The most dreaded conversation two people can have which leads to an argument is usually what do you want to eat. In this case I am so glad that my better half said a burger and that Google led us here. Because had he not, we never would have experienced this amazing restaurant that made our day so special. The food was incredible! As someone who works for the Mouse in a restaurant ,the server was so nice and attentive (I just wished she said her name). I have no complaints about this place. Even the price was good. We will definitely be back.

We always order to go but everytime we do the food is always fresh, hot, and high quality. The atmosphere is very chill and a great place to kick back with friends, coworkers, family, or even solo. Friendly service every-time we call in for our orders- would highly recommend! We always order the bone in wings extra crispy and they are awesome! We have tried their various sauces but I’d recommend asking for a mix of mild and honey bbq :) def worth the price!

Came in for lunch and had no trouble picking out a table with a view. I ordered the frog super melt. It was extremely happy with how fast it came out and how spectacular it was. My server was Hannah who was knowledgeable, attentive and super sweet. I 100% recommend this place.

I love their boneless wings and the flavor is always consistent. I like to get mine with a mixture of the black & gold sauce and the lemon pepper dry rub. Froggers has great lunch specials and I've always had great service. If you've never been here, I definitely recommend that you try them out!

I had the best experience at this establishment. The food is amazing the bartender Amy was absolutely INCREDIBLE. Her drinks were on point and her service was amazing. Beautiful bartender very professional and fun I reallllly enjoyed her.!

At the Altamonte location, Jen was our server, and she was great! She was ever present whenever we needed anything: ordering, requesting refills, bringing the tab, to-go boxes, and take-out drinks. She expressed kindness and made our outing pleasant. The food was delicious and impressive. The meat on my pork sandwich extended past the bun on all sides! Also, my kid's cheese pizza was quite large; I could have fed two of my kids with that pizza!

We love eating at Apopka location. Lulu waited on us today. She is always smiling when she comes to the table, our drinks are never empty. Today we asked about the Pierogies and she explained, we ordered them and they were good. Then we had wings, they were terrific.

Food is very good and the draft beer is 10/10

There is a large, wide variety of menu items to choose from. The Shrimp Rice Bowl was delicious. The waitress was very helpful and cordial. She checked back often to see if there was anything I needed, and asked if the entree was to my liking; it was. There were so many different, delicious flavors There are many TVs all around. You shouldn't have any trouble seeing the game you are interested in. It was a late dinner for me. I was glad to see that they are open from 11am to 12am. The last time I was in Apopka, I ate at froggers. I had the same great experience.

I know it’s Super Bowl Sunday but y’all have been in business for a long time , this type of event shouldn’t mess up your rhythm ! I order wings for me and my hubs at least 1 time a week. And today mine was not cooked . I called to complain. They said they were putting on with the manager I spent 30 mins no one answer , I called OK, put me on the phone with the manager so it was gonna be hung up and I called back. They were like the phone must of hung up. Apparently my 50 bucks wasn’t worth the good customer service. It should not matter if it’s 200 wings or 10 .. it should be cooked right each and every time when your in the Wing Business! I felt I was ignored and phone games at a business is not professional! I don’t know if the Neeley family still owns this one but who ever does . You should go in .. where your not noticed and check out how things are running .

The wings were microscopic (see the pic)... $11 for 10 tiny wings, and went home still hungry. The bluecheese that used to be the best anywhere was just mediocre at best.. will not go back.

Disappointing Experience at Frogger’s Apopka Our visit to Frogger’s in Apopka was nothing short of frustrating. From start to finish, the service was lacking in every possible way. They had menus with items not at that store. So when I try and read the rest to maybe figure out what i wanted she slammed the menu down out of my hand and said errr not using these menus. Then It took over 20 minutes just to get a glass of water, and we had to ask for absolutely everything — nothing was offered, checked on, or refilled for the kids. The food took forever to arrive, and when it finally did, our appetizer showed up with the main meal — and it was cold. That pretty much summed up the entire experience: slow, disorganized, and careless. Drink refills? Never happened. Basic service? Nowhere to be found. At no point did we feel like we were being taken care of, and it turned what should’ve been a simple night out into a long, disappointing wait. Then they added other people to our tab. One failure after another. We won’t be back.

I recently, just a few hours ago went to this restaurant after working a long day at the hospital. After standing there for about 10 minutes the lady comes to the front and pretended not to see me. And seated 4 individuals that come in after me. At first I thought it was just an oversight, but then 2 more people came and she greeted them with a smile and yet I’m still standing there waiting. She looks at me and I looked at and she didn’t even give me a smile. I’m so disappointed that we still have to accept this behavior. But anyway now Im uncomfortable and I see what kind of restaurant this is. And yes I’m black. No need to say anymore .will never step foot in there again.

This place is terrible- especially the food .. wings were not fresh barely any sauce just terrible. Service was bad unless you’re getting hammered at the bar. Will not be back.

Went in looking for a table, someone finally came to us and said there was a wait. I stated and pointed out multiple tables that needed to be cleaned to sit new people. The woman shrugged her shoulders. Maybe that’s not her position, but you’re turning people away because you don’t want to bus a table? Unbelievable. I’ve worked in the industry, even if it’s not your table to bus and there’s multiple parties at the front door, maybe delegate the situation or clean the tables instead of turning people away or telling them it’s a wait, when multiple tables are open and just not bussed.

food bad tasted old from fridge… bottom line place sucks

I just ordered for pickup and 2 of my orders were nothing like how they were described. I ordered the shrimp bowl because of the sauce and much to my surprise, the shrimp were completely bare and there was not a drop of sauce on the entire thing. I also ordered the brownie sundae which was supposed to come with ice cream, chocolate and caramel sauce and whipped cream and it literally only came with a brownie and little vanilla ice cream cups. If you're going to charge that much for food, please get the order correct. I also tipped with my online order, which now I guess I learned my lesson on that one. Very disappointed

Terrible terrible terrible. This place gets NEGATIVE 5 stars. I wish I would have listened to the other reviews and not came here. Walked in and was seated immediately. We were party of 3-2 adults and 1 5 year old child. We were given two regular menus. The waitress took our drink order 2 mountain dews and 1 Diet Pepsi. Informed me they don’t have diet anymore and it’s zero. These restaurants that are getting rid of diet and replacing with zero, do you not realize that zero taste like watered down regular? There is a very big difference between zero and diet. You think people want to pay these big prices for a fountain drink at a restaurant that taste like garbage? I changed my diet to a water because that is the nastiest tasting beverage I’ve ever had. Then I asked her for a kids menu because we have a KID eating. She said they don’t have one. I said you don’t have kids meals?? Her response was no we do not have kids meals today because we were too busy. I looked at her like she was nuts and immediately walked out. I then called from the parking lot asking for a manager to clarify if they have kids meals or not because I see them in reviews, door dash, THEIR OWN WEBSITE, etc. and yes they do indeed have kids meals. I guess that waitress just didn’t want to wait on anymore tables. Will not be back to any Froggers location ever again. But thanks for letting me waste a 30 minute drive there and back just to go to McDonald’s in the parking lot.

The place itself is fine. But the manager Marco is extremely weird and creepy. He made my girlfriend and her friends extremely uncomfortable. I’d recommend not engaging with him when there.

We had a very disappointing experience. We brought a small container of McDonald’s chicken nuggets for our autistic child due to his medically related sensory and dietary restrictions. He is unable to eat unfamiliar foods, and this is a common accommodation for children on the autism spectrum. We understand that many restaurants have a “no outside food” policy. However, we explained our child’s disability-related needs and even offered to purchase a meal for him anyway, knowing he would not eat it, simply so we could sit down and dine as a family. Instead of handling the situation with professionalism or compassion, the manager approached our table abruptly, asked “what’s the issue,” and firmly stated that outside food was not allowed, without any attempt to discuss reasonable accommodation. We ultimately felt we had no choice but to leave. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), businesses are required to make reasonable modifications to policies when necessary to accommodate individuals with disabilities, unless doing so would fundamentally alter the nature of the business. Allowing a child with autism to eat safe food brought from outside would have been a reasonable and compassionate accommodation. We hope the restaurant reevaluates how situations involving children with disabilities are handled in the future.

Service was horrible. Was there over 20 minutes before she took our drink order. Took a while to come back and take our food order. We were done and asked for boxes and had to sit there for another 10 minutes and had to flagger down to get the check gave her my card and she temporarily misplaced it finally found it would not recommend our server was Kiara.
