I had an amazing experience at Genghis Grill! The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. You can tell a lot of care goes into every dish. The portions were generous, and the seasoning was spot on. The service was also friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. This place is one of my favorite places to eat. I would wish they wouldn't charge $20 per bowl negate the bowls aren't that big, i say it should be $14.99 for a large, 12.99 for a medium and 9.99 for a small. The food is great but I caution you, they have a $5 rum drink but it's only$5 if you drink it there, don't get it to go or it will be close to$15, definitely not worth it. They put ours in a to go cup and charged us $15 even though we drunk it there and the manager refused to compensate us, so I caution you, he careful when you visit this location.

Absolutely love this place. The food is prepared to your liking. You are able to have anything you place in your bowl, grilled and it's unbelievable delicious. This place is my favorite place to eat and be full. Now for the large size bowl, it's $20 but you will be full. Come try this place if you haven't. Enjoy fresh grilled food

It being our first time… our experience was absolutely amazing. From the minute we walked in the doors, we were greeted and seated immediately. Our server was very friendly and explained everything to us. He also recommended some dishes which we tried and LOVED! We will definitely come back with the rest of our family! Thank you!

I ordered to go. It was fresh hot and being bagged upon my arrival. Portions are smaller than I remember and I had a some issued with the website. But overall, the experience was good. Food was excellent!

First time in. They took the time to personally explain the process. I was a bit wary about the salad bar type of self service with the stuff just sitting out in the open, but it was a cold bar so OK. Really load up your bowl...heaping. sample and pick your sauce...they fry it up right there and bring it to you. It was really good, hot and fresh. It's a bit pricey to make your own bowl, but again, it's good and if you have self control, you'll have some left for home. Worth a try at least once.

The only reason this place gets 2 stars is because the food tasted good. First off it was dirty. Every seat needed recovered and the bathrooms were gross. Secondly, they offer you a base for your bowl. One choice was cauliflower rice which I chose but was not told it cost extra and they charge you for it with every trip you take. Third, I have been to places exactly lile.yhis many times and always get the unlimited trip option, some restaurants like this are just always unlimited. I paid extra for the unlimited option. When I went up.for my second trip they handed me a tiny bowl for all of my ingredients. I explained that I had the unlimited option and I wanted a larger bowl. They wouldn't give it to me because their policy is every subsequent trip after the first is a small bowl. What a joke! Wiith an ice tea and tip it cost me over $38 just for me. Don't go here.
