PM, I placed a mobile order (Drive-Thru #330157576) from Chick-fil-A Anna Town Center #04191, located at 513 S Central Expy, Anna, TX 75409. One of the items in that order was a fruit cup for my young daughter. I trusted Chick-fil-A to provide clean, fresh food, especially for children. She ate almost the entire cup, and just as she reached the bottom, she found a dead insect inside the container. As a parent, the shock and disgust in that moment is something I will not forget. I tried to handle this privately and respectfully. I emailed Customer Support, but the email bounced back. I then drove to the store on Tuesday around 4 PM and spoke with a manager named Lovely. I showed her the cup with the insect still inside and asked for the area manager to contact me. As of today, I have not heard anything. No phone call. No email. No follow-up of any kind. What hurts the most is not just the bug itself, but the complete lack of concern afterward. The silence tells me that no one has taken the time to investigate this. If my daughter found the insect after eating almost the entire fruit cup, how many more of these could still be sitting in their refrigerator or being handed out to other customers. The idea that a possibly contaminated batch may still be served to families and children is extremely upsetting and absolutely unacceptable. I truly did not want to write a public review. I wanted to resolve this directly with the restaurant. I believed Chick-fil-A would care enough to take a legitimate food safety concern seriously. But the lack of any response makes it clear that my concern is not a priority. I understand that one customer taking their business elsewhere will not affect their bottom line. But this experience has left me with no choice. I cannot continue to support a location that does not show basic responsibility when it comes to food safety and customer well-being. I hope this review motivates someone at this location to finally take responsibility, investigate this issue, and ensure no other family has to go through this.
Just left there ordered a Cobb salad with Avocado wrench dressing. For chicken strips Waffle fries. Salad had corn in it like it was made to be a Southwest salad didn't get my dressing at all. Very disappointed
I ordered chicken tortilla soup, but was given chicken noodle soup. Didn’t discover until I got home. Such a waste of time and gas. This place is always making mistakes and not owning up them. I’ve had problems multiple times and even spoke to the store manager. I was promised points as a means of apology and never received them.
I come to this location weekly and for the past month the mobile service has been awful. Today I spent 15 mins waiting for a kids meal and salad, I can’t tell you how many cars left before someone asked what my name was. I stayed there for another 7mins before a second employee asked for my name, I overhear someone say they “accidentally pushed mine through”…accidents happen, but they must hate my name for it to happen to me now 3 times. They gave me my order without saying sorry for the wait, he’s a $5 voucher, we threw in a cookie for your trouble…nothing nada! I try and shake it off, but when I get home my salad was 95% romaine butts and they forgot my straw!
I ordered 2 chicken burritos this morning. BOTH of them had like literally a piece of chicken in them. So when I called back to bring it to their attention Georgiana essentially called me a liar. Won’t be back
The. Slowest. Chick Fil A. Around. The first car in the "mobile-thru" for 30 minutes while 25 cars go through the regular line.
Horrible service. I’ve been waiting for my carry out order and it’s been 15 minutes and a placed my order half an hour ago. Absolutely ridiculous
I had left my purse at this location. I drove 30 minutes away before I realized I no longer had it with me. I gave them a call and was transferred to Chris their team lead. He said that he would check their lost and found and put me on hold. After 10 minutes of being on hold, I was hung up on. When I tried to call back it kept going straight to voicemail as if they were immediately hanging up the phone. Drove 30 minutes back and sure enough they still had it. It was right in front of the phone the whole time!
I ordered two of the same burgers (#7), but instead I received a spicy burger that I unfortunately could not eat. I don’t like spicy food, and after trying it I even felt unwell. I visited in the evening and noticed that the restaurant was not very busy, as there were not many guests inside. My order was prepared quickly, which at first made me happy, but it turned out they had simply given me someone else’s burger — even the name on it was not mine. This was very unpleasant.
I normally love chick-fil-a, but have had not-so-great experiences at this location. One was a while back, we made a very large order late one night with family in town, went to pick up order and brought it home, there were tons of items missing and some items made incorrectly which I’ve never experienced at chick-fil-a before. I called the location and didn’t get an answer (thought maybe it was because it was close to closing time) and honestly forgot to call back as we were going out of town and it was chaotic, but we continued to use this location being close to Melissa and I’ve worked in fast food when I was younger and know things happen sometimes. Today I made a breakfast order at 10 am and my daughter and I headed over. Didn’t realize one of the main roads in Melissa was closed today and traffic was insane. By the time I got to a place to turn around, I had 7 min to make it to chick-fil-a for breakfast - the app said they would start making the food when I was “closer”. Got very close at 10:30 am, and the app recognized I was there and told me to scan the barcode to show I was in the pickup line. When I got there to scan it was 10:34 am and I scanned, app told me to pull forward which I did, then I got a notification that my order was cancelled as it was past breakfast time. I’m stuck in the line, and I still don’t know if they made my order prior to 10:30 am because I was “closer” and I still showed the charge on my credit card. I sat for a long while waiting to talk to someone since I was stuck in the line, but had to call the store. Someone did answer and confirmed the app would cancel the order if 10:30 was reached. And she said she didn’t see the order at all. This may be a corporate issue, there was no notification that the order would cancel if not arriving before 10:30 am, it shouldn’t have allowed me to scan the app and shouldn’t have told me to pull forward. Didn’t know another way to share feedback that could create change other than here. Hopefully it will get better for others
Not what I was expecting in a chic fil a franchise. First of all I wasn’t greeted secondly a employee was standing on the front where orders are to be prepared twisting another associates hair she retwisted about 3 braids no be with you momentarily or anything when she was done she went back to putting condiments etc in bags I had to ask her was she gonna wash her hands that’s not a question I should’ve had to ask for one the work place isn’t the place to be plating someone hair that’s something that shouldn’t have taken place in the work area and needs to be addressed as well as greeting customers not pleased at all I do have photos to back up the employee standing there retwisting hair in the work area as well as I’m sure if you run video back you’ll see this unacceptable behavior as well
From start to finish, this location was a complete disappointment. The customer service was abysmal — disorganized, unprofessional, and downright frustrating. Despite arriving before several other guests, I watched as the team member at the order station completely ignored me and began serving the people behind me. No explanation, no acknowledgment — just confusion and poor execution. As for the food? Soggy, sloppy, and clearly thrown together without any care. Chick-fil-A is known for consistency and quality, but this location falls far below that standard. To top it off, their mobile and drive-thru operations are a mess. There’s no clear process, and everything feels chaotic and inefficient. I’ve had countless great experiences with Chick-fil-A across the country, but this location completely missed the mark. I won’t be returning, and I would advise others to avoid it if they’re expecting the level of service and quality that Chick-fil-A is supposed to represent.
