Food is amazing! Honestly, anything and everything on their menu. Here once a week and my top go to are the breakfast burritos, steak fries, any breakfast items. The employees are ALWAYS friendly! Always recommend it.

Their burrito is delicious and its not drenched in oil like many other places. They're also not stingy with the food and give portions accordingly with the price. Phenomenal food 🙂 will come back

By far one of the best Mexican food spots I’ve ever had!! Not to mention the staff is super friendly and a joy to interact with. I’ve tried plenty off their menu but my favorite is the chilaquiles plate! So full of flavor and so delicious paired with their mango orange agua fresca :) will definitely keep coming back

Honestly, this place is great. I’ve had their fast burritos, breakfast croissant, breakfast muffin, and drinks and they were all delicious for something so simple. The horchata is hands down some of the best I’ve had ever. Also, the staff are always very cheery and happy to help. Definitely my go-to spot whenever I come to the mall.

Husband and my first visit was a wonderful experience-even at 3pm the food was great and the service was excellent! The fries were especially good and I love the peach lemonade. When lemonade was nearly gone I put sweet and unsweetened tea in my cup and was in heaven with a full belly and a 1/2 sandwich left for dinner! WILL be a return customer- thank you!!

First time visiting this place and we will be repeat customers. I had the philly cheese steak and it was amazing. My picky teenagers loved them food so that was a huge plus. Clean tables and floors. The staff was not as friendly as I would imagine but they were helpful.

This is an excellent place for some good old fashioned Philly cheese steaks. The portions are sized well and are reasonable priced. They are great and easily split between friends or spouses. Get the fries, they are awesome!

I have drove by hundreds of times but because my wife had dined there before and not been impressed, had not gone in. This week I was in the area and it was lunch time so thought I would see for myself. There was a line of about 6 people ahead of me. The line was slow but steady, to be expected. When I got up to order, the staff was friendly and efficient. I ordered a large original Philly Cheese steak sandwich meal. I thought it was overly priced at almost $20 for one meal. French fries were average to good. Sandwich was fresh, hot, and the beef was a good quality in a healthy portion. As a fan of Philadelphia Philly Cheese steak sandwiches, I am not used to bell peppers but more sweet and hot peppers, more garlic, spices, whorteshire, provolone cheese. Shared with my wife. It was a good sandwich. Hence the four stars. However not a five star dining experience.

Stopped in here for a quick lunch. Staff were friendly & the food is made fresh & hot in front of you. REALLY tasty food at a great price. I ordered a Small Chicken Teriyaki with Ultimate Fries and was pleasantly surprised by the size of their small sandwiches. Certainly a good price for what you get. The 4-stars is a little misleading as you may have to wait a little, depending on when you visit, however it’s DEFINITELY worth the wait.

Their Agua Frescas are really good! Nice selection of flavors too! And fairly affordable! Always a plus in my books! 👍🏻 My friend ordered their Siu Maai & Haa Gow of all things, AFTER having had Dim Sum too! Sadly, as of Labor Day 2025, I just found out that they no longer serve those items. It's OK though, everything else I've had here has been pretty good, and I can't complain! On average, food takes about 8 minutes to get to you from ordering it. Best of all, if you get their cute bear containers that you can hang over your shoulders, you can bring it back and get their agua fresca for half off. *Pro-Tip*: If you go in for a re-fill, make sure to take the straw out first. You'll thank me later when you realize how it reduces any confusion.

Wow management like Corporate y’all need to get in here and give this night manager the boot we dinned in and a young black lady came in with a issue and he just argued with her. That is very bad for business this place doesn’t even have that great of reviews this dude has done nothing but run the register why the two ladies working with him do all the work .

If you see them at a fair. Turn around. They use stuff from a bag from h mart. Gross, wet, tasteless food .

The drinks are good but they skip you if you don't order fast.

Who else hates tol been rushed when you go to a new restaurant you trying to find out about...The only reason they get one start is because the food the franchise is phenomenal. I'mma tell you something customer service trash so called manager Rex he lied that's not his name but ok can't understand the words that are coming out of my mouth and act like it's my fault he rung up the wrong food and when he could of made it right he ignored me and said that what you ordered to late I already made it....then I asked for a refund because going back and forward with his was pointless I couldn't understand him he couldn't understand me he said No 🤔Nope Never NEVER EVER EVER EVER will I visit this location again but the food is tasty yehhh! Guess I will go to the one in Walmart off Hyw 80 maybe they will appreciate my hard earned money.

This was my first time being disappointed by Charley's. They apparently didn't have celery sticks available at this location, instead they charged us for cheese sticks. On top of that the presentation was horrible. Cheesesteak wasn't assembled like usual and they didn't add a pickle slice to my combo either. Their strawberry lemonade is usually my favorite but unfortunately I was disappointed by that as well.

Food is decent and will do in a pinch, however the cheese whiz did most of work. Service is poor *They refuse to give water. *They will not give bags for To-Go orders. I did not appreciate the aggressive nickel and diming.

DO NOT GO HERE. This place is awful! I ordered some garlic parmesan wings and they where disgusting. I ate one and went to ask if I could switch them out for another flavor and the manager said no, because I ate one. Really, how am I supposed to know if I like something unless I taste it? He was really rude and super hostile for no reason. The cheesesteak my husband got was okay. No refills on the Lemonade. Save your money or go to a different location, this place could use better management.

I’m a regular at Charleys CheeseSteaks, but this visit left me very disappointed. On a 90-degree day, I asked for a complimentary cup of water and was told they “don’t do that,” and my only option was to buy bottled water — which wasn’t even a Charleys product. For a loyal customer, refusing basic drinking water in extreme heat feels both unreasonable and unwelcoming

Okay, so do NOT come here. Shannon and this other black lady with an eyebrow piercing have HORRIBLE customer service. I sent my bf to get our food so that when I come home from work it’ll be at the house already… well apparently they didn’t acknowledge him waiting for them to take his order until about 10 minutes. No “give me a second” or “how are you doing, I’ll get back to you”, NOTHING. We’ve eaten here before and the sandwiches were good and service was okay.. this time? You can’t taste the sauce, the meat is DRY, oil and grease was soaked at the bottom of the buns, just a disappointment. Because I get off of work late and they’re closed, I couldn’t go back up there for a refund or to get it remade but I PROMISE I will be up there tomorrow WITH the sandwiches and receipt. I was trying to eat it and just count my losses but I literally was gagging by the fourth bite, it tasted so bad. Most definitely contacting corporate as well.
