Does not honor veterans, and apparently I am a scammer. Walked in looking to redeem a digital offer, employee seemed unsure and said they only accepted printed coupons. No problem, I live close by and the offer allows an option to be printed. After a short round trip, the manager said that others have tried to use printed coupons and that what I was doing was a scam because they have no way to scan them. Told her I got the email from the official A&W Mug Club program and she once again called it a scam. Just really poor customer service skills to make that jump. I went to another A&W that also couldn’t scan the coupon and they just looked it up in the system in less than a minute. Spend the extra few minutes and go to the other nearest A&W.

This is the 4th time this location has screwed up my order. Fast food is getting more expensive and the service worse. If I'm going to pay for something at least give me the right order. I don't have time to go back to have them fix it.

They had a horrible service. They asked us to pull around front and wait and after a 10 minute wait we did not have our utensils, straws, napkins or sauce. We will not be going back coz this was the third time experiencing this.

The drive-thru staff is really rude. They make you wait 20 minutes for your order no matter what you get

Ordered a PaPa Burger and side of onion rings and asked for BQ sauce. The PaPa burger didn't have the usual sauce, no tomato and a few pieces of lettuce and very little onions and worst of all only one slice of pickle. Could have gone to McDonalds for 1/2 the price. And no BQ sauce for the onion rings. Usually the PaPa Burger is great but not this time.

Food was over cooked, fries had a ton of salt, was given one very thin napkin with a chili cheese dog that was leaking due to excessive heat from microwave. Food had time/temperature abuse. I won’t return to this store. I was not taken seriously

Ordered a papa burger and a spicy papa burger. At no point was hold the tomatoes mentioned. Got to regular papa burgers no spicy. Seriously can't get a two item order correct. You should be ashamed of yourselves

Every time I come to this place there are always issues with the food or with the service. Now, whenever I want KFC I drive to one that is way out of my way instead of this one which is less than 5 mins away from my house because it is less of a hassle.

I just hope they start treating customers better over here. The manager lady Is really rude and disrespectful won't give you a refund. They need to be Retrained.

I was so excited to see an A & W as I am not from here so I ordered it on Doordash. The chili cheese fries look like yesterdays they were rock hard and cold. Chili was jet black. The burgers which were supposed to not have sauce was covered in sauce and was absolutely disgusting. And not just because of the sauce as I don't mind it that much but this was not edible!! Now I have to walk and go find some food to eat as doordash is not going going to take any responsibility. I have to say though I don't think this should fall on DoorDash.This is A & W and I will never eat there again! On maps it shows a picture of the restaurant has been an a and w but my food came in a KFC bag. I don't eat A & W when they are combined with other restaurants but this one was misleading. If you look at my profile you will notice.I only leave good reviews. This one was so bad.I just had to leave a bad review.Because this was the worst food I ever had delivered to me. DON'T EAT HERE!!!

They gave me a dirty half filled soda cup for my drink at the drive through. I wouldn't trust any of the food made here. I just threw it in the trash. The world will be a better place when they go out of business

Female Manager Emmaleen at 2 pm shift took our order, manager incompetent and shouldn't be paid as much as she is, in a completely dead and empty restaurant. Manager also has horrible customer service skills, argumentative and I should've just asked for my money back and let her deal with the loss!! This place is struggling and skimps every corner DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Server seemed to be foolishly playing a only put one thin napkin in a bag containing two orders, fries had excessive salt on them. Probably because I requested fries with no salt. I was so disappointed. The food was horrible I wish I hadn’t ever visited that place

The night shift is horrible. First they were out of chili and cheese then they were out of tomatoes. Then once we got our food. The French fries were not good. The a5 that we ordered had no bacon And it wasn't even that good. Then the mini corn dogs were cold. Completely unsatisfied

I do like the food, but this location has to be the worst. Always filthy, friendliness of staff is hit and miss although some do make an effort to be friendly. Wait time is always an issue and burgers are always cold, cheese never melted.

Bought chicken to go at this joint KFC/A&W. The breast and whole wing we're good, but the hot wings I also bought had a bad taste to them. I took a bite out of three of them - all bad.
