Out of some chicken, gave wrong dipping sauce fir strips, tea was basically a yellow tinted water, ordered 2 meals, got 1 spoon, had to ask for forks, because adults usually like forks and only got 3 napkins! This was a drive through order so in order to have anything fixed, I had to sit back in line or walk in front of cars to go to the window

CAN NOT GET AN ORDER RIGHT! I even told the guy at the drive through that my order was not complete the last 3 times I was there, and something else got left out! He was more friendly than the other people I've seen, but they clearly don't check to make sure orders are complete

Soda fountain in dining room is messed up tastes terrible!!! Also why would a employee come in front door with a bag of wingstop and take it straight to the cooking area, that ain't right a all.

I ordered my food at the window, and the lady repeated it back to me. When I got home, there were no mashed potatoes, and my straps we a little warn. I was tired and called to let the location know what happened. No one answered the phone. I called several different times, but still no response. I called back the next day, still no response. I decided not to go back! To top all of that, my rolls were all smashed. 😵‍💫

The worst Golden Chick in all of DFW. I say this 10 toes down. I wouldn’t go back to this Golden Chick if it was the only food on Earth. The chicken tenders were hard and dry. Rolls were cold and dry. They didn’t give us our gravy. We ordered a dozen extra rolls with our order. We paid and were told to park to wait for our order, which was fine. We had already been waiting about 10 minutes and a young man came and told us that we had to wait an extra 15 minutes for the extra rolls, again, fine with us. About 5 minutes later another guy comes out with our order. We gave the food a quick scan to make sure at least the main things were there. We get home about 4 minutes later and start plating food for the kids and the rolls were cold, dry, and hard. So obviously not freshly made. What a let down!! We work hard all week to be able to enjoy a night without having to cook a dinner. We spend over $50 in this economy for a simple meal for the family and it ends up being a waste of money and time. Don’t waste your hard earned money going to this Golden Chick. You will be disappointed. You might as well just drive by the restaurant on Gus Thomasson and throw $50 cash out the window, at least you wouldn’t have suffer through the horrible old re-warmed food. The owner will likely comment about how “sorry they are and appreciate the feedback so they can do better,” but they don’t. They just keep being bad and less than mediocre because people keep going there. We all just need to stop giving them business and then maybe they really will take our feedback serious.

Dissatisfied with today's service. The young man who took my order had a poor attitude and was impatient. I only ordered 6 Original Tenders and fries, but he gave me dirty rice, which I didn't like. 2/27/26 (3:40pm) You need people with a better attitude to provide better service!

I’d buy catfish somewhere else not there pieces are too small. I paid 20 bucks for a four piece The chicken nuggets I got my son we’re bigger than the fish

Waited over 40 minutes for a 2 piece fish for the manager to tell me they gave the order to the incorrect car ! I had to ask for a refund he didn’t want to refund me nor remake the food . Do not go to this location . They all should be fired for bullshitting .

I just bought some tenders and got sick im throwing up I've never threw up before for eating fast food this is the first time . They need to check if they're doing the food right cause other people might get sick .(tip)- dont serve the food out if you know its not done correctly

I normally stop in between appointments and grab something quick to eat.....well I decided to stop by Golden Chick. I placed my order, paid & was asked to wait in the parking space as my food had to be cooked. I waited over 37 minutes before returning back to the window to inquire about my order. Apparently I think I just was forgotten because even after returning to the window I was only able to get a refund because no food was prepared per my order from my receipt. I couldn't wait another 37 minutes as I had an appointment to make and majority of my drive time was spent waiting. The manager was sorry that somehow my order was overlooked and issued a refund back to my card. I guess that was karma saying I didn't need any fried foods anyways 🤣 owell.

I got food poisoned from here. The cashier attitude was horrible. Should of left when I asked him how was the mac and his response was like any other Mac. The poppers were old and I only ate 1 tender and that was enough for me to throw up for 1 whole day.will never come back to this location

Cashier was real nice I believe her name is Taniya and everything but I ordered dine in and this location has no drinks what so ever. Management sucks, they have nothing to say. Like what’s up with management here? I asked if they had canned or bottled drinks and they don’t have that either it’s ridiculous! This is the second golden chick I go to and is lacking some sort of thing. People from back in the lobby eating taking breaks like they have nothing to do. Y’all need to close down, I will be going to chicken express!

I wanted catfish & they said it’s a 10 minute wait, hard to believe it takes that long to cook catfish that already comes frozen, anyways settled for a sandwich no gravy on mash potatoes the bread is very flimsy and the Mac and cheese looks like it was packaged without care PLEASE TREAT GUEST AS IF IT WAS UR FAMILY COMING TO EAT THIS IS RIDICULOUS

I got a 3 piece tender meal original with fries gravy and a Pepsi and a extra roll. When I got home my tenders are spicy I have cherry pepsi no extra roll and instead of gravy I got some sauce. If you have a worker with a language barrier don’t put them in the spot where there going to be taking to everyone.
