New Arcadia location. Only fresh pizza here. You ordered they made it. Fast and delicious. Store layout was quite nice. Warm and cozy. This place is for everyone, especially great for family. Unlimited soft drink refill. Service is outstanding. Pizza is delicious.

It's in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking. Safe and well lit. The build your own with dough options is great. It was the end of the night, so tables were not specifically cleaned. Open till 10pm is a bonus. Nice staff and friendly.

Came here for their Pi Day $3.14 special and it did not disappoint. Ordered my pizza for takeout on the app and even though they were busy got my pizza to me accurately and on time. Definitely will return! Staff is friendly and free parking in lot.

This was my first time at this Blaze location and the service was great! All of the guys working that day were kind and attentive. That's what determines whether I give a tip or not but the card reader doesn't allow adding tips! Blaze pizza needs to fix that.

Pretty good. Price is reasonable n pizza is in good portion. A pizza is cut in 6 pieces. If one eats with half, drink, desert, the other half can share with another or save it for lunch tomorrow. Moreover, it's like your own customized pizza because you choose what cheese, what sauce, what toppings u want.

Ordered a large pizza for pickup at 11:45 am. Arriving at the store at 11:40, the pizza was already sitting on the shelf ready for pickup. It's the greasiest pizza box I've ever seen. I actually hesitated if I should pick it up. Anyway, I brought the pizza home and arrived at 11:52 am. The pizza is already in the room temperature. It still tasted ok, but it will be much better if it stays warm and in a cleaner pizza box

The restaurant seems unwelcoming. ** $1 extra for ranch or jalapeños Free if they drizzle the ranch over your whole pizza.

Placed an online order of two 11inch pizza, one was burned and the other one was missing a part . Loos like someone had a bite . As you can see , the pepperonis they put on there was uneven as well. Bad quality . Very unhappy with my order .

However, my experience today was extremely disappointing. One of the staff members, a man with a beard, was rude and seemed to be intentionally giving me less toppings. He only put seven pieces of pepperoni on my pizza, while the customer before me got a pizza fully covered with pepperoni. When I asked for extra mushrooms, he told me they were out of mushrooms, but his attitude was dismissive. I also ordered pineapple and spinach, and both were given in very small amounts, much less than usual. The poor service and unfair treatment make me question whether I should keep coming back. I hope management addresses this issue because this is not the kind of experience I expect from Blaze Pizza.

Horrible service, kid at the cashier did not know what he was doing. Employee did not understand the situation and made it worse.

I knew the service was going to be poor.I knew that I was going to be paying for two pizzas and that wasn't a problem but when I asked the lady to put many toppings on my pizza she kept breathing abrasively letting me know that I was an inconvenience. She treated me as if she hates her job therefore her disappointments in her job choice reflected in how she treated me and other customers . This lady misrepresented this company. It's such a disappointment to go into companies and be treated poorly especially when it's one of your favorite pizza spots. That lady is a walking disappointment.

This is the saddest Blaze. I was so excited that I didn’t have to drive to Pasadena or Monrovia anymore but I think I’ll make the drive. Coming in every single time there isn’t a line but the people making your pizza will stall and take forever to acknowledge you until there is 10 people piled up behind you. All the staff, literally all the staff don’t care at all. On top of that, when I ask for topping they give me half a handful and ask what other toppings I want…I’m not one to pile up on toppings but it’s sad to see when I ask for pepperoni they gave me 7 pieces until I asked him if I can have more and I’m constantly asking them for more and more. Each topping I ask for gets less and less. I’m not sure what’s going on but it seems that this location is getting worse by the day. Pasadena and Monrovia location puts toppings and doesn’t seem stingy about it. I really hope management does something about this because it upsets me that I have to stand there for 5 minutes to watch staff walk around moving whatever it is they move during opening hours and not even acknowledging that I’m standing there until a whole crowd is behind me. There’s also one particular staff that assumed I wanted a red sauce before I could even say anything…
