Place was bought out a few years back by South Asians. Not a single white or black or spanish person in the store. And that's ok. If I had a business I'd try my best to keep it in the family, but I would make sure it's as diverse as the community I'm serving as well. The service is still great and the food is average for dairy Queen. Now let's talk about the food. The fries are terrible 3/10. The banana split is smaller proportion and not as pretty in presentation as what I remember. The toppings for the strawberry sundae and chocolate sundae taste cheaper than I remember. The soft serve ice cream is good as ever. I was introducing my 15 yr old daughter to dairy Queen for her first time as I had fond memories of it from back in the day. She was not impressed at all. The fries were barely edible, was t sure if it's the oil or process of preparation or cooking that went wrong. Not sure I want to try dairy Queen again. But like I said, the service was friendly, timely and accurate at the drive through.

prices keep creeping up. Cool treats are better than hot eats. Feature different flavors is nice. Well lit signs. Pick up window has cover from rain.

Atmosphere of the store was fairly clean. Customer service was not the best. Unfortunately, you can tell that the cashier did not seem happy to work there to be honest they seem bothered to take our order. Furthermore, as for our orders, we had an Oreo blizzard, which had only half an Oreo cookie in there and was not fully mixed. Also, it was not completely filled to the top. And, my order was the new strawberry cheesecake blizzard which was also missing a lot of the cheesecake and strawberry filling. It was more so of the vanilla ice cream and was not mixed well. The overall visit was not the best. I’m hoping these reviews are taken into consideration as my thought process on my experience seems to be similar to many other others after reading the other posted comments. Providing a smile or even a kind gesture to others really does make a big difference and experience. Thank you for your time.

Honorable Integrity

I need to be refunded for these greasy soggy fries, I requested everything be fresh they gave me soggy fries both times. Bad customer service not friendly just about trying to get the customer's money instead of earning a customer. I had an online order refund me my money for both orders of kids fries.

This location’s title is “cheapy the cheapskate” I will no longer go to this location for the simple fact they’re not putting the correct amount of toppings in their blizzards to save money on having to restock. They purposely put all the toppings on top & don’t blend it well so it’ll appear as though they’ve given you the mother load, all while really giving you peanuts. I even paid for extra topping & still got peanuts. I’m attaching photos of the cotton candy blizzard I bought at the apopka location & photos of the blizzard purchased in St Cloud. It’s ashame you have to travel so far to get what you pay for. If you’re still going to this location don’t pay for extra topping cause you won’t get it. If I wanted plain vanilla ice cream, I would’ve just ordered a cone.

Only 2 cars in front of us and the drive thru took over 20 minutes. Our blizzards were completely melted when they handed them to us. Totally ruined a nice night. We will not be back to this location.

Absolutely my worst ice cream experience. It took 35 minutes in the drive thru lane when there were only 2 cars in front of me. Then they hand me melted ice cream at the end. Will never visit again.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. BANANA SPLIT WAS TURNED ON SIDE WHEN PLACES IN BAG AND WAS A HOT MESS WHEN WE GOT HOME. ALSO, THE BANANA WAS HARD AND NOT RIPE AND WE THREW THE WHOLE THING OUT ! CALLED AND SPOKE TO THE MANAGER WHO DIDNT SPEAK MUCH ENGLISH AND HE BASICALLY SAID TOO BAD . WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CRAPPY PLACE , NOR WILL WE RETURN !!!

This location hasn’t served slushies in months. They are too lazy to fix the machine, if it’s even broken. The service is disappointing- not polite, slow, etc. The food is not great and they barely mix up the blizzards. They did not present the blizzards upside down on multiple occasions, and when I mentioned the "flip or free" guarantee, they argued with me. I would rather not go to another location cause the next closest is almost 30 minutes away, but now I’ll have to. Don’t waste your time coming to this location, you’re better off going to Cold Stone next door or McDonald’s down the road.

Walked in the guy in the front just stayed on the phone for like 10 minutes while I was standing there. Another employee just stood and looked at me instead of helping me. Got my food and ice cream took a couple of bites of the burger and found a piece of brown lettuce at the bottom of my burger extremely disappointed
