I am so excited for 3Cat to come to the 626! Got the mochi mango and it was so fresh and delicious. Definitely made upon ordering. Their drinks are very unique and I’m excited to try the others. Come in on Friday 7/19 for their grand opening! They are located at the Shops at Santa Anita Mall in the promenade (right next to Meet Fresh).

I wouldn't come here if the line is crazy. We had around 5 people in front of us and it took around 15 minutes from that point to when we got our drinks. They do text you when your order is ready so you can go around and shop while you wait. You also order through a Kiosk so the speed is based on how fast the line orders. Overall the drinks are high quality and are delicious. My only gripe is that the Mochi that they use gets stuck often and is hard to suck up through the straw. Mochi Mango - shredded, easy to fall apart mango pieces that were sweet and fragrant. Mochi was soft and chewy but stuck in the straw from time to time. Great balance of flavors and fairly refreshing. Mochi Barley Burst - the barley flavor is on point and on the stronger side. Nice to have something different than the usual bona style drinks.

Their new location. I normally get the avocado but tried the lime tea. So far, every drink I’ve had exceeded my expectation. There are million tea shops in LA but 3Catea has been one of my favorite. You can taste the quality from each cup.

I think this is probably my favorite Boba place in LA, which is hard to say because there’s high competition! The mochi is fantastic, the seasonal flavors are unique, everything is very high-quality and a little less than some more pricey places. Highly recommend you check it out.

Excellent drinks at 3cat, but you will wait for it. I came here for their new "panna" series which was EXCELLENT. All of thier drinks are unique and tasty, only thing is they're quite sweet so if you're a 'not too sweet' person order the minimal sweetness level. I didn't realize the Panna series came with little panna cubes at the bottom so I tried 3cat's agar boba. Big mistake, flavorless and tastes like chewing on toy rubber balls, the only thing I regret. Don't get the agar boba. Some advice? Order online. Lines are long and the wait for your drink is also long, there's no need to wait in line for the kiosk. Just scan the qr code and order. Actual cafe is tiny cramped and chaotic so eat outside.

March 2026 - Ordered in store using a QR code and ended up paying online 'operating fees'... Plus waiting 30 minutes for our drinks to be ready. Food/Pricing - 2 milk teas for $12 something. Very basic taste, similar to other boba shops in my opinion. Maybe it's because I didn't try their specialty drinks? After this experience I don't really see the hype. Service/Ambiance - The workers are trying but it's chaos to pick up drinks. They don't call out order numbers or names that are ready. Just hope you keep an eye out on your phone for the status.

They have kiosks on the side so probably they will only take self-ordering. I got the Mochi Mango (6.75), Mochi Matcha (6.25), Osmanthus Oolong Tea w/ Cheese Foam (5.25) and the Peach Oolong Tea w/ Cheese Foam (5.25). For the mochi drinks I switched them both to soy bean mousse. The drinks were in smaller cups than I expected so it was quite disappointing especially since each drink was almost $6. The cup sizes for the tea was especially smaller than I thought. Their cups looked different than their other locations and from other drinks I saw people order. Maybe they use different cups for different drinks? No idea. I could get bigger size cup at other places for around the same price The mochi drink was not bad but did not have a blended texture even though it said smoothie and there wasn't much liquid. Their mochi is pretty good though, not too chewy. I really liked the soy bean mousse though, tasted as good as regular whipped cream. As for the tea, the oolong was pretty good and tasted good with the cheese foam. I did like that changing to the mousse and adding the cheese foam did not cost extra. And the drink bag was cute. All 4 drinks would be a 3/5. Not too remarkable. I probably would not come again unless there is a big promo. The drinks were not mind blowing for the prices and not something I would crave for a second time.

Other than that the drink is great, my tea was delicious.

Mochi mango is a good choice. However, I don’t understand why the worker is so aggressive in store. I see a worker shouting and yelling in Chinese in the store and that’s definitely not a great experience while staying. Even though drink is good, but the place is not recommended if you plan on staying a while. For now, I would not come back again.

They changed their ingredients. I used to get their avomango smoothie once or twice a week but don't anymore because they changed. The smoothie is made by powder now you can taste it in the drink it's not even throughly mixed

I visited the 3Cat location in Arcadia yesterday after my birthday dinner, and I was shocked by how rude and unprofessional the staff were. Every employee I saw was female, and all of them spoke to customers in an ordering tone instead of showing even basic courtesy. One of them told me to use the machine to order in a commanding way no greeting, no respect. After I placed my order and waited, they finished making the drink, pushed it forward without a single word, and completely ignored me. No “here you go,” no smile, not even eye contact.😓 This kind of service is absolutely unacceptable. I’ve been to many milk tea shops, and this was by far the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced. The management seriously needs to retrain their staff on how to treat customers with decency and respect.

i’ve seen them push coworkers around and be verbally abusive in mandarin. i’ve noticed this so much since i’ve gone and it seems like the coworkers who don’t speak mandarin fluently get bullied. i don’t recommend this place at all. never coming back again.

For now, I definitely won't be coming back.

i’ve seen them push coworkers around and be verbally abusive in mandarin. i’ve noticed this so much since i’ve gone and it seems like the coworkers who don’t speak mandarin fluently get bullied. i don’t recommend this place at all. never coming back again.
