So I want to give a review regarding my order that I just received... First I want to give props to our delivery driver...he was very friendly and charming and is a breath of fresh air when it comes to knowing how to be when dealing with customers...this is the second time that he's been here and was the same way now as he was back then...so I decided to order pizza for my family and ordered 3 of the any toppings for $9.99 each pizza (not unlimited though) and I placed an order for 2 of the exact same pizza and those were perfect and very hot... my pizza while it was very hot I can't unfortunately say perfect... I'm one of those weird people that loves pineapple on my pizza and while I ordered it to be on there and it even shows on my receipt it wasn't on my pizza which is disappointing... don't get me wrong it didn't make my pizza inedible it would have made it better... we'll still order from this location again hopefully my next pizza will be correct.

The pizza is good just don't bother ordering curbside delivery because that won't happen. I've not seen a Domino's yet that has actually brought my pizza to the car. The picture is where I sat and waited for 20 minutes while being totally ignored.

The food is prepared so lazily. The middle of the pizza is almost always uncooked, or the pizza will barely be cut. You're lucky if receive your order with any normal meat to bread ratio: THEY ARE STINGY WITH THEIR MEAT. And complaining about it doesn't help because their customer service is nonexistent. Horrible location. Do not order here.

I had never received a message about thanking me about a tip. My order was marked as delivered when I hadn’t even recieved my order. I had to call and the guy who took the call said he could send my order again which I was okay with . 10 minutes later my original order shows up. So of course I didnt give a big tip, if I had the exact change I would’ve not given him the .15 change . Is this normal ??

Spent too much money on pizza because I was in a rush and needed dinner quick, after almost 2 hours I call and politely ask if I can pick it up instead, only to be told they would have to cancel my online order and refund within 3 business days and that I would have to pay again at pick up. WTH this store has sucked for so long and just needs to be put out of its misery. The customer service is bogus.

$7 for this! What a damn rip off. I want my money back! Pitiful. Pizza Hut would never. I came her because its closer. The more I look at it the angrier I get.

Customer service is horrible, promised an order replacement and then it wasn't put into the system, was promised what later I was told no one can help me because they didn't do their job. Richard Hanson and Manager Nick last night said it wouldn't be an issue to call and have it replaced. Did that, and was advised the GM, Amanda, won't allow the issue to be resolved if not in system, call back tomorrow morning when Nick is here. Was hung up on, told I would get a call back and nothing, been back and forth to be told that the manger, Ryan who lied about his name (actually Robert) per Valerie who was trying to help me because the manger left her to handle the situation. Still after about 2 plus hours, no remake, no assistance, and on hold. No one will help and I am getting the run around. My order was #1187231 from store #6994. $27.25 for bad service and messed up food. No dipping sauce and wrong order, how do you treat a customer this way?

I agreed to give this location another try after speaking to the manager. This will definitely be the last time I order from here. I will also call corporate. This is ridiculous!! Our pizza was horrible!! Both pizzas we ordered were over cooked!! The thin crust was burnt and broke like a cracker. According to the reviews corporate needs to visit this location and retrain their employees!

STORE# 6579 delivered me a rock, hard, burnt, chicken bacon ranch sandwich, then declined to refund it. Offered me a credit. No one wants your credit. I'll never order from this store again!!

Made me a spinach pizza when it was supposed to be a pacific veggie. It was missing tomato, onion, black olive, red peppers, provolone, and feta.... I was first argued with that “what you order has spinach” and had to explain again it was JUST spinach. They apparently didn’t believe me because they asked for the pizza back. So here I wait another hour after my first hour wait to see if they screw this up again.
