Exxcellent Food! Last week, we decided to try this place because of Next door recommendations! Prices are very reasonable & the food is awesome! We will be returning!

I should have submitted a review on this kitchen long ago. I don't know why I don't frequent here more often because these people do a great job preparing their food! I've had several different meals from here and they've all been great! Usually at these Asian take out joints, the food all seems to taste the same. This kitchen, it really is just a kitchen, I mean there are two small tables but everyone seems to take out the food. Every item that I've had had been distinctly unique. Yesterday, I was going to stop and get a burger then I remember this kitchen, I ordered Singapore Mei Fun... So glad I didn't get a burger! Large portion! Phenomenal lunch! Thankfully guys! Keep it up!!!

I have come back to this place for the past 2 weeks. I am a picky eater. Yes the host has a terse ness in her phone service but the food is good. Beef and onions, egg drop soup and the house lo mein are great. I also had the curry chicken. The chicken is tender. I have visited Florida many times. I am now satisfied. I will come back.

This is the best place for Chinese food. I’m from Boston and this is by far the best. The staff is amazing and the pricing is very reasonable. They always have a smile and fast service, give them a chance and you will see. My Friday spot for sure

Staff is very friendly! Food is always hot and very fresh! Have tried many other similar restaurants around the Apopka area and will always choose Chung Xiang as my go to for Chinese food!! I do wish I could order through DoorDash for delivery that's the only negative as they are pick up only.

This is such a great Chinese restaurant here in Apopka, it represents a similarity to New York Chinese. They resemble each other very much so and usually the orders are correct, fresh and hot. Love this place!

This was my first impression of non panda express chinese food and honestly after trying many different chinese restaurants across central Florida I have ALWAYS come back to this one. If it weren’t for this restaurant my life would feel empty, genuinely. I love the woman’s face who takes my order every other sunday and i love her and the people working there. This establishment is AMAZING 10/10 would RECOMMEND

This is a typical take-out Chinese food spot, and I love it. I grew up getting food here and it's aways been exactly what I expect; tasty. The honey chicken here is in my top 3; not everywhere makes it right. This has become a solid choice for our take-out rotation.

I have always ordered from Chung Xiang Chinese for over 6years. The food has never disappointed me until yesterday. I ordered sesame chicken. The meal was more like sesame bread with a speck of chicken. I'm not sure if ownership changed or what, but the food was not up to it's usual standard. To top it off, my order was incorrect. I hope this was an one time mistake. On the bright side their new website is nice.

It was our 1st and last time there. The chicken cashew tasted like old chicken re heated. It was awful. We also got sweet and sour chicken and the chicken didn't taste right. Don't waste your money. We actually threw the food out and just cut our losses. Didn't call them either. Didn't want to waste our time. Gross!

Expensive and stinjey. I ordered a large wonton soup, which was almost $7 at checkout. The speed of service was okay. The attitude was not. If you are buying a xoup most Chinese food restaurants will automatically give you a spoon in ghe bag, instead I got a lot of lip, and shamed for asking. What s joke!

Decided to give this place a try and had to make other dinner arrangements. The chicken not only looked undercooked but it was also so bland. Noodles were very bad. Got about 3 bites in til I had to throw everything away. This place needs to either close or make some serious adjustments

Unfortunately disappointed about the meat portion size of the orders. Feel like less and less general tso's chicken on my plate. Also as others have stated, I ordered the shrimp with broccoli for the first time, they literally only put 5 pieces of shrimp where other places put 7-8. Definitely not worth it for the exorbitant price. Finally, the BBQ spare Ribs are super dry for some reason. Cutting corners on quality and portion size while competitors are maintaining theirs is not the way to go.

I've been going for a while now the food is good but it's the 4 time I've had pepper steak combo and the amount of meat they put in is a joke! They fill it with giant pieces of pepper yo fill the plate and i literally have meat for one serving when the combo is good for 2 people it's ridiculous and very disappointing

I asked for a shrimp fried rice I had three shrimps in my fried rice on the combination plate asked for no bean sprouts I got sprouts in there and ask for spare ribs they gave me a rib tips I’ll call back they told me to bring the food back to them for what you’re not supposed to bring the food back cov19 wow makes my my dish the right way just please don’t don’t waste your money if they had a negative store I will give them a negative star it’s not the first time they messed up my order I work hard Don’t have money to waste

A friend recommended it because it was close by his house and I was visiting and passing by it. Portion size for a large was pretty small. Sesame chicken was mostly dough and very dry and overly sweet. Vegetable lo mien was lacking sauce and had stringy vegetables throughout. Regretted the decision. But, you never know until u try.

Order chicken Chinese vegetables and the wife ordered chicken chow mein I had two pieces of chicken in it and she called up there for Express her concern and the girl on the phone said what they don't put very much chicken in chicken chow mein is mostly vegetables then why don't they call a vegetable chow mein why chicken chow mein and there's no chicken in it a very little chicken in it this isn't the first time my wife was being jealous when she said this is the second but pretty much every time we come in there and she does order that it's short on chicken take a put chicken in it for an extra price they told me get really lost a customer $33 and some change for vegetables no Baha.

Do not get tricked into thinking this is a good restaurant! These people do not take care of their many mistakes. There was metal shards in my food and my wife’s order was completely wrong. We tried to call but they were closed then the next day they wanted us to bring the food which was already thrown out back. We never asked for a refund so that was confusing but they got very defensive and rude as can be. I’ve been in service for decades and the way they handle theirs is just completely wrong to the customer.

Can I give a zero??? We didn’t eat any of the food because it tasted awful and looked awful. There were 5 of us and we all agreed it was inedible and we threw it away. So hard to find good Chinese food in Apopka which is sad.

After speaking with the manager he got defensive and told me that there isn’t a problem with the food because he’s been eating there for 20+ years. I’m writing this comment to share my experience I believe there could have been a better solution. You have lost my business
